Imagine paying nearly $2000, and being told to send us the bill after you get this fixed.I honestly dont understand how fixing these holes and s*it work is left up to the customer. Especially considering it took 3 times out to even get my closets in the right spots.

California Closets has now installed 8 closets in my house including turning a small bedroom into a walk in closet. My designer was incredible and patient as we did things in stages. She worked well with me as well as other family members and got everything installed quickly. We started with only a few closets and then called them back to do more since we liked everything so much. I will be using them again when I am ready to create my home office. So thrilled with my new California Closet! We moved into a beautiful condo, but the master closet was pretty basic --- large, with lots of angles and metal shelves. Diane did a fabulous job designing the closet to accommodate my clothing. It was installed on schedule, exactly as proposed. My experience with this company was superb from the beginning. I had Sydney as my designer and she was just amazing to work with. Presented us with options and at the same time ensure you did not go over your budget which was nice as we did not feel we were being sold to but more it felt as a team effort. The install went smooth and very clean. We are very happy we went with Calirfornia Closets because their professionalism was second to none.

We sought to improve the storage capacity and organization of pantry closet. The design presented to us was excellent and has greatly improved or pantry storage. The prefabricated elements were customized to the design we chose, modified to the dimensions of the space. The installation was efficient and all pieces fit into place just as planned. We were consulted on what was to be stored where and shelving placed accordingly. We were told that after use we found that we need to adjust shelving it was easily done. The roll out trays we had placed in lower tiers are a huge plus for easy access. We have been using the California Closet system for several months and are very please with our choice.

My family was moving into a new construction home with a very small laundry room. We produce a lot of laundry, so I knew I needed to make the laundry room as efficient as possible considering it’s small size. California Closets came out very quickly after we had the washer and dryer delivered and worked with me on designing the laundry room. I had a long wishlist for such a small space and the team did an incredible job of making it work. To add to the challenge, I’m not very tall, so they worked with me on ensuring I would be able to reach all the shelving. Installation was fast and professional. This was my first experience using California Closets, and I will likely have them design every laundry room I have in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!

I was pleased with the system in the previous house and I therefore choice Ca Closets again.I told the designer what I needed and liked. She designed a good plan. We worked with Kim Kaminsky, who was very helpful in designing our closets so that they would meet all of our needs. After listening to what we wanted, and taking accurate measurements, Kim was able to show us using a program on her Ipad exactly what our closets would look like when they were installed. The installers arrived on time, installed the closet system as designed, in a professional and timely manner. My wife and I are very pleased with the closet system, and the entire service we received.

Our master closet has a great amount of space but only had one, metal shelf that went all the way around, wasting a ton of space. My wife works in clothing, so she has ALOT of clothes, which were spread out over 3 closets in the house.Alicia came out and took measurements of the space and also measured the clothes from all of the spaces. She designed the space and then sat with us to discuss options, features and finishes. We manipulated the original design to lessen the shoe space and add drawers. She also guaranteed that we would condense all 3 closets into 1, which I thought was impossible.The installers came out and were ultra-professional, polite and efficient. The closet was done in a few short hours and we were impressed, but the question remained...how much storage did we gain? I was shocked (and happy) that Alicia was right and all 3 closets now fit into our master, with every nook and cranny accounted for with tie and belt racks. Amazing job! We just bought a new house and we were looking for options for our closet and two additional spaces. We contacted a couple of places for quotes. Sherryl from CC arrived on time to our appointment on a Friday. She was very nice, allowed us time to look at options and took the time to listen to our request and ideas. She understood what we were looking for, something simple and practical. Contrary to other places, CC offers other color options, beside white, without a price difference. Sherryl then set up a call for Monday and she showed us a virtual 3D design with the prices. We were able to make modifications on the spot (changed color, changed some shoe shelves for another rod, etc.) and see how it would look. Prices were fair and I think the next day we signed the agreement. In less than 2 weeks, we had it installed. Installation was also quick and he left the closet floor spotless! Sherryl called us later that day to make sure everything was ok and that we were satisfied. I can honestly say their service, professionalism, customer attention, and quality is amazing. Kudos to Sherryl for a great service. I would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them.

Why do I have LESS overall storage space after having my closet system installed than I did before? plus - upper hanging racks are too tall for me to access without a ladder (Im 5 feet tall). Much less user friendly than my previous wire system. Not at all happy.
