Friendly, very helpful. I almost went to an auto store for a key fob battery but they might have to order it and I didnt want to take a chance. Batteries are what Batteries Plus Bulbs do and they were great and very reasonable.

Had a wonderful experience... Just bought a new to me car...Walked in looking to get batteries for my key fobs... Tyler went above and beyond to hook up the fobs he also offered to check my car battery life which then included...a test for the starter and the alternator. I was so impressed. Tyler is the man!!! They take lithium batteries for recycling. also can test batteries to see if dead or not. also can program car keys cheaper than a car dealer can. super helpful.

The guys at batteries plus really took care of us today. They were the cheapest price we could find for a screen and battery replacement for my wifes 6s plus and and a battery for my 6s. They finished EXACTLY when they said they would and the price was by far the lowest in our area. Go see them you wont be disapointed.

Great service everytime

My wife went to the store Sycamore,Ill back in January 2018 when I was out of town, and purchased a car battery as well had them install it. Their untrained staff install the positive cable stud cockeyed which stripped the stud, resulting in having to replace the 3 cable positive battery cable assembly at cost of $54, one days lost wages for my wife and 3 1/2 hrs of my labor. To which the that franchise store owner refuses to reimburse for the $54, and he thru his store manager has insinuated that Im a liar and am trying to scan them out of $54.
