This is an older Publix but they still offer all the Public favorites. As you walk in, you turn to the right and your greeted with fresh breads, pastries, and a deli section. Meats are along the back right and back of the store. Chips are near the center of the store and beer/wine are towards the left side of the store. Pharmacy is in the left side at the front of the store. Publix is known for their key lime pie. Make sure you try one. They are great.They offer a nice selection of fresh produce along with a nice selection of seafood.

A young gentleman (Nate) assisted me in the Deli department this evening, he demonstrated awesome customer service. I informed a young gentleman in the customer service department about the great customer service I received from Nate and wanted to inform management. The young gentleman in customer service told me he would inform management, however after calling Publix and speaking with management for myself, I was informed that the young gentleman in customer service did not inform management like he told me he would. Im glad I took it upon myself to call management to give Nate the recognition he deserves.

I grew up in the area and went to Chiles. I often came to Publix back then to get my ultimate Sub or the three dozen chocolate chip cookies they used to sell because nobodys bakery made them like Publix. Everyone was all smiles, great personalities and welcoming which took me back to my childhood. They dont do the three dozen cookies like they used to but I did still get some chocolate chip cookies and my ultimate Sub, which made my day.

While at the register spending my hard-earned money, I was told by a manager that was bagging when I asked to have my flowers put in a bag that they have sleeves for the flowers by the flower section for the next time because those Publix bags are very expensive. I askedthese bags are very expensive? And she replied yes because we buy them in bulk. I guess that explains why all my items werent bagged. I left

A great neighborhood Publix. Crowded after work and on weekends, but always clean and quick in the evenings.

Love Publix! This store in Bradfordville is large, the staff are friendly. I shop here weekly for a friends groceries due to her back issues.

Mostly all I use currently due to Covid is the pharmacy. Have to say they are excellent at providing very kind and friendly service! Only problem is availability of some medications. Have to wait sometimes more than 24 hours.

Store is typically well stocked and always clean. Most of the team members are friendly and helpful. There are a few older members in the sub making area and cashier line that are not as friendly and seem like they dont want to be bothered.

The shelves were stocked and blocked, the cashiers have always been a delight to do business with. Most of the time there is a manager at the end of the cashiers area helping to bag groceries and genuinely interacting with the customers!! As with any place with a customer service role there will be a few confused or not so personably inclined workers, and even then, they acknowledge that you are the customer and treat you with respect.Wal Mart COULD TAKE A HUGE CHUNK OF PAGES OUT OF publics book ! And SHOULD QUICKLY! WAL MART IS A JOKE!! ESPECIALLY NEXT TO EVEN A SMALL TOWN PUBLIX!!! DANG WAL MART! STEP UP!

Hadn’t been here in awhile. They reminded why. Why are they out of hot food in the deli at 7pm? Dinner time! Same as they ever were. Also, staff was too tired to be nice, ( those that were working). In this area, we have a choice of walmart or this Publix. Neither of which deserve my money. Sad.

When in to get lunch from the deli area. Its pretty delicious and staff is great to deal with at this time.

This store is amazing! Clean carts when you come shop! We came in late near closing time the other day. The cashier I believe her name was shelby she was genuinely nice, had outstanding customer service! The bagger as well was just amazing but I didn’t see his name. Very great knowing when you come in late the workers still give excellent service thank you publix! This is our Publix my husband and I will definitely be returning!

I realize everybody looks forward to quitting time but, I was there an hour before closing but employees in most departments were busy doing what seemed to be working towards getting out of there. One person coming from a grocery aisle almost ran into me with a cart while heading to the back doors.

They are always so helpful and everything is always clean and fresh.

As always the employees are very helpful. I ask where a product is and they walked me to it!!

I’ve been shopping at Publix my entire life.I had a wonderful interaction with the cashier and bagger. My things were loaded, and my made my way to the lottery kiosk.This is my second time in this Publix today, and i also used the kiosk on my first trip. There was a lady in front of me, and no one identified her.I play the lottery in Publix and Publix only, and only from the kiosk.Today I was aggressively approached by hunter, I was told told I can’t play the lottery unless I’m 18 years or older. Mind you, I am 24 years of age.Never have I been asked to show my Identification at the kiosk. The sign says 18 or older to play, not show your identification to play. I told him my age, and that I didn’t need to show my Identification at the kiosk, only at the counter. He walked to the kiosk and said I couldn’t buy and and if I did he’s just give me my money back.If your identification has to be checked at the kiosk, then why isn’t there someone always standing there to ask.I was discriminated against and I do not appreciate being attacked.I then asked for a manager, and I showed him my Identification.The manager on duty and hunter were both very dismissive and rude. && they should not work i customer service

TOO HOT !! 🥵🥵 Everyone sweating. Only shopped there today because its closest to my home and gas stations have no gas. Guess Publix was not using ac. I paid about 1/3 more for everything I bought than from my usual store.

Posting is for the Publix pharmacy. After horrible experience at CVS (see review) I decided to get my flu shot from Publix. I was in and out in about ten minutes and the staff was helpful and kind. What a stark contrast from CVS. The pharmacy area is very clean and well stocked.

Sunday evening was a great time to pick up a few items. Store was fairly empty. I wish the younger employees would cut a wider path around customers.

Most cashiers and baggers are generally disrespectful to me because I work at another store in the same shopping center. We do not treat Publix employees that way when they come to us. Sushi maker acts like I’m hassling him to order simple custom rolls, which is a service they advertise. Several deli employees are rude and pushy, and pretend to mis-hear customers in a clumsy effort to upsell. (No, I said quarter-pound 3 times, stop repeating “half a pound?”, I know what you’re doing.) The perception that Publix has great customer service is a lie.

Whats there to say.. ? Its PUBLIX WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE .. That Motto never fails.

Their messaging system says the pharmacy is closed from 2:00 to 2:30. It is closed until 3:00. They need to fix this misinformation because I have to drive really far to get here and then to have to wait an extra half hour is very inconvenient. Is it that hard to fix their menu?

You can find good food here but unfortunately their prices have increased by 10-15% over the last 4-5 months, just when we cant afford it. I probably spent half the usual amount and restricted my spending to essential items only. Publix, your loss.

Today everyone employees had masks on. That is good. They were out of ham.Its a great store and I do most of my shopping here. I love the bakery and fresh produce. Its not cheap.

This publix is phenomenal! The kids that work there have been superbly trained and show a level of professionalism I have not seen anywhere. I have so many good experiences there that I shared with friends or colleagues.This kids will be successful and I believe their experience at Publix will be a great start.

Bradfordville Publix is a great store. However, today the very cute and chatty bagger put my tomatoes and bananas in the requested paper bag first then piled frozen foods, a jar of sauce and other heavier items on top! Didnt notice until I got home and unloaded my bruised bananas and tomatoes (one tom was split open). Please tell your baggers to be more vigilant of what theyre doing.

They have a large variety of items and if you cant find something they are willing to help. Their deli counter has lactose free cheese so I can have a grilled cheese sandwich Their bakery dept is fabulous too

If you rent their carpet cleaners make sure you check them real well before you go home with it. I guess their policy is that they dont check them well before they send you home with 1. Mine was dirty as can be before I even started using it. But theyre really really picky about making sure its clean when you bring it back. The lady wanted to charge us $15 because they were still a little residue in 1 reservoir.

This is the Publix I shop at the most. Its the basic Publix we expect...good fresh groceries and people who are friendly and helpful. Its not one of those super publix stores with the cheese island and the other new specialty counters. Its nice though. And if you go there on the weekday in the early AM its like you have this clean shiny fully stocked and front shelf organized wonderland full of people who are there just for you. Try it.

Was shopping and though oh I should get a flu shot since I have a baby at home. Pharmacist seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall Publix is usually my go to place for groceries but not this location anymore.

Top notch grocery. Well staffed, well managed and a great selection of products. I live equidistance from 4 stores (6 if you count Target and Walmart) and will always choose this Publix. Wonderful bakery, deli, produce, floral, fish, sushi, and pharmacy. New carts and cute car carts for kids. There are so many nice people that work there. I love that you can online order deli items.

I used to love Publix. I *was* able to buy all sorts of gluten free items (frozen dinners for 2, bagguettes, etc.) Why have they been removed from Tallahassee stores? I am so disappointed. Now Im shopping for another store to accommodate my 3 generations of allergy to wheat family.

This is a reasonably good Publix. It has just about any grocery you might want, as long as it isnt too obscure. As at most Publixes, the workers are friendly and helpful, although the baggers could be a bit better trained. They occasionally will be out of certain things, especially in the meat department--- for example, they are often out of ground pork. I, personally, would also trade some of their massive variety of wine for a wider variety of cheeses. It is, however, clean, and they always seem to have plenty of checkout lanes open.
