Made an appointment via their booking system. Showed up on time. The place is closed until July 23rd. Wasted my time. Would have been nice if their booking app mentioned they werent open. Unprofessional to let people make appointments while the business is closed.

I took my phone to change the rear camera and I was told I will be charged $ 60 dollars for the price of the camera and the labor. So I paid 40 dollars in advance and I get to the agreement to pay the rest once the new amera that was ordered were installed. Well I am not sure put I think I was over charge 40 dollars for the camera and $ 60 dollars for the labor for a grand total of 110 dollars. I decide to paid the a mouth even if I have the feeling of been overcharged. However the phone camera just work for a couple days and stared giving me focus trouble. I decide to don’t contact them the review the camera installed and it was a lower rate than the camera I installed my self for just 30 dollars. That’s a amazing better quality pic and I have the feeling I been over charged. For a bad quality labor and camera as well. I hope they owner contact me and I will give to him the camera back. I use this place to repair my broken iPhone glass before and I hot a good experience. But with the camera. I felt really disappointed.

My phone wasnt starting and I took it to some other near by repair shops and after a week they said the motherboard is dead and they cannot fix it instead tried to sell me another phone. I was sad and I didnt wanted to give up since I had important photos. I called this place and they said bring it in so we check it for diagnostic. I felt it wont hurt to try once again. I brought it here, and while I was waiting they were able to power it ON via a different battery but my phone was still not charging. They suggested me to backup my important datas via airdrop and they can send it for repair for $250. I was okay with price because my photos worth a lot. I backed up all my photos to my Macbook and asked them to repair it. Within seven days they called me back to pick up my working phone. I was amazed that I got my phone fixed and all my important data. These guys knows what they are doing and I am grateful. So if you need repairing service that no one else can do, this is your place.

Fast, friendly, and good price! Less than a third of what Apple wanted to charge for fixing the lightning port in my iPhone.Parking was no problem on a weekday just before noon, but there aren’t many spaces. If you’re a Costco member, you could try and park there.

I arrived late just before closing and Ali was so nice to my son and me. He made sure he diagnosed the problem properly first to make sure that is what was wrong. He could have easily just charged us for a new battery and send us on our way. I am in photography business, and I crushed my drone while working. I was looking for a drone repair in South Bay Area and I found ePhone Services that fixes crushed drones. So I called them and made an appointment. They were located at Sunnyvale, surprisingly near by my home. Masood the tech checked my drone and he said it’s common thing, lots of folks crushes their drone. Then he provided me with an estimate in which I agreed. Within 5 days he called me and told me it’s ready. I was super excited so see my drone working like new and flies. I would never use this company. Today, on a Sunday, I watch two cars get towed from their lot because Costco is next door. They are closed on Sunday. Any company that makes it the norm to tow people, even when they dont need the parking spaces, is a terrible company. There is no way these people have integrity. Funny because we were just talking about going there today, but it was closed. I guess everything happens for a reason.
