Received TERRIFIC service this evening from Jared, the store manager at the Sunnyvale store (124 El Camino). My need was simple: pay my bill in cash, which he accomplished with skill and grace. Jared was friendly and courteous, and listened sympathetically to my MASSIVELY negative experience a day earlier at the Grant Rd store while attempting to accomplish the same simple task, which they refused to do. Henceforth Jareds store will be my go to, until such time as AT&T chooses to install competent management at the Grant Rd. store. Jared, you brightened my day - Thank You!

The AT&T on El Camino Real In Sunnyvale California, is excellent. Their service, the supplies they have on hand, their quickness and knowledge is great! Anthony, who is taking care of me before about a year and a half ago, was attentive, listen to my problem,in good spirits, knowledgeable and kind.He help me purchase an item that I never had before and it is so much better. Went to the ATT store to buy a new phone (ATT is my carrier) and they didnt have the one I wanted. The staff was so nice they gave me a suggestions on where to buy one. I took my new phone in to them and they replaced the SIM card and got my new phone up and running. Great people, great service and they were very kind in answering all my questions. So heres the thing, my experience with AT&T has not been the best in the past. Im usually left frustrated, irritated, and always on the verge of switching carriers. So knowing I had to go in to the store to take advantage of the iphone upgrade, I was dreading it.However, I must say, that hands down, this was one of the best customer service experience I have ever had - ANYWHERE. With the pandemic, there were only 2 employees in the store. Both greeted me immediately and Anthony, my sales rep was AMAZING. He was super patient in answering all my questions, even if it meant he had to repeat something he already said. He was transparent with everything, and explained how my bill was going to change. He offered suggestions on which plan I should upgrade and was just overall pleasant to work with.I had to order my phone since they didnt have the color I wanted, and surprisingly it was going to be delivered the next morning. Initially I thought it was just an item that was delivered. But then I got a call from Adriana from Enjoy (a partnership with AT&T) and she explained they are an in-home service where she delivers the phone and helps sets up the new phone for me. She was wonderful as well. Literally this was the easiest phone upgrade I have ever had. What a lovely experience at a time where were all stressed. Your level of professionalism and the effort in making sure your customers needs are met are definitely noticed by me! Thank you again Anthony, Adriana, and AT&T Sunnyvale Store.

Yesterday I went your store located at 124 E El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087 to upgrade my plan and get a new iPhone 12 pro max. My husband forgot to wear the mask and entered the store. Jerry (I know later ironically is the store manger) shouted at my husband immediately β€œGet out!” β€œGet out!” β€œGet out” literally three times!!!! Neither my husband or myself are native English speakers, we might be slow on reacting trying to understand the situation, Jerry’s three times β€œget out” is not only rude but also discrimination!! Anthony, another staff who helped us for the business, is really nice and he kept a apologized on behalf of Jerry for the rude attitude. We are in service business also, when we have the similar situation, we will kindly ask clients to β€œstep out or keep out”, and of course β€œplease” word will be used as well, no way to use β€œget out”!!! If such behavior is the way of working of AT&T and such a person can be the store manager, I don’t know what to expect further!

When no one else in that company could or would help Tim did! He is a great asset to at&t in my opinion and has a bright future no matter what he does with his attitude towards people and issues. Coming here is definitely effective than any other AT&T stores or being on the phone. It wasnt as easy as I thought to transfer a prepaid number to family account. Jared was super helpful and patient the whole process. He made many calls through different service departments to solve the issue for me. I had some bad in-store experience at AT&T store in Cupertino and Palo alto before, but Jared totally changed my impression about AT&T customer service today!

Went to port a line to new wireless service. They told us that they needed three forms of identity, including a picture of our social security card. 1. This probably isnt legal 2. A photo is easily falsified 3. This is not required anywhere for a credit check.We went home and opened the account over the phone in less than ten minutes, no silly SS card required.

Dismissive, unhelpful staff who gives inaccurate information. We came in wanting to add a line to an individual plan (making it a family plan) and switch the account name from the original owner to the other. The person there was reluctant to give us a full picture on the pricing. Instead, kept asking us what data do you need. I told him ideally we want unlimited data but we would also like to factor in pricing. After that he reluctantly (with some eye rolling) showed us the price chart.To the request of switching to a different account holder, his response was thats a lot of steps. Im sorry, as a consumer, its one simple request. How many steps it involves is at&ts business. Thats something you complain to your company and employer, not me. In the very end, I got no information on how I might achieve this, but was told to go to an account center.

The representatives here do not state about any hidden fee while opening the accounts and when you go to close the account, you will have to pay the fee like restocking fee that was not disclosed earlier. I went here to close my account and after closing my account and returning the equipment he did not state anything about calling the customer care to cancel the service. And I ended up getting bills for a couple of months even after returning the equipment.

Att got my bill wrong, when I tried to explain my point, the one there kept on interrupting me, and cant understand what I said at all. I was angry and asked him if he can let me finish and not interrupt, and he threatened me hell get someone to kick me out of store. Terrible service at this store. I was switching from pre paid to post paid and none of the queries were properly answered. When asked about a post paid offer, this was the reply.. we dont do offers here. Maybe these folks need re-training on basic communication skills. First I thought of porting my number to Verizon; Verizon is next door, but since I had been on ATT for 3 years I decided to give another try.I left the store and went to the El Camino Real, Santa Clara, which took me 10 min to drive there but got excellent service from Eric in that store. I was told the offer I was looking for had expired, had few other questions that were appropriately answered. I got my post paid here, had some minor issues with LTE data which were again resolved easily by the customer care. Good service from Customer care too.Try avoiding this place.
