Very nice program for us long time customers.I have many devices between my wife and I and go about every four to six month but every time we go it’s a pleasant experience and also quick.We have had new shields out on our new phones, iPads and watches and rarely have to come back.They do a great job whether first time install or replacement.I recommend this place

Quick and easy service, I had my two small children and the nice man at the kiosk in the mall installed my screen protector. My old one was cracked however I registered it online when I purchased it and was able to get a replacement!

I had gotten the screen protector replaced 2 weeks ago when it fell off my bedside table and cracked. When I stopped by to see if I had to wait 30 days or so between replacing it, he said nope, just pay the deductible. He was pleasant, efficient and paid attention to making sure the protector was on straight. Only place I go together it fixed/replaced.

Horrible customer service. I had to wait more than 30 min which was fine since there was only one man working. But when it came time to pay I misunderstood the price (I thought replacements were free) and he yelled in my face “WELL YOU THOUGHT WRONG”. Then proceeded to mansplain the simple pricing talking to me like a child. As I was trying to walk away from the mans harassment he kept yelling at me to have a nice day because he could tell I was upset and was getting angry at that.
