This is a family owned business and the family is divided when it comes to work... Very very nice family and they treat their employees with kindness and respect. Theres only one problem with the area I worked in. Theres no set process. It changes day to day and it makes your job harder then it has to be. As I stated this is a family business and they spend more time arguing about what to do then actually agreeing and doing the job. Thats the only flaw with this place. As I stated the family is a very nice, christian family but when it comes to business, most of the time its complete chaos and when something goes wrong, youre the first one that gets the blame. I realize running a business is tough but you have to get a little bit of order and a process that you can stick with. Why fix what isnt broken. If you have alot of patience then this job will work for you. Thanks for reading
