I went in for an upright freezer, and paid cash for it. I had to rent a truck to bring it home only to find out it doesn’t freeze the food. After calling to report the issue I was told I would have to pay to bring it back, and they’ll try to fix it. They also said there are no refund and if they can’t fix it, I’ll have to get a chest freezer, because they don’t have anymore upright ones. Selling defected items is a no for me. After telling friends, i heard all types of stories about this place selling broken appliances. If i could there would be no stars. Don’t waste your money at this place. The prices are almost store prices anyway.

After buying a used refrigerator for $300.00, the refrigerator part quit working after 3 weeks (theres a 90 day warranty). They came out & fixed it and a month later it was doing the something. Came out & fixed it again. About 3-4 weeks later fridge part quit cooling again. Im thinking at this point it falls under the lemon law. They refused to take it back and since a few days had passed to 90 days, refused to fix it again. I told them they could have it back for $100.00 (Id just eat the $200 as a lesson learned by they refused that too). I would not advise buying anything there as they do NOT stand behind their products!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!😡😡😡

I got a used side by side refrigerator and one of their contractors Big Country delivered it the same day and hooked up my water to it which he didn’t have to do but he did because he’s awesome and both guys were great and professional. And my fridge is running cold as can be! This is the 3rd appliance I have gotten from them and I’ve never had an issue.

I purchased a fridge and conveniently the morning of delivery it went out so I was offered another which was of course not as good but had no choice since mine went out. They got it here, it’s dented, missing door trays, the correct kick plate isn’t with it, it was 10 yrs older than they said over the phone, and the door doesn’t close properly. Delivery guy tried repairing the door twice but it kept slipping back.He took measurements for the kick plate and told me to call the office. I called the office and told them as well as about the missing door inserts. Fast forward 10 months to now, nothing was fixed and now the fridge has died.

Its a used appliance store for most. You cant expect new quality.When I purchased a washer and dryer set, I was excited. Except... The washer didnt work from day one. Several calls later, and a few months, we finally figured it all out.This was beyond their control as we are in an unprecedented time. I was adamant about the set matching, but we ended up resolving the issue with a little bit of give from both sides.Kelly is amazing and I am very grateful to her for staying patient with my pregnancy emotions! She remained calm, collected, and sweet throughout my many different emotional states lol

Do not buy from here! My mother in law purchased a dryer and paid for delivery. The day of delivery she received a call saying the dryer she purchased is not working correctly and they would send one that is the same. They pretty much send a hunk of junk that was not even close to what she paid for. They dropped it off and never hooked it up. So after she hooks it up, its so loud you can hear it throughout the house. She calls them and was told a repairman would be out in a couple days. Well it’s been a couple weeks and several calls with no luck. This is a horrible place that is willing to rip off old widow women. Oh and if you’re lucky enough to talk to Michelle boy is she a beach. Don’t waste your money with these people. AGAIN PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

I bought a fridge from them, fridge had issues in less than 30 days. They allegedly ordered the parts, technician was supposed to come out. No call no show, then was told they ordered the part that day. Wont give me a refund. Customer service is horrible. They are crooks selling known bad appliances. Purchased a brand new Midea refrigerator for $500 from here, plus delivery, installation, totaled $644.60. Was not a scratch and dent. Had dents on front, left and right side, was not on it in the store. Asked for credit, no they dont do that. They told me to put white on it, no one would notice. Really? White out? Lowes has the same refrigerator for $579 with free delivery. And NO I DID NOT PURCHASE any scratch and dent refrigerator. Do not shop here. Very disappointed and frustrated.

The deliver man was very unprofessional and confrontational.We paid $100 to have the fridge delivered and installed, but when the delivery was underway we were informed we would need to pay an additional $50 fee to finish, because the fridge doors needed to be removed. This was unexpected as it was not in our agreement (even in the small print, of which I have since read in its entirety).They finished delivery and asked for the $50 in cash. I dont keep cash at home, so I told them to bill me, which was unacceptable to this company. At this point, the delivery man is getting upset and acting very unprofessional. He starts yelling at my partner and wont leave without his money. Frankly, it was horrible.You can judge whether the $50 dollar fee was reasonable or not, but Im sure the following are not reasonable:Numerous scratches on our floor from pivoting the fridge through the dining room doorway. Removed part of our back door and did not replace (it was not broken, so I was able to repair). Left part of a fridge drawer outside. It apparently fell off during moving, but it was easy to fix. Left the vent cover on the dining room floor, which was apparently broken during the delivery. Ive installed it now, but it is literally broken in half (better than no cover?). Left a huge wet mess from the ice maker, dirt and water throughout our kitchen and into the dining room. Did not properly connect the ice maker, so it leaked behind the fridge and into our basement.

My wife and I purchased a Washer, Dryer and Refridgerator from here December 2020. Delivery and install went fine, but the next day when I tried to use the Dryer it did not work. I called it in and they told me repairs would be out in a week. No big deal. So I took some pliers to it and figured out a workaround for the meantime.Heres the kick there wasnt an on the spot fix for the machine, so Ive been waiting for a part for close to 3 months. I dont think anyone is deliberately screwing me over, but communication is a huge issue here. When the second repairman came out they had no idea a first had been here. Thats a waste of everyones time and money. I was going to give 5 stars once I got repairs, but with how long Ive had to wait thats no longer on the table.Still not a bad place to buy a used appliance if you have a bit of know how, but be cautious if you are buying something for grandma.

Bought a used washer and dryer from them and they both did not work .The dryer terminal block was missing the screws and a nut for the cord .Had to go to Don’s and get a new one because they said I had to bring the dryer back in for them to fix it .Then my daughter texted me to say the washer does not spin out later in the evening .This place is not customer friendly or they don’t look at stuff to check it before they sell it because they would have noticed no screws for the wires .The better business bureau will be contacted Monday because I am sure I am not the first person that had this problem..Also don’t try calling them back and talk to the person that sold the appliances because they will be with another person .Coincidence.

I bought a washer from reconditioned Appliance. The washer was leaking the day I brought it home. I took it back the next day and they said they fixed it. Got it home it was doing the same thing. They wanted me to unplug the washer and bring it back again. I said no I shouldn’t have to keep unplugging this washer and lugging it up the basement steps. This last time they sent a technician out to look at the washer and that was 2 months ago. That technician said he had to order a part and he would get back with me. I called today to remind them that my washer hasn’t been fixed and now Michelle said that I’m out of warranty and are refusing to fix the washer unless I pay a service call.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I purchased a pair of a washer and dryer from here. When we got home and got everything plugged in neither of them worked. We take it back to the store and they tell us it will be 24 hours and they will call us. 24 hours later we still havent heard anything, so we call the lady on the phone Michelle says she will go out to the shed in awhile to check on it and she will call us back. Of course we didnt hear back from them and we had to call up there ourselves. She then tells us it will be ready on Saturday, guess what we call on Saturday they are still not done. It is now Monday morning and we called to check on them and they said it wont be done until Thursday, which Im sure is another lie. This place is incredibly unprofessional, it has been a goose chase just to get someone to talk to us.

We bought a refrigerator from here. It started having issues and when we called they scheduled a technician to come and he didn’t show twice! Then they tried to say we had to bring the fridge in for repairs. Needless to say after my husband missed 2 days of work waiting on a technician to not show up, we missed out on more money than we saved and still have a refrigerator with issues. The manager was also extremely rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.Update: the technician no call no showed 6 times before finally coming and the refrigerator still didn’t work after he “fixed” it. We are now on our 3rd refrigerator in 2 months and this one is just as bad as the first two.

My parents bought a washer and dryer set from them for me for Christmas. The washer didnt work when delivered. They sent a mechanic out to look at it who said he was going to order a part to fix it. Never heard back. I called and they said they would bring out a replacement washer. They missed several deadlines to bring out an another washer. The one they brought out didnt match the dryer (at all) and made loud banging noise every time it started. I called and requested a refund which was denied. They called back and said they would issue a refund, but only if I brought it back to their store (even though my parents paid to have it shipped). Both parents have had issues with Michele, who constantly lied to them about deadlines and when her boss was in the office. Would never buy again and am warning other not to.

If I could give them anything lower than 1, I would. Bought a stove and fridge from there, they not only delivered the wrong stove but a broken one. Took them about a week to pick it up and deliver a different one. First fridge I got was broke fridge and freezer didn’t work, wasted groceries. Called and called they either said the person I needed to speak to wasn’t there, said they called back and I didn’t answer, or they weren’t getting any trucks that day. Which was a lie because I had a relative go up there and there was a truck being delivered then. Took them almost three weeks to deliver me a new fridge.Then when I got it the bottom half didn’t work. They didn’t want to refund me barely wanted to exchange my appliances. Not to mention the workers were smoking inside the store. Just all around bad experience.

I was verbally abused and was told I’m trying to steal a stove from them but they have had possession of my money since May 2020, the employee said it was my fault. Moving here from another state to get taken advantage of from this store is horrific and unsettling that they agreed to a stove instead of a refund and now they don’t recall anything. How convenient for them that the employee that I initially talked to is no longer working there. This place is a ripoff. I suggest we get a class action lawsuit for the way this place is conducting business on unsuspected customers. We must not stand alone because that is what they want but together we can get things resolved.

We bought a scratch and dent fridge from them about 3 weeks ago. We got the water hooked up to it only to find out that they had a faulty water filter so it was leaking water from inside of the fridge. We called them and told them about it but we’re going to charge us just for coming to look. It was cheaper to replace it ourselves. Not even a few days later we find out the fridge isn’t cooling off anymore. So we call them and they come out to fix it and they did. Great. But a few days after that fixing the fridge, the freezer part stops working. So we call them again explaining what is going on. They told us they would not be able to come until this past Thursday. They were a co call no show. She called us this morning telling us someone would be here to look at it sometime after two. Again they were a no call no show. This is getting ridiculous. We have been spending so much money on groceries because the refrigerator is not cooling off anymore.This is getting ridiculous.

I paid to have the dryer I purchased delivered and removal of my old dryer. When the delivery driver showed up. He told me it was to much work. He threw a tantrum in my home. When I called to talk to whom ever was in charge. I was hung up on. This is a very unprofessional company.

Bought one, took home put in and would not stop filling or even Drain,unplugged it to get it to shut off.ran all over floor had to hand scoop out with glass and took back gave us a second one same price no refunds! Then carried it back home 40 miles one way stoped at Terrys bought new one for 439$ plus year warranty and put used one on market place and made 25$ dollars figured I did not make profit Spence this was a whole day and 160 miles,when I should have went that route instead of used. Bought a washer and dryer over the phone. Explained very clearly I didnt have room for any oversized unit. They sent me out an oversized dryer and I refused it. Been waiting now for 3 weeks for a dryer. Promised twice it was on the truck for delivery, always a no show. The lady that runs the store has done nothing but lie to me. Well at first I thought I was getting a good deal on a fridge and after getting it to my house it quit cooling after 2 weeks. So I called them to have it picked up and they told me that they couldnt because I live to far away but when I paid the delivery charge they said since it was delivered that if it needed worked on they would also come pick it up, so thats the first lie that they told me. Then after I drove out there and dropped it off they said it should be done by Monday so no big deal it would only be 3 days. Well I called Monday and they said the guy was busy and couldnt get to it in time to call back Thursday. So I called back and was put on hold and was told to call back in 30 minutes so once again I did and when I called back she said that he still hasnt been able to fix it that I should know more on Monday so sadly I waited and I called back Monday and was told that it should be ready to pick up on Thursday to just come then and that I didnt need to call anymore. Well I called off work and went Thursday just to find out that nothing was fixed and that I was going to get my money back or a brand new fridge. So I waited till the next day and called them just to be put on hold and now I know that they dont care because I have been on hold for a hour and there line is busy so at this point Im just going to let my lawyer take this over because Im not going to put up with it any longer, its been over a month without a fridge and my family blames me for it since I thought it was a good idea to buy from these people

Got it home plugged it in and the next day all our food was thawed and spoiled. Called and left a voice mail, sent a message on Facebook. No reply. Got ahold of them today and we have to load it back up and take it to them to fix it. Apparently loyalty doesnt matter to them. This is easily the best appliance store I had been to in ages; I got new dryer, as well as delivery and installation paid for with $400. It may seem like a hoax, but this place has high quality appliances and friendly service for more than respectable prices. I would recommend Reconditioned appliances any day of the week.

I had bought a refrigerator and it wasnt getting cold so I called Michelle and she was fantastic she found one for me she even hooked it up there to make sure it worked I got my second refrigerator it started leaking I called Michelle up and again she was on it about sending someone over to look at it no matter how busy she gets she doesnt forget about you she is wonderful if you need a refrigerator or any appliances make sure you deal with Michelle

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!They delivered a different refrigerator than I originally picked out, when I called to ask about it Michelle started crying on the phone that she would be fired for this if I said anything ! So I kept the refrigerator welll, BIG MISTAKE! It stopped working about 2 weeks later ! Bought a washer and dryer from them in November. I’m still under warranty. They been sending someone since Thanksgiving with no success. The woman that answers the phones is unprofessional and rude. The experience was great up until the delivery guy left my house. Purchased a washing machine and it did not work. The excuses the technician guy came up with on why the washer didnt work was even worse. I just believe this business needs to be more structured, organized, and everyone should get on the same page. But hey Im just a customer. Everyone was throwing everyone under the bus, instead of coming up with a solution to the broken product. I took this product as a loss. You dont even get what you pay for here. It is a lose lose situation. I would not recommend anyone to purchase products from here unless you dont mind giving away your money for broken products to sit inside your home and take up space. its not worth it, just go purchase one from a better established company that wants there customers to be happy to keep coming back for business.

Got it delivered and water was leaking/spraying all over the inside of the fridge and leaked all iver my kitchen. I called them...... they said they wouldnt take it back or refund me, that I was a liar because everything worked when they had it, and that the floor the delivery guys messed up moving the fridge was my fault.Then they finally sent a repair man who said he had to order a part. Called back 2 weeks later and he said the part wasnt in. Called a week later and was told he couldnt even find the part.The game was keep giving me excuses until I gave up. Any reviews that are anything above one star has to be fabricated!! This is the WORST customer service, manipulative, thieving POS store I have ever come across. Please don’t buy here. Don’t believe a thing Alex or anybody else tells you in this store. They make false delivery calls on multiple occasions. Not to mention anybody that answers the phone is the manager. Hopefully enough calls/emails to the BBB can get this place scrapped up with the rest of the junk in here.

They dont take credit cards so that they can scam you. Sold us a gas Kenmore. Tried to deliver us an electric whirlpool (without a cord). They gave ours to someone else and wont refund the money. They said people get the wrong appliance all the time. This should not be a normal occurrence. Very poorly run business.

I took a friend of mine there to look for a refrigerator hes in a wheelchair mind you so he needed some of my input we picked out a wonderful in better condition Kenmore refrigerator bottom freezer the salesman was a short darker-skinned I very friendly and promised that because it didnt have the drawers for the crisper and another drawer in the refrigerator and the missing bin in the freezer he said he was able to get them for us..well here it is 3 weeks later..no crisper drawers..my friend has call them repeatedly and he was told that all products are sold as is well obviously they are and Ive been in sales my whole life if you promise something to someone you better come through otherwise its horrible customer service and false promises we should be reported to the better business bureau if not taken care of he would not have bought this frigerator if he knew that those drawers were not available now I would say come up with the crisper drawers or give reviews online or not going to be wonderful and Future I will contact you in person on the phone Monday this is absolutely ridiculous and most disappointing place a business that Ive ever dealt with

I purchased a stove and a washer and dryer. They explained to me that my stove would be similar to a stove that was on the floor as It could be. And within the next 2 weeks I received my washer and dryer everything was good and still good. still running strong. Within 2 weeks I had a stove similar to the one I picked in my price range they were awesome and 5 stars!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place and the people are the absolute worst! My fiance bought a refrigerator from them. Within a week, my food on both the refrigerator side and the freezer side, started to un-thaw. The temperature for the freezer kept bouncing between 21- 35 degrees. Mind you, the recommended setting is for 0- 4 degrees for the freezer. We called them back, they said someone would be out. The day they were suppose to come out, they did not. I had to call them to see what was going on, and of course, an excuse. Mind you, initially, when the fridge was supposed to be delivered on a Tuesday, midday, I called, and was told I dont know what happened, but I dont have you on the schedule for today. Then, when it was delivered two days later, it had a sticky note, saying the delivery day was for Tuesday. SMH! When the technician came out, I had to supply him with an outlet cord to do his job. Now what if I didnt have one, then what? Then, after he so called fixed it, within four days, the same thing happened again. My fiance called them back, and was told they were coming on a Wednesday. I work nights, so I stayed up so I wouldnt miss them. Well! They called, close to the evening, to say that the technician said they need to just w=swap the refrigerator out. My fiance took off work, went there and was told Friday, which was yesterday, that initially, it would be delivered Wednesday! Of course, he was not happy with that, because weve already had to deal with this thing. So then when they saw how displeased he was, they told him tomorrow, which is today. Well well well, they called him and told him NONE of the technicians or delivery guys showed up for work today. So theyre closed on Sundays, and Monday is Memorial Day, so theyll be closed then, and Im sure another excuse will be told for Tuesday, and the new fridge will probably be delivered on that Wednesday like they initially told him. I wouldnt send anyone to this place and I wish I wouldve read these reviews before my fiance went to this joke of a place! Highly dissatisfied!

I came in and purchased a washing machine earlier this month was promised a 90 day warranty the very next day the washer stops spinning so I had to pay someone to take it back to be repaired I was told it would be ready the next day paid again to pick it up then get there and it’s not ready... After a week I started getting flustered after almost 2 weeks started getting furious and demanding the 2 weeks I’ve been without a washer to be placed back on my warranty I spoke to Ashley the manager she claim there was nothing she could do except give me $10 of a $50 delivery charge so I asked for the owner and she stated to me she’s the boss and there’s no one else above her that I could speak with. I’m very Unsatisfied and would never ever spend another cent here!!! Oh and still without a washer waiting on replacement and won’t give my money back!!! WARNING: Total rip off drive straight pass this place!!!

She has always been very professional and very nice. We recently purchased a dishwasher but experienced issues right away. Kelly was quick to save the day and worked with us to get the problem solved immediately. We will continue to do business with them for many years to come!

Unfortunately a terrible experience. At the beginning of the year I went to their store with the objective to buy a Washer/Dryer set to my house. I got there and only found one decent set that was advertised for $500. It was the limit of my budget, so I decided to give up and leave. However, Alex the sales person told me they could make the set plus a dishwasher (I also was looking for one) for the $500, great deal right?Well, unfortunately it took them 2 weeks to deliver the sets (without the dishwasher) the first time! (yes, they had to come back another 3 times before we could keep the set).Im not a demanding person and I was looking for something for low budget, so no expectations to be well served, but the reason Im giving them a 1 star is because Alex lied to me several times regarding the washer set and took me almost 3 months to have one working properly.What about the dishwasher? Never received it...

Make sure you pay the extra money for the delivery fee because when it breaks youll be hauling it down the stairs and to the shop and then backup and then it breaks again and youre doing the same thing where is you pay the delivery fee they take care of all of that especially when it breaks 3 times within 90 days and ruins everything in the fridge twice. So I take the gamble and get it delivered little did I know they do not guarantee 90 days consecutive of a working fridge. The 3rd fridge went out on me at 92 days after ruining their food 3 times just disgusting

I bought an electric washer and dryer set and it was supposed to be delivered today 02/17/2020 and when your delivery guys got here your employee Alex marked the wrong dryer and they delivered a gas dryer. I called they store and one of the bosses said he was going to see if they could find my dryer and call me back. I waited an hour and no call so I called back and he said i called and you didnt answer, he called the wrong number, he said I had to wait till the following day and call and talk to Alex to arrange the delivery of my dryer. So basically blew me off and put it on someone else to fix. Fast forward to 5pm I start a load of clothes so I can take them to the laundromat to dry and its now 648 and Ive been draining water from my BROKEN WASHER for over an hour!!! So now I dont have a washer or a dryer and theyre closed. I will be calling in the morning to get a refund and you can come get this junk out of my house . At this point I have no faith that you will make it right or give me different appliances that work .

Customer service inside the store is great! Delivery service suck!! They have me a delivery time from 11a-1p. Then when 1p came, called and said they were on their way and had an issue at the last delivery stop. 2p came and still no one! From this point, I am waiting ALL day to get a washer delivered to my home. Their communication was horrible and very unprofessional. I wasn’t aware of anything until I made the call, they called and told me anything. Third time I called $10 was taken off and they didn’t arrive until 3:30p and it took an hr after that. After all this I hope for their sake this washer works and I get my money worth. If you can avoid a place like this, please do and pay that extra from another store. Never again.

Leased a electric washer and dryer from this business, come the day of delivery they call us to inform us they ordered a gas and would we accept it instead, we only have electric so the answer was no. I had taken the day off for this delivery so thats another 200. Gone. Wait a week for the next delivery no phone calls from the business when we called them they hung up on us once. Then they told the leasing company we already received the product which we have not. So finally after 3 weeks we call them, still no washer and dryer and no plans on ever getting us our washer and dryer. We told them we where done and called the leasing company and demanded our money back and they will deal with the business. I am not done I will be contacting the better business bureau, belleville new Democrat, the police as I believe they pulling a bait and switch scam with people.

Definitely do not go here. They put a good front on and seem all professional etc. however their delivery guys will be rough with your appliances and tear your stuff up. They simply don’t care. The fridge wouldn’t work after they man handled. The company can careless. Sitting here with a broken fridge for over a week. No sense of urgency or anything. Then they expect you to wait another half a day for their horrible delivery guys to show. They will tell you between 12-3 yet show up at 4:30. Then instead of taking fridge doors off they try to cram it into your house tearing up the door frame and your refrigerator. Simply lazy and worthless. Once they have your money they don’t care about anything else. Will never use this company again and will definitely spread the word to everyone I know.

I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH TO THIS..... PLACE (To say the least); 3to4 TIMES FOR A REFRIGERATOR ONLY TO PAY MORE AND MORE MONEY EACH TIME JUST FOR THEIR RAGGEDY A$$ APPLIANCES TO STOP WORKING AFTER 1-3 WEEKS TOP!! NOW I SEE WHY THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY; THEIR A$$ES WOULD BE BROKE!!

It was the worst place I did business with. I purchased a washing machine that only worked for four months the warranty expired on the third month. I called and asked what could they do due to I had the washer for 4 months. She said the best thing they can tell me is to purchase another washer. Never again. I wish I could put no stars.

I work for a business that has purchased several refrigerators from this place. Never had a problem with delivery nor the appliances not working. The people there were helpful and friendly. One occasion a refrigerator we purchased was having an issue and someone came right out to fix with no problem. My washer recently went out and Im looking to purchase another and immediately thought of this place. I went in recently to take a look and they have several that are reasonably priced. Im thinking that I may be making a purchase soon.

This place seemed great. I got an awesome price on my appliances. However, the appliances failed the same day as delivery (within 12 hours) in the first two uses. They came with warranty, but scheduling repair is seeming to be difficult with low response.(I will update my review if the service improves and the problems can be quickly fixed.)

I will never go there again. They brought wrong refrigerator and it did not work came back and got it brought a loaner refrigerator and dropped it. When they brought it in they broke one of my steps. A month went by. I had to go up there because they never brought my refrigerator back. The finally brought one. I do not like it. They lie a lot.

I am a repeat customer have purchased 3 different applicants at different times NEVER had a problem my last purchase was a stainless steel stove, before 90 days the oven went out, repair tech came out and the oven mother board is gone out, Manager Alex have been giving us the run around for 3 weeks and can’t find a match of the stove that we paid for, management has changed I never had this problem however I will get my money back or expose them to local tv media as well as BBB because as I read other reviews we are not the only customers that are getting the run around

Bought a fridge and stove. The seal on the fridge door is bad. They used silicone to attempt a repair. They are saying I have to wait until they get another one of the same model with a good seal, instead of just replacing the seal. So all we have is a freezer, no working fridge side. Finally got a refund from them. Went down the street and was treated great. Ill never recommend Reconditioned Appliances. Just dont go.

So fast and easy! I needed a new washer but didnt want to spend a lot of time getting one. I was in and out of the shop in about 10 minutes and the next day they delivered and installed it. I couldnt ask for it to be any quicker or easier! And the washer works great.

The dishwasher same thing showed me one and delivered one that did even work when we plugged it in DOA.They tell you that you have a 6 month warranty. BS good luck trying to get someone to come and repairBS - good luck getting them to do anything after the sale. i called them for 6 weeks...to this day 9/26/2018...I still have a dishwasher that does not work. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited over a week to get my dryer fixed. After excuses left and right, I got it home. Then noticed they put the wrong cord on my dryer. There was no reason to take it off in n the 1st place. No compensation for time. No cares. Just excuses.

Do not do business with these crooks!Used them for repair services for or washer. Repair guy said needed a pump. Said they would be back to install 3 days later. Gave him a check for the diagnoses, part and installation. Because my gut instinct told me to try verify what the repair guy said, I researched the pump for my washer online. After finding out I could buy one for 1/3 of the price I paid the guy, and that installation takes about 2 minutes, I immediately called the company and explained I wanted to cancel the part order and only pay the the service call. The guy on the phone informed me that I would need to speak with the owner/manager whoever the next day and that hed leave a message for him to call me. But that they would cancel my order, and wed get the payment all straightened out, no problem. I left my name and number and never heard back. I did notice two days later that my check had been cashed. So, as of one week later, payment was taken, services never rendered and no one will speak to me to correct the issue! Thieves, crooks, and shady business owner. Stay Far away!!

Great prices, and will go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. After some issues with their delivery company (which delayed the delivery of our W&D by over a week), they offered to bring out another set for us to use in the mean time for no charge.Once our items were delivered we noticed the control unit on the dryer was loose and the hooks were broken off. I spoke with Billy and he assured us that they had another large shipment coming in and we could choose whatever dryer we wanted to replace that one.Went back 2 days later and found another nice dryer to replace ours, and they also offered to switch the door (to open the other way) at no charge and would include an exhaust vent.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Bought a dryer a week ago, supposedly a like-new 2015. Hasnt worked once. It gives you an electric shock when you touch it (imagine that with wet clothes). Took forever to come to fix it. Basically admitted to being too lazy to fix the bad wiring when they showed up days after the complaint. So Billy Boy promised to bring us another, similar, & working dryer. Everyday its Were on our way. Well have it on the truck by 1 today., etc. Bullshit. Were still waiting...now theyre closed for the weekend. Maybe Monday...I hate that we wasted our money here. After this issue is resolved, & its going to get resolved, they dont ever have to worry about me again. And they are final sale, no refunds! There are plenty of other good, quality used appliance stores that are worth your time. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

We paid for 2 refrigerator and 2 stoves. The 2 refrigerators dont work. The two stoves never arrived. We keep being told they will arrive (2 weeks later). My husband stayed at the home awaiting delivery and they never showed up.We are STILL Waiting...3 months later. will deliver this weekend every weekend, yet without the promised fridge or stove.(UPDATE) Reconditioned appliances finally got the the fridges and stoves....8 months after purchasing. It has been a very rough road. Now the latest is the appliances worked for 2.5 months and died. Now we are told, We will send someone by today No one ever calls. If you call, they say, Yes, you are on the list for today I have never encountered such a buisness.

Do not shop here if you want a decent appliance. They claim their products are in great/perfect working condition and they are not. I was warned not to go there and I should have listened. They lie and string people along. I had to call the BBB and file a compliant with the attorney general to get anything done. Believe me...Buying here is not worth the savings.

Received a washer from them first I told the delivery guy that’s not the washer I picked out at the store due to me choosing an older model not a newer one so they said “ oh you can keep that one it’s more up to date”Then the washer is acting up after 2 months I’ve been calling every other day no one picks up or they say call back I’ll be contacting better business bureau cause this is a rip off

I have been calling store and talking with alexis and telling her my dryer isnt heating to dry my clothes. For 3 days I have been getting told that someone will be out. Now Im gonna go up to the store and do more complaining about getting someone out to tell me why this isnt heating to dry my clothes or if no one shows up tomorrow I will be up there everyday til someone gets their sorry butts out there. This has been a nightmare from hell. I would never recommend them to no 1

Bought a stove and fridge here and they work great. I was in a bind and needed them in my new house fast. With moving I didnt have a whole lot of free cash. Walked in told them my limit and they were able to give me a deal wich was 50 bucks under my limit. I got both for 250. The appliances I got were older models but at that point I just needed them to work. They have newer models available though. Would suggest to everyone to go here first before going to a bigger store and paying to much.

Some of the iceboxes are not reverbished, broken still and not cleaned well, my parents had one delivered worked for less than one day, went without ice box for almost 5 days lost over 100 in food, plus diabetic insulin 150+ dollars, spent 20+ on ice for 2 coolers .... No money refund, always check ticket they keep giving you an appliance till one works ....they broke my dads entry way,new screen door from Lowes,tore screen, broke off quarter strip on inside pulling out ice boxes ....hired help!

On Fri, I was there and bought a stove. On Sat my grandson went to pick it up for. They tried to pawn off a different stove on him. Glad I took a pic of it. Price was a little more that I wanted to pay, but gasstovesr hard to find.
