Yes the tag goes to the bike. Orion is fair and easy to work with, has competent staff. I feel like I can trust them. I bought another Beta to go with this one. No problems out of either. The RR is relatively stiff and agressive, like a motocrosser that pulls down low. It tolerates slow riding but always wants to be accelerating. The Xtrainer is more docile like a trail bike. It beats you up less. Both are super fun and make a regular dual sport seem like a pig.

I worked with Kaylan at Orion. She and her team was very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought 2 jet skis and absolutely love them. I definitely recommend Orion Motorsports.

Terrible service department. I brought my motorcycle to get repaired on November 24th of 2020, and it is now January 22nd 2021. Almost 2 months and I called up there 4 times to get an update on my bike and was always told I would get a call back, and nothing. Finally I had to go up there and just get my bike and was told by the service department they were riding it fine. Sure enough I go to ride the bike and it still will not idle right, and the engine will still keep dying while riding at normal speeds. If you want quality repairs for your motorcycle, four-wheeler, jet ski, whatever...I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Purchased a can am definer and we love it, we live 2 hours from this location but no one could beat there price. The staff was friendly and he went over everything we needed to know before we left so I give them 5 stars check with them before you buy anywhere else.

Drove from Valdosta to purchase a new sea doo waited for everything to get done owner walked me through all the stuff with the jet ski. They forgot to put the fire extinguisher in it and also the tie downs for the back of the ski. Owner said they put 4 gallons of gas in the jet ski. I get home and to the lake crank it up first thing it says is low fuel. Then getting done at the lake I notice my tire on my trailer which is brand new I purchased from them as well is on backwards the valve stem was on the inside. Asked the owner about that he said that they don’t install the tires on the trailers which is a lie. Call owner to let him know he says all that’s minor stuff which is but not when you spend that kinda $$ on brand new stuff. Won’t be back

There cruiser selection (what I saw) is minimal, but they have a decent selection of sportier looking bikes and even some trikes. Definitely worth a check out if youre in the market.

Sold a bike here and bought a bike here. Owner is hard to read. Staff is friendly and helpful. But, they quit repairing the bikes they sell. Now they seem to be just selling Can-Ams. Not really going to miss doing business there.

I use to visit Orions when it was just a small building with some bikes out front, its grown a lot and I havent been in some years. But my first experiences there were great!

These guys are classy, I called by accident the wrong shop and I’m from out of state. Even though they didn’t sell the machine to me, he helped me trouble shoot a problem that I’ve been super frustrated with. His instructions totally helped and I found the electrical problem on my machine. If I lived in Florida I’d by stuff there. He had no incentive to help me but spent the time anyways, I’d say that means these guys love what they do first and sell second.

My father took a wheel in to get a new valve stem and the they said they ballanced it as well. Come to find out they left the old stem in the wheel so it rolled around in there also was no evidence of them ballancing the wheel.

I purchased a used Spyder from Orion Motorsports via Ebay and am very pleased with the transaction and service I received from them. There were several hiccups in the financial transfer of funds and with my shipper on my end. They were patient and understanding throughout the entire process. The unit arrived in Michigan as described and pictured on Ebay.

Very friendly and helpful staff both at service and sales department. This place has a huge selection of motorcycle gears which is great if you do not like to buy before trying it out. Tim at service is super helpful with any follow up questions or requests. I usually do my own maintainance but there are limits to my skills and these guys are always here to help when I need it. They have my business as long as I live in this town.

While not very flexible on pricing, Orions bikes are in very good shape (probably why hes not willing to negociate much) and if you have ANY problems they will take care of you and your bike. I had a battery die couple of days after warranty, they sent out a mechanic, loaded bike, checked all electronics and installed new battery - no charge. Garage staff is extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help if you want to turn your own wrenches. Sales staff is courteous and well informed. No worries in buying a bike from Orion Motorsports and have referred friends and family.

Heard nothing but good stuff about these guys.. However 4k later still having problems with some of the same issues they were suppose to fix and they want to still charge me for their piss poor work. Go at your own risk.

Ive been dealing with Orions Motorsports for the last 5-6 years. My father (RIP) bought 4 scooters from them and I have purchased 3 motorcycles from them. I know the office staff and the shop staff well and they treated us like family. Always stood behind everything they sold. Orion is good to his word and Rich has always been there for me in the showroom. Zach and his crew out back in the shop, are second to none! I wouldnt want to take my bike anywhere else to have it worked on and Zach is always available for just about anything that you can throw at him! lol Great store, great shop and a great staff all the way around. Nice guys, but their mechanics arent worth the tools they own. The bike was a piece of crap from the get go, but thats not a problem of theirs. I got a decent deal on it, and a complete engine tear down and rebuild later, it is one of the most fun to ride bikes Ive ever had. I just for sure wouldnt use their service department, especially if you ride older Harleys... learn to wrench on it yourself or get rid of it.

Customer service done right.Ive been having factory/first generation issues with my motorcycle. Recently had a serious issues that I thought was going to cancel last minute made plans for a long trip.Being a first generation owner often means working out the bug the engineers dont realize can happen on paper. As a result, parts often take around a week to get in as its unreasonable to expect the shop to keep these in stock, regardless of how many the sell.Sales and maintenance shined getting my issues fixed in a phenomenal effort that took the whole crew (from top to bottom) to pull off. They understand that first generation issues can be frustrating for owners, especially when there are multiple.I cant say the will expedite repairs for everyone (as thats not humanly possible nor feasible personnel or business wise), but when it comes down to brass tacks and they will always do the right thing, and if possible, go that extra mile.This is why I do business with Orions, not just for service and maintenance, but riding gear as well.

I went in for some riding gloves and the owner and employees were very knowledgeable on their products and nice.

Bikes and parts were reasonably priced. Good bike inventory. Many different bikes to choose from. Although if you wanted to sit on one, you would have to squeeze in to fit between the bikes. The bikes were way too close to eachother. You could stand a bike upright without hitting the next bike. Also, the organization wasnt that great. Shelves just didnt lol presentable. Lastly, one of the first things that I said when I was walking around the shop was Would it kill them to dust this place? I mean the dust was everywhere. On all the bikes. On all the new helmets. Everywhere.

I left my Suzuki DR200Se there for service involving an idle problem. I got the bike back after a while and the problem was not fixed to the tune of $281!!!!! . Orion took the bike back in for service after i was in better health. I had to pay for transport as bike would not run. I got the bike back a few weeks ago and the problem remains along with missing original parts, bent choke plunger, and other assorted items. I will never take it back there. I could have purchased a new carburetor for $281 on the internet and installed it myself. Orion himself is good to go but the person who worked on my motorcycle is unquestionably a terrible mechanic.

THIEVES...Bought my bike from them almost 3 years ago. Took it back to get worked on last year, every time I called to get an update they would give me the run around and say they would call me back. Never heard back, so I call again today and they have sold the bike that I brought to them to repair. Do not give these thieves your $$$. These guys are scumbags for stealing from me, save yourself and go somewhere else. You have been warned.

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We as consumers have been forced to outsourced customer service departments or faceless, electronic help. As a former secret shopper and veteran of retail business, I received what I believe to be text book face to face excellent customer service at Orion. Not only was Kaylan super friendly, but her knowledge for the Canam line up was unexpectedly phenomenal. She was kind and helpful and it was obvious she took her job seriously and enjoyed it. Though I did not purchase anything, I left with the knowledge I was looking for to make the right decision when I do and it will be at Orion. Excellent pricing and willing to go the extra mile to gain not only a new customer, but a friend of the business. I will be passing on the word. I purchased a used Kawasaki 50 from them today for my son and was very happy with the service and friendly staff.

Bought two Jet Skis brand new here less than a year ago. Initially had an issue, but the owner handled it directly and all is well!

Over priced, went to purchase a used pcx and would not negotiate on the price has sat there for over a year, and will be there probably a couple more years. The price at other dealers on newer lower mileage bikes are lower.

Called at 9:00 (when they open) to ask if they could pickup a bike and they said it would be about an hour. They only asked for the address not a name or number. I called back after an hour and a half of waiting and they said they would send someone as soon as possible and THEN took my name and number. Waited another hour, by this time its 11:30 and STILL no sign of anyone. Finally got tired of waiting and took our business elsewhere. Received a call 4 hours after the time they originally said they would be there. Meanwhile we are 10 minutes down the road from where they are located and they told us it would be $60 to pick it up. Unprofessional.

In the first place, they were good about letting me test drive bikes -- I didnt end up buying a bike from them, but I felt a debt to at least have my bike serviced there...a mistake.A year later, I called ahead for a front tire on a Honda 1800. The guy promised they had fresh rubber, and when I got dropped off there, he pulls a tire off the shelf thats 17 months old...a tire thats been sitting on their shelf for 17 months! When I show him the manufacture date on the tire, he starts okey-doking me like he doesnt know about the manufacture date required by law to be stamped on all tires sold in the US. And of course he claims its the only tire of that size that he has. Ive already made arrangements for a ride while my bikes being worked on, so Im over the barrel now -- Orion lied to me on the phone about having fresh rubber, and now theyre okey-doking me on the whole deal. I really dont have a choice but to install the old tire, at regular price.Not two weeks later, Im talking to a friend who rides, and he says, the guy at Orion told me not to buy tires older than 6 months.So, Orion, thanks for ignoring safety issues -- no big deal with motorcycles, right?
