We stumbled upon this GEM of a domestics store. We had never seen an actual store for Avon. Avon typically is one of those brands I dont buy all the time because I dont have a rep in my life and dont really want to go online to find.....but the product is so good. This was a rare opportunity to see all the products available in one swoop.As a person who has very dry hands, Im obsessed with the Silicone Glove Hand Salve. That was my main reason to enter the store but my best friend dove into the makeup, skin care, deodorant....they even have jewelry and clothes. This was a surprise.Another treat is the owner. Stacia with her glowing personality and skin! Helped us every step with all our questions and even suggested some things we didnt know. She was a delight and we will definitely be back!

Bad business. Never answers the phone or responds to texts. I have been trying to become a rep and get necessary information. She simply will not reply. If you need a rep, don’t use her!

Im not a big makeup wearer but after seeing Stacia looking so well done and beautiful all the time I decided to try some. Stacia matched my complexion perfect and made me look so natural. You can see that she takes pride and joy in what she does and how her customers feel. I will always support and refer her, she is the real deal!

I used to be representative here. They are great with customers and have the neatest Avon store in Miami. They usually have all the products youre looking for. Must have an account to shop there.

I’ve made a few purchases from an Avon store in a neighboring city recently and from independent reps for years. This by far has been my worst experience and I was extremely disappointed. This Tamarac location was suggested by a co worker in an effort to support a local black operated business. I entered the store with a smile and a polite hello. There was a nicely dressed woman sitting at a desk that never acknowledged me and continued to watch Judge Faith as if I never existed. Someone came from a back door and kindly asked could she help me. I returned her smile and asked to smell the perfume I had in mind to purchase, which Ive done several times before in the other store as they are on display. Due to my allergies if something bothers me at first sniff I select something else that doesn’t. She disappeared in the back to get the perfume so I thought as it wasn’t among the others on display, when I spotted the lotion of the same fragrance. Normally they encourage you to smell the accompanying lotion if they didn’t have the perfume in stock as that sometimes happen. I’ve even been asked to come back in a few days when they would have the scent available to try. My information is taken and they call to notify you when available and I respect that. The young lady came back out and told me I have to order it. I immediately got the feeling that she was trying to swindle me into making a purchase as once it arrived I would have to purchase to open and smell. Never did she offer me to sample the lotion. Hilariously throughout this whole process the lady at the desk kept watching her judge show. Needless to say I will continue to support black businesses but I won’t be back to this one and told my other coworkers about my experience.
