I had my front and rear brakes changed today. The manager and staff on site were wonderful. Great pricing and great communication all the way through. I was lucky enough to call and be seen the same day. More so, a normally 3 hour job was done in an hour and caught me off guard at how quick it went! 10/10 would recommend!!

The manager Terry was honest and Zachary did a great muffler clamp repair rather than trying to charge me for a whole new muffler. I appreciate that. Thank you guys! Ill be back and so will my friends!

The guys at tire choice were very helpful and proffessional! I brought in my 13 sonata to get inspected about an hour and a half before closing, and they ended up doing front and rear brakes and rotors that night! Couldnt have asked for better service.

If I lived here this is the only place I would take my car. Just passing through and my alternator and water pump had to be fixed. Fast friendly professionals. While they fit me in you couldnt tell it. All that work and I was out of there and back on the road again quickly. Very impressed. My puppy passengers were impressed as well. Great job. False advertisement advertise a oil change for a 2499 before doing the oil change they told me it was going to be over $50 claimed that it was an EPA disposal of oil extra 2 quarts of oil for my model vehicle normally I take it to Midas I call my local Midas they told me to be 29. 99 total with the oil disposal and the extra quarts of oil do not go to this place they are scam artists and they will try to take your money luckily I did not bend over and let them charge me double for what was advertised false advertisement beware beware beware

My experience was wonderful. I brought in a used vehicle I was thinking of buying from a local dealer, and the guys at Monro checked it out very thoroughly and talked through their findings with me in great detail. The gave me a discount, making it by far the best price Ive ever seen for a mechanical inspection.I accidentally left my debit card in the machine when I left, and the staff remembered where I was buying the used car from and called the dealership to try to get in contact with me so I could get my card. I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation.

I took my car in for a simple oil change. Next day my car is broke down because the oil leaked out from them overfilling it.. now they are disputing it and not taking responsibility for ruining my car which is causing me to miss work and now no longer have transportation.. Dont waste your time and money with these con artists

Just walked in to monro to get a price for some tires. The guy behind the counter was very nice and polite. He gave me a couple different prices for Goodyears and Kellys. Also explained what the warranty was and what else needed if I decided to get tires! I really say this store is awesome and I will spread the word to my family and friends!

I have been going to this store for the past 3 years. Always easy to make an appointment. I am a driving instructor and my time is very limited and Ty always gets me right in and out. Their mechanics do inspections of my vehicle on every visit and always inform me of any thing that needs attention. Great service great staff. Have my whole family coming here...

First off, it is not the $19.99 oil change they advertised, ends up being $33 and some change, whatever though, that’s fine, I can deal with that. But it takes them 45 mins after my appt, to get to my car? Then they only work on it for maybe 7 minutes? Don’t rotate my tires, which I though came with it, maybe not, but for $33 you could at least check the tires pressure, maybe put some air in it? Or at least reset my oil change button? Yeah, I won’t be coming back, giving it 2 stars cause Melvin was sweet and understanding.

This is the only place I bring my car. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and always make sure my car is taken care of properly and at a reasonable price. Twice Ive brought my car in because of an immediate issue and Jim worked me in, found the issue and I left knowing my car was safe to drive. Thank you Jim and the team at Monroe.

I took my car in for a loud noise when I was driving my car. The head mechanic properly diagnosed the problem without even looking at the car based on his experience. He was 100% correct. He said it would cost around $380 for him to fix but recommended I check in to the warranty and it was covered. This cost him business but he did the right thing. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Munroe Muffler for all their services. Great people and very knowledgeable. Thank you

This place is my lifesaver! The manager Ty is an excellent leader and should receive a raise due to her willingness to help in my repairs. I have been to this location multiple times because I ALWAYS know the job will get done correctly the first time every time. I was in desperate need of a same day repair and this place made it happen not once..but TWICE! She went to go get my part I had needed just to make sure I had it done on the same day it was there where most places would say it will take at least a few days (we have all been there) Go to this Monroe and Ty and her phenomenal team will make sure to get any job done! This place is not just for tires, brakes and oil they do ALL repairs on a vehicle.

They were very nice and helped me out with a tire change.Then I sent my daughter there and they try telling her her whole exhaust needed replaced for over $600. No longer rotate tires. They wouldnt honor a coupon. They did top off the fluids. Told me it looked really clean underneath and tires looked great.

Very unprofessional and dishonest people. They cheat you with the prices and not punctual on there appointments. I highly don’t recommend this location, and false advertisement. They don’t honor there prices. I made an appointment three days prior to visiting, and when I arrived they told me to come the next day. After they finished the job I was charged extra for an oil change. The advertisement was for $19.99 I ended up paying $30. I even told the representative at the desk they are giving false advertisement and no help was given.

The lead mechanic Jim is fast and knowledgable with all of the cars I take up there. Wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.

Showed up on Sunday 11/8 to get a repair done on my truck. They open at 9am and as of 9:25am the doors are locked and no one is home. Great way to lose business. Apparently who ever is supposed to open today didnt get the memo. Guess I should be glad seeing as they probably wouldnt do a quality job on my truck since they cant even show up. Not my first issue with this location. Just solidified how terribly mismanaged this store is.

Went here a month ago for an oil change. Staff was nice and friendly as well as quick. Came back today for two tires they had the lowest price around. Should me my brakes and informed me of the hazard. Might be back as well to get them taken care of as well. While sitting here the man informed a women not to have them work on her car and to take it back to the dealer because her problem should be under warranty. Now I know they Dont rip people off. They could have fixed her problem and charger her. Now thats something to think about.

Took some to get our truck done. Kept me informed on the progress the whole time. We use Monroe all the time. We usually drop off. Waited this time. Chairs can get pretty uncomfortable after a few hours.

Called for an oil change was told were booked for the day so i drive by and theyre not servicing one vehicle lol kid could just have said we dont wanna work today so try later lol wont be sending mine or my wifes vehicle back ever again

Went in for a new cat converter to pass echeck. They refused to give me a quote until they looked at the car... even though I said I want nothing fixed but the cat. they got back to me and said they dont make an off brand of the cat and I had to buy oem. quote was 800 if I wanted it tomorrow or 600 if I could wait an extra 2 days. As a previous car mechanic, i know they make one off brand for 250. second I called Nissan they said a new cat oem was 745, and the shop discount was 640. this tells me the shop told me they were going to replace my cat with oem parts when they were actually going to put an off brand part on the car. The guy even mentioned that my car wouldnt run at all without a cat when i came to pick it up, proving they know nothing about cars.

Fast and great service. I normally go to another location but I found a new home!!

Do not go here unless u like giving ur money away. They did an alignment charged me than said by the way u need a ball joint and btw youll need another alignment after that....I said then why did u do the alignment? He said cuz u said to do it. I said.....so the next one is free right? He said no...after all this bs I called corporate and they said I had a 90 day warranty. Monroe go jack urself!! Do business the right way u con men!!! After all this run around. I test drove car. It was now pulling extremely hard right and just down right dangerous and steering wheel almost inside down. Now I only go to Park Ford! And I have never had a problem and I always get first class service!

I went there for an engine swap. I have mechanic friends but I wanted to go somewhere that was an actual business for such a big job. Everything they were telling me was a contradiction to what all my other friends were telling me. They kept adding cost, more and more. And it never ran correctly again

My brakes were squeaking a little bit because the brake pads were worn down. I wanted to replace the rotors and the brake pads just for good measure because it was getting close to being that time. I bought my own brake pads and rotors and brought them here. They said they will install it for me for 100 dollars in labor. Fair enough so I agreed. 2 hours later they called me and said the calipers would need to be replaced because they were locked up. I asked how much they would be and they said $220 just for the calipers!! The most expensive calipers I could find were 40 bucks each on the internet for a 2002 Monte carlo ls....they are thiefs. Stay away from here.

Goodyear told me i needed a alternator and made me buy a brand new 150 battery and my car still didnt work..drove to munroe within 45 they said it was wiring charged me 45 bucks and my cars been working awesome!!!
