Very clean, well organized and huge under armour factory house! Great stop!

This outlet is nowhere near as nice as the outlet near the Florida Keys. Staff standing around when there was a line for registers and one team member working a cash register. The selection not so good - and the percentage discounts seems to be less here - - - that is what happens when you have higher rent to pay (I am guessing). I will head south for my next gear up needs!

I went to the Under Armour Factory store at Sawgrass Mall and I must say they have the best customer service out of all their competitors (Nike & Adidas). Once I walked in the store the employee at the front greeted me and asked if the could be of any help. I was looking for a gift for a friend. I did see something on the floor but not the color I wanted. The staff (Melanie) said they would check in the back for me. They immediately went to the stock room and the had the shirt I wanted. I interacted with several employees and everyone was super helpful. Customer Service is the best I have seen. O’yeah the prices are the best for all there products and they also offer a Military Discount. I found such great deals I ended buying more Under Armour gear. I did meet the Manager Briana and mentioned to her about 3 of her employees. As a speaker for SHRM conference’s I will incorporate this experience in to my speech. Under Armour at the Sawgrass Mall keep up the great work. I ended up buying a few other things because of the customer service and the great prices. If your shopping at Sawgrass Mall don’t forget to stop in at the Under Armour Factory House. Briana please let your employees Melanie and Shanari they are doing an awesome job. Went to the store on Saturday and Jueve helped me find clothing, bags, and etc. He went to the back to check to see if they had anything else I needed and was a big help. He went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. He does amazing customer service and I hope to come again. If you need help ask for him 😀!! He deserves a raise 😀!!

Extremely friendly staffed very helpful didn’t have what I wanted but they went out of the way to help me find some other substitute. I drove out of my way to come to this location for better service and they picked up the phone right away and didn’t keep me on hold like the other location. Or like Nike and Adidas did.

Bad place to work at, Store manager tries to flirt with spanish co-workers or have relations. Store messy, papers everywhere and bad customer service. Jamie is a great dude! Shane shouldnt be a manager.

Amazing store, and even more amazing customer service. Every time i go there is a young man by the name of kreg. He always give good tips and ships items to my home tahts not in the store. ALso very cheap prices. Lines are always long though.

I am at under armour and the amount of time it takes to purchase a simple item is very long. We’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes in line. A lot of people are waiting to purchase an item but there are only two cashiers who aren’t very efficient. It seems as though the store is understaffed. If your impatient like me, I don’t recommend going to this particular store since everyone moves like sloths.

When all the kids wear this stuff the outlet is your best bet
