Russell at Rotten Apple has saved a couple of my amps and a fair few pedals from the scrapheap by his dogged determination to find the offending fault(s) and make good with quality parts and excellent workmanship. Being a player himself he also has an excellent ear for what should, and what shouldnt be, and hears things that my (slightly) older ears simply dont detect - until pointed out! The bargain Fender Twin I took him (after realising I was out my depth with it) was an absolute basket case and had clearly been messed about with in its past life. Russell detected every mod and restored to original, replacing only what was really necessary to get it back to its past glory. Then I realised how loud those things really were!!! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Rotten Apple Repairs!
