They couldnt even sort out scheduling arrangements,. I made a mid afternoon appointment then I was told they need to reschedule me an hour later and after that I was texted again that they were fully booked for the rest of the day. Im fairly patient so I agreed to reschedule next day for an 11am, come 11:45am no follow up call, so I called them to check the status of my vehicle pick up, the lady replied I ran out of gas. And please train your receptionist how to answer a business call with other thanHello?

Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now thats top notch customer service. I highly recommend this business and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

I have been going to European Car Repair for a number of years with our 3 family cars and getting great customer service. Jaclyn has always been awesome and her new office manager Christina is the best. Her attention to detail when I took my car in for a service last week was superb.

I contacted the owner, Jaclyn, about selling my 2006 330i BMW and she was so quick and efficient that she managed to sell it within 24 hours. If I could give them 6 or more stars I would. Jaclyn and the crew at European Car Repair were great. The diagnostics and repairs of my Audi were all on point, rates and costs were extremely reasonable and ethical, and I think they make every customer feel like they truly appreciate the business. You should bring your German car here for service.

The absolute best car repair experience Ive ever had. The women in the office are exceptionally kind and accommodating. They were able to inspect and diagnose my 2008 Passat 2.0T same day. I came all the way from Fremont due to their excellent reviews and it was 100% worth the drive. I will always bring my car back to these guys. The mechanic showed me where my oil was leaking and explained everything to me. Love, love LOVE these guys!

I have been taking my BMW 530i to Jaclyn for the last couple of years and I appreciate their excellent service keeping my car running like new. Their prices are very fair and they have even advised me when I dont need more maintenance than necessary. Her service techs are friendly, easy to talk to and explain everything. Plus they always provide me a nice BMW or Mercedes loaner car whichis very handy since I am in sales and on the road a fair amount of time. Service is excellent and the work is fast! The check engine light was on in my car so I took it here to see what was going on. Once they found out what the issue was, I got a call with a detailed explanation of the problem, how they would fix it, and how long it would take.I dropped my car off in the morning and expected to be without it all day, but the work was done by the early afternoon. Also, being without a car wasnt an issue because they had a loaner for me- something I hadnt expected, but was really nice.I would definitely recommend this place!

They do NOT open on Saturday! The info on the map is wrong. Over the phone, they said they can give me a rough quote by visually check the car. But after I dropped by, it became I have to pay $175 for diagnostic and then get the quote. But they can refund half of the $175 if I repair with them. Dealer charges $150 for diagnostic. I am afraid I may get a surprisingly high quote after I paid the diagnostic fee. But luckily in my case it was really obvious what is broken. There is nothing to diagnose. So I easily got a free quote from another place.

Just had my little car picked up and brought back updated -- they run a wonderful and efficient service. They called with the statues and pricing and proceeded once it was confirmed. No waiting around, no trying to get a lift or a rental car. Perfect! Thank you!

I was actually getting my f-150 Raptor serviced here for years because the service and communication is so great. The owner and the technicians really know their stuff and always explain any items, no matter how minor, very clearly when asked. I always received a very nice loaner car when mine was being repaired. They always tell me what is absolutely necessary to get fixed, and what can wait and for how long + what the consequences may be. I love this auto shop!When I sold the truck they gave me a fantastic price to do a pre-sale inspection on the vehicle and got it smogged for me as well. I really could not be any happier with their service, pricing, and communication.This is one of the very few no BS auto shops Ive encountered, I trust them implicitly with my vehicles. If you are driving a BMW or Mercedes, this is the shop to come to as you wont find better, more honest service at a more reasonable price. Like I said, I even brought my Raptor here while I had it!Thank you European Car Repair!

Good service, I have been here several times, they do very good work, but it is not the cheapest. You get what you pay for. I probably will not be seeing them for a few years though, since I just bought a new BMW and my services will be covered under warrantee for a while. Wes from San Francisco

They gave me a bottle of wine, which was confusing and seemed like an afterthought, when presented to me.They mentioned that they usually wash the cars, but didnt wash mine.I called 5 days in advance to schedule an appointment. I arrived when instructed, but my appt was never recorded. The attendant had no idea to expect me.I was told that I would hear back before noon on what the mechanic found. I didnt hear back, so I had to call at 2:30pm.The mechanic was forthcoming that he didnt know if replacing my brake pads would solve the squeaky brake issue, so I had to proceed at risk(but definitely appreciated the heads up). The new brake pads work great, no squeaks, problem solved.Price was expensive, but mostly inline with what I was expecting.My overall experience didnt meet my expectations and Ill try a different shop next time.

Ive left my BMW for maintenance and some repairs. This part of the story was ok. When I collected my car I realised that they scratched my front bumper. After stalling the repair for few weeks they finally took care of that, but the quality of repair was not that good, one can easily see that it was painted. In the meantime I was offered a rental car. The problem is that I had to pay for it from my pocket and then I was to get reimbursed. After few months the rental car company suddenly charged my account again with the amount that European LLC refused to accept and pay them for the car rental..

I want to share my bad experience with this shop, I went there for changing the brake fluid of my vehicle, pretty standard service, no diagnosis involved, thought this will never be tricked. I trust since I was never fooled since I am in US this many years. I started by asking what is price, the owner said it depends on the labor, and then said, it is about 1 hour, I said, ok, then I am going to wait here. But then she said, no, it should probably take about 2.5 hours. I still trusted what she says, and going back to office. Later on, I checked with my wife, it is used to be her to do the maintenance for the car, she said usually it takes about just one hour, that moment, I know I am tricked. Called a few shops, they all charge around $150 for this including one hours labor $130 and part $20. Then I pull the quote paper she gave me as attached, it is $378.94! The other shop said youve definitely been fooled. I went back, and start arguing, and she even let me call the other shops. I called, she listened their quote. Then I am given an option, saying that, I can pay $20 more than others quote, but I really can not accept $378.94. She argued a lot like, my mechanics are expensive, my shop has better diagnosis machines, and I did not force you to come here etc.. And even threat to walk off if I dont pay that. Finally charged me $362.63. Not sure why. I am not making any suggestion, this is my experience of this shop.When you wanted me to pay and threat that you will walk away and I will not get my car, you said you don’t care of review, why are you still replying?Talk about the offend, I don’t want to mention that earlier since I didn’t want to write anything that I can’t prove, what different bad words coming from you when you talk to your chient, that’s a real offending to people. I am just negotiating a fair price and let you know how the other shop charges for the same, if that is offending you, okay. Just small correction, it is more than double. And please pay attention to the numbers, since you gave me a paper and ask me to sign, twice I found the number in the paper is more than what you said and you need to correct it when I noticed.Talking about the time, I dropped at 12:35, you first said you need one hour and then 2 hours and then 2.5 hours, is that true? Ok, when you call me to inform it is finished, around 4:30. I am so glad that you didnt charge me for 4 hours labor, just 2.5 hours, and you said, you are giving me discount of your normal price actually for the labor. Yes I am shuttled and I said I am willing to pay you extra for that.

Jaclyn provides excellent service for my 06 Mercedes s550 and my wife’s 05 Mercedes e320. They pick up and deliver your car to home or work and provide a loaner at no charge. They are on time and very nice.I previously used the dealership for service, they were unable to solve some engine noises and a faulty tire pressure gauge problem. After several failed attempts, I decided to give European auto service a try. They fixed everything the first time at a reasonable cost. They did a tune up, brakes and the other problems for under $2000. Why go anywhere else?

Love this place. Anytime my Bmw had any issues Jaclyn would be the first person I would notify. They are quick to help and repair the problem. If you own a European Car. Best service ever! Got two screws loosened and two bolts missing. They fixed it in twenty minutes for FREE!

Unfortunately, I have to share a very bad experience with my car repair. Long story short, I got my bmw front left suspension damaged. Many parts needed to be replaced then I specifically ask to get bmw genuine replacement parts to be installed.When I got back home with my car repaired, I noticed none of the parts installed were genuine. On my bill, genuine part were charged so I went back to the garage explaining the situation. They said this might be an error and keeped my car for a couple of days to replace the parts.When I got the car back, I ask the technician to put the car on the lift to show me the new parts installed. At this moment, I noticed one non genuine part ( the shock) had a genuine label on it. This was obvious, just like if someone would have remove the label from a genuine part to put it on that part (the non genuine brand part number was stamped in the metal) It was clearly intentional. They finally replaced the part by a real genuine one.I believe we should trust the place whos doing our car repair. Clearly, this place lost my trust. I still cant believe professionals can do that kind of things. My advise: double check what they did on your car.

The staff at European Car Repair were very easy to work with. They offered a fair price and did not try to up-sale their services, which I really appreciate.

They made ordering a used M54 engine a breeze, and even handled the return of the one being replaced. Later on when I was dealing with a fuel trim issues, the mechanic was nice enough to lend me four O2 sensors for a few days to see if they would resolve the issue.

They do whatever they can to make sure their customers are taken care of.
