I have used Advance Auto Parts for 15 years and they are as amazing today as they were 15 years ago! Very attentive and helpful.

I called ahead to see if they had my part, the associate looked and said yes. I had them hold it till I got there from Childersburg. Got the part took it home, wrong part. Took it back, got a refund added to the price of the right part. Took it home, put it in and it still didnt fix my problem., not their fault, but I can take this part back for a refund also. Otherwise, the shopping experience was good.

I have always received fast, friendly service at this store. Recently, my car was starting slowly. So, I took it by this store to have my battery checked. They checked and installed a new battery in less than 15 minutes! They also let me use an online discount code toward the cost of my battery. You cant beat saving time and money! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Walked in and asked one of the guys where they kept the RTV and things of that nature, he started smiling and whent up to a group of employees. He was basicaly pointing out the fact that I had just asked for something and made it seem like I just made it up. Eventually a nice fellow came and walked me to where I needed to be... This is not the only not so good experience Ive had there. Every time I go in its always something with these people.. But I can go to AutoZone which is basically next door and be treated like a highly valued customer.
