I had a flat tire, which I didn’t know if a patch would suffice or if I needed a replacement. The staff checked it out, determined it only needed a patch, and I was good to go fairly quickly. The pricing was reasonable, too. I’d recommend checking it out if in need.

Super efficient service and seems pretty reasonably priced. I went there for a tire rotation - they discovered a nail deeply embedded in one of my tires. They took care of it and charged me $30 for the fix and $35 for the rotation, and I was out of there in fifteen minutes.

I had my tire replaced here a few weeks ago. They were fast and least expensive. After a week or two I got a flat in the replaced tire. I brought it back thinking the tire was maybe not sealed correctly. I brought it back in, turns out there was a nail in the new tire. They oateched and sent me on my way FOR FREE! Love these guys

This is an excellent place to have any work done involving your car tires. They diagnosed the problem with 2 of my tire pressure sensors needing to be replaced and completely finished the job in 30 minutes with no waiting. The low pressure warning light in my dashboard cleared up immediately.

I had great experience here. Several of my vehicles were serviced here. They changed the tires and done the alignment work for my vehicles in a timely manner. Walk-in, and no appointment were needed for such service. The charge is very reasonable. Most importantly, they dont try to sell you extra service, unlike the neighboring tire store (named WheelXXX). Ace Tire is my go-to store at Sunnyvale! Highly recommended!

Had a flat tire - brought the car in and immediately had it serviced. Quick patchwork, and was in and out in 30 minutes. It cost $30. They also added some air to the rest of my tires. Really appreciated the solid job that was one, done so quickly!

Tried to rip me off today. Went to get my tires checked, was told that the censor was broken and the valve would cost $130.00.I took it to their neighbors, Wheels Works and they fixed it for $10.00.I could not believe how you guys tried to rip me off because I was a female.

I had stuck lug nuts. I pulled in here and they removed them for me with an impact wrench for free. It saved me from breaking more tools and money. They didnt even charge me anything. Thanks a lot guys, I will be back when I need new tires. Great guys over here.

They will match advertised prices of any competitors for alignment etc. I got really good honest advice from their expert Bilal on whether I need alignment and rotation. Big O Wheels and another tire shop did not give me correct advice!! Im so glad they got recommended to me by Gonzalez tires.

A little more expensive than expected. They charge $20 for tire mounting and balance, plus $4 for old tire disposal fee. Other than that same as everywhere else.

Had a flat tire that needed to be patched. They charged $30 which is way overpriced, even my dealer charges only $15. Head down the street to American Tire instead. 20 mins service so a decent rating, also because they didnt try too much to convince me to replace the entire tire.

Second trip to this store, mediocre experience. First was brakes, second was for tires. I only went to this place owing to good reviews. My experience wasnt too good. Had my tires delivered to this store and got them mounted and balanced. On picking up vehicle noticed that tire pressure wasnt set correctly on both right side tires. Lefts were at ~36 and rights had ~44. On higher speeds I could notice the imbalance. Secondly TPMS wasnt set up correctly either.

Great service! Im a car enthusiast so I know exactly what I want, I know exactly how I want it done, and, this time, I wanted it done on Sunday. Sam had the uncommon tire (size, brand, model) that I wanted for my 20 wheel, he was willing to mount it on my rim in the uncommon way I requested, and the shop is open weekends. They were communicative and willing to answer my specific nerdy questions about the process. I drove down from San Leandro to have this work done and Id do it again.

Fast service for an unexpected tire replacement. We had a screw lodged in the tread and, behind it, a large crack forming. The staff wasnt pushy and explained the options available including tradeoffs for the tire options. Local business with reasonable prices.

Been going to Ace tires for over 10 years now and Sam has treated me very well. All of my vehicles are lowered and modified, and Ace tires had treated my vehicles very professionally.

I went here for wheel alignment but these guys didn’t do it they just changed my parts and they said everything is perfect. Later 1 week I went to dealership they said wheel alignment is bad. And I have to pay extra for my wheel alignment and for the parts again.

Ive had tire woes for a couple of months now. First the front right tire blew up and knocked off my mirror and half the side of my car was dented and scratched. As soon as I managed to fix that, my rear tires began to leak.So, I checked tire places on Yelp and made several calls and Ace Tires had the trifecta: my tires were in stock, they had an appointment that day, and the price was $80 less than the next cheapest quote. So, naturally, I went to Ace Tire and got my car new shoes.I dropped my car off thinking it would take all afternoon and set off with my roommate to run some errands. No sooner than we made it to our first destination did Ace Tire call and tell me my car was ready. So impressed. I went back to pick it up, the price was exactly as quoted, and everything is working well now. I appreciate it

Brought in my Honda Accord with a total flat; looking at it, he was able to tell that Id driven it for a while unknowingly so the tire walls had collapsed and I was suggested a tire replacement. Although they didnt have the Goodyear model to replace my stock tire, they had a substitute which matched. Immediately, they got on the job even though it was close to shutting time on Saturday evening. Im happy with the service and the price ($15 for the labor) and Ill be sure to come back here if I need new tires ever.

SOLID people there! My brakes on my Mercedes SL were squeaking and by looking at them they looked extremely worn out. 2 different guys took a look and they told me Im good! 60% left in front 80% in the back! They could have told me oh yer gonna need pads, plus this and that etc but nope, have a nice day is what they said and I drove off! Rare to find an honest person when it comes to anything with this car I have, please believe when I do need brakes Im going back there!!

I went to other tire stops before. And one of them told me I need pay 500 dollars to check first ( to see if I have any potential problem) ... which is so expensive. Cause I knew that my only problem was that one tire.. then I found this one on google map.. I waited about 10mins and my tire was ready. I bought my tire from internet. But it was lacked of ring so that I had no idea how to replace it. I spent 24dollars for replacing which was affordable and good to me. No one recommended me some extra checking items. They are professional.

The job is done properly but the service is not good. I went there when I was 9 months pregnant and they left me waiting in the parking lot. When I asked for a seat, one of the workers told me that all questions should be ask to another member of the staff! After 10 minutes they invited me to the waiting room which was four chairs next to the counter.

Came in for alignment & rear drum brakes, & before I left they showed me that my slave cylinder was leaking (I wasnt surprised). I got a call saying my Master Cylinder needed to be replaced, which I wasnt happy to hear. It turned out they flushed my brake system of the old brake fluid and particulate and it worked after that! Great price, and fast service!

Did a quick job, wheel alignment feels good. I found it to be expensive for a one time alignment job. Usually in that much cost, you get a lifetime warranty at firestone, pep boys ( including labor or putting new tyres)
