I am a single mother. This is a great place for a mother on a budget. I can get name brand items for my son and I at a low price. Love it Burlington.

At first one employee was unprofessional & rude but a specific employee reassured me & lead me in the right direction literally. Jakiriya was very helpful and respectful making my experience 100% better. I appreciated it and will ship with Burlington again.

Awesome shopping and great prices. Sad to say very long lines and only one person at register. I had to scream out over the floor for additional register assistance.

Dont have anything bad to say about the place besides the fact the shopping carts wont go pass the front door. I bought $700+ worth of items and I had to make a couple trips back and forth to the car. Mind you I have a 3yr old and a 8 week old. Management please work on that, thanks!

The store is clean and organized. They have a great variety of products, including clothing. The only con I can think of as of now, is the wait time during checkout.

I had a large and somewhat complicated purchase while at check-out, however the cashier, Tearra, had a great personality and assisted me with patience and a smile. The last time I came to this Burlingtons in Tallahassee, Fl the line was extremely long with only two cashiers, however today there where four ladies working at the front check-out.

I didnt find what I was looking for. There were no business or casual dresses, skirts, or shirts for 1x or above.

The staff was very helpful. I contacted the store in search of a crib I had seen at a different location. Thankfully, they had this particular crib in stock. I was real impressed with their willingness to assist me in getting this crib. They placed the crib on hold for me. I asked a friend to pick it up for me, as I lived more than an hour away from this location. Unfortunately, the crib would not fit in my friends car. I drove to the store and when I arrived, the staff was so helpful. They helped me load the crib in my car (without me asking) and for that I am so grateful. The staff made this shopping experience a very pleasant one. My only regret is that I didnt write down their names, as I would really like Burlingtons Corporate office to know what an EXCELLENT Job these young ladies are doing. Good customer service has become a thing of the past, so this experience was very refreshing.

Return policy stinks. A friend got my daughter and I some cute clothes for Christmas and unfortunately they were a tad bit too small. I wasnt able to exchange them for a larger size, or get a store credit or gift card without a receipt. All items still had the tags on them as well so I do t see why it was such an issue? Not sure how thats gonna work out after the holidays when people want to do exchanges.

Burlington is always one of my favorites. The new location is roomy, well organized and clean. Their staff Is always friendly and helpful. A lot of bare racks due to covid but otherwise they had many great deals. I enjoyed my shopping adventure as I always do. Will continue to visit whenever I am on this side of town.

I came after two to return the defective product, the associates and the store manager did not accept the item. The item was defective the day I purchased and I could not observe earlier. When I wanted to return the item after two days, the store manager and the associates denied the return saying that the item has been used. Highly dissatisfied at the unprofessional behavior of the associates.

Overall, not so bad. But employee did appear to have a problem with prize checking an item for us ...

They have good collection and reasonable price. They have huge collection of winter clothes such as puffers, jackets etc. They have also beautiful home decors

Cashier rang us up for more items then we had in our bags. It was such a pain to even try to get our money back. Basically accused us of stealing. They also forgot to take security tags off of some of our clothes so I had to go back to get them taken off.

Burlington has become a junk sort of flea market store, when it was in the Tallahassee mall, it carried quality clothes, item etc. Sad indeed!
