Gary and Vinnie, just wow! I couldnt believe how kind and attentive they both were. The parking lot is a solid 10/10, perfect for roller skating and having a dance party. The management there is awful. They only care about money and overlook everything else including employees behavior . The only good experience I had was with the parts man named Jordan. He was the only one who was nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Because of him I would consider going back. Otherwise absolutely not, horrible management in all departments and will let anything slide for money.

First I want to say that Lucas was great. I didn’t feel the pressure you usually get with car salesman. I received an excellent price when I traded in my Soul and got into a lease at a great price. I decided to try a lease so I could decide later if I actually wanted to keep this car or try something new in 3 years. Yes this is the 2nd car I have gotten at Rte 6 Kia. So the fact I am a returning customer says something in itselfThe only reason I gave 4 Stars is that I can never get through to service dept when I call them. I always have to leave a message. They always call back but sometimes I just want to talk to someone and not wait for a call back.

I have always hear very good things about this dealer. I just called a little while ago to discuss incoming inventory on certain models. The gentlemen I spoke with was extremely rude. He made it clear he didn’t want to give me his time over the phone. He then hung up on me while I was asking him questions and when I called back saying we got disconnected his reply was “I just told you the answer” when it should have been “how can I further help you?”Unfortunate customer service.

Route 6 Kia was extremely responsive in repairs my 2013 Sportage. There was a delay getting the part due to shipping. However they were knowledgeable and able to identify my repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty! You can image the relief in hearing those words!

I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, as I had been to a few other Kia dealerships in the Boston area and was very underwhelmed each time. From the moment I drove in the lot I knew this experience would be different. The building appeared to be in great shape, there was plenty of parking, and right when I got there I was greeted at the door.The sales team member that helped me out (Dave) was very friendly, asked what my intentions were at the beginning, didn’t put too much pressure on me, and was willing to work with me without bringing the sales manager over to “strong arm” me into paying more than I wanted to.The finance manager (Rob) was also extremely friendly, shopped a few different banks for financing, and gave me options for additional warranties and gap coverage without pushing them, allowing me to pick and choose for myself.All in all, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend anyone looking for a Kia to check out Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, it was worth the drive down to Swansea, even coming from north of Boston.

I went in knowing pretty much exactly what I wanted and had literally about 2 hours to accomplish it. The salesperson Bryan went quick but did not leave out one bit of helpful instructions on the features of the car. And he was warm, funny and friendly to boot. The deal was great! Roy also got thru the paperwork with me super quick but also thorough. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle thru this dealership. I’ve never been disappointed in the sales process, sales and finance people and service personnel.

I went in with a letter I had received. Promising lower payments and a great trade. No interest. It was sounding too good to be true. Inventory was low which was expected. But they had a car that I fell in love with. And because they gave me so much for my trade I was able to get the top of the line model with every bell and whistle you could hope for. I told they guy I didn’t want to spend the day there. So let’s get to the point. Negotiations were quick and fair and I was outta there in less than two hours. Syed was an excellent sales person. Both were very friendly and professional.One thing to note, which is no fault of the dealer, is that registrations and plates took around a month because of covid. I was considering going in to buy a new vehicle, but after the experience my friend had at this location I seriously hope other people decide to go elsewhere too. My friend went in to buy a new truck, after purchasing the vehicle she was informed that due to an engine issue it would be another 6-8 weeks before she would receive it. I’m sure anyone else would agree, that is a pretty long time to go without a vehicle when you expected to have the keys in hand within the week. After hearing the news she requested her money back to buy something else that she could get sooner. The dealership refused, leaving her without a car for over a month. After working in the industry for many years, I find it hard to believe they were unaware of this problem before selling the car, seeing as it’s an overall model recall and not just this car’s individual issue. Please consider this situation when you are looking for a reliable dealership that is looking out for their customers, this one clearly is not.

Great place to shop for a new or used car! Our salesman Syed was so nice and very personable! My wife and I are expecting our first child and before we even greeted each other, he congratulated us. That got us talking about our families and he puts his family above anything else! He did everything he could for us and he didnt pressure us into anything. He made sure the car would be in our budget and wanted us to get exactly what we wanted, which we did! We shopped here because even though those radio commercials (its a crime to pay more than a dime!) are annoying, maybe they are true. While we didnt put down ONE dime, they REALLY are paying thousands over KBB value, and that is how we walked out with our family SUV same day! Every other dealership we shopped at was going to give us thousands less than Kia did! Highly recommend shopping here if you are in the market for a new car! While I am sure every sales person there is nice, I recommend Syed!

Most importantly, a gentleman by the name of Ray who works in the service department was so very helpful in getting my 2021 Kia Telluride serviced; even though I had arrived late (which I tried really hard not to but the traffic was terrible). This man was gracious enough to take me in, get the paperwork started, got someone to service my vehicle etc. I was in/out of there in no time. The guy was so professional. He is the best and that dealership is lucky to have him as an employee. I strongly recommend that place because of his service.

Heres the skinny:I worked with Lucas who was very attentive and helpful. He greeted me outside as I was heading to the showroom and set me up with the car to test drive and off I went. Best to look for another Kia Dealer; called ahead to make sure the new Kia Carnival was available for viewing, and it was but apparently it got sold within the hour and had left the lot 2 minutes before I arrived. Probably, the biggest B.S. excuse I had ever heard so best to look else where and not waste your time.Reply to owner:To Clarify I called in advance to make sure the car was available for viewing and it was confirmed by your staff that the car was available and that it would be ready for me when I got there at the confirmed time. I did not walk in randomly to your dealership to get disappointed. This has nothing to do with inventory issues, limited availability etc. The problem was with your staff and the lack of communication between them.

The worse experience of my life with the service department. We had the best service during our purchasing process Luis Silva and the GM were amazing. But this experience I just had to with the service department was something I could not believe. I have been in customer service my whole life and I could not even believe how I was treated. Simply disappointed.

The service technician Paul Fontaine was very helpful and informative. The service was completely in a timely manner.

Your pre-approved we now only need 10k down and payments are 800 a month for 10 years. Credit wasnt to bad. Then was limited to 1 car out of hundreds maybe even thousands. They will lie like every car company does then say well trade in whatever give you double the value oh it cant be over 100k in really good condition. I rhino mylar had no bs 101k. They wouldnt budge. First time a nightmare 2nd time worse. I told them what I needed and how much I could afford once I couldnt afford 5-700$ a month I was garbage no more talking sayid. It was funny looks and disappointment. Yeah KIA SWANSEA RIGHR YEAH THATS THE PLACE JOHNNY!!!!!!
