Verizon employee fixed all my problems/answered all my questions. The service is overpriced, but that doesnt reflect on how good the employee provided me service

I just want to give Cole a massive hug every time I’m in store, he’s always treated me like I’m the only customer he’s ever had (cliche, I know!)! He’s also really good with kids, my son loves going to Verizon (even just for paying my bill), because of him! It feels like me and my husband purposefully break our phones just to go hang out with him! There’s not enough praise to give this man for how above and beyond he goes! Thank you!!!!!

Went in to replace a broken phone. The store is in great shape and Brandon gave us great service. We were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes.

I was hesitant about going to a non Verizon owned store but this store completely changed my opinion. We received the BEST customer service that Ive received ANYWHERE in a long time. Mauricio was extremely helpful, polite and patient. I have a Verizon (owned) store less than a mile from my house, I will NEVER go there again. This is my new Go To store on 103rd and Grand. I very highly recommend Brandon (you’ll know him by his red hair) for any and all sales needs. He was extremely helpful in laying out the options for my upgrade and immediately getting me my new phone when I made my decision.

My Dad had gone to pay a phone bill a few weeks ago to only pay a certain amount and a representative named Cole was extremely rude and besides that HE WAS THE ONE who made the mistake of charging my father double the amount of what he orignally told him. My father told him 200 dollars because he doesnt want to pay another 400 bill. He went ahead and chagred my fathers card 400 and sure my father was mad he told me but Cole responded with a Sassy attitude and i understand that he if he really couldnt reverse the transaction but by trying to ignore his mistake and not take accountability was a huge slap to my fathers face and any other customers. And to top it all off when my Dad was ready to leave and intimidated cole, Cole had the AUDACITY to stand back up as my father leaves and says Yeah you better leave. Like dude seriously grow up and act like a represantative. behaving like a princess. Next time we come in Well make sure to bring him a dress and heels to match his sass personality. Other than that good place to get stuff at. Highly recomend. side note: this comment is about a month past due.

We are SOOO happy with the excellent service we got from Austin at this store. We’ve shopped at other Verizon stores who just sell the phone and send you home to set it up yourself. But Austin graciously helped us transfer my husbands old phone to our son and completely set up my husbands phone. Such pleasant customer service is so welcome! Austin deserves a raise. Cole is amazing to work with! He was so knowledgeable about all the different kinds of phones and plans. He was able to answer all of my questions and help me understand everything. I would highly recommend him.

Rep Brandon Abbott at the store on 103rd Ave and Grand in Sun City I worked with. This store charges a $35.00 fee in addition to the $40.00 activation fee Verizon charges. You can save yourself the $35.00 extra fee this 3rd party store charges by just going through Verizon directly. Brandon failed to mention this extra $35.00 fee until the very end of the transaction and said that if I buy 2 or more accessories he would waive the fee. Doesnt get more shadier than that when it comes to sales tactics. It gets better though. He told me if I added 2 more lines to my account my bill would stay the exact same price. Which is true. However thats only the case if I set up Auto Pay. Brandon never once mentioned a word about setting up Auto Pay. I found this out the next day when I had to call Verizon for an unrelated issue. The Verizon rep I spoke with set up the Auto Pay for me and got the discount which ended up making my bill what I was paying before. Save yourself the $35.00 per line extra charge this place charges and just go through Verizon directly. I would avoid Brandon as well. Thanks for reading.

Cole is an excellent customer service rep and salesman. I have dealt with him now on multiple occasions and he has went above and beyond every single time. This store is my preferred location over an actual corporate location just because of Cole.

The few times I’ve been in, I’ve always gone to Cole. He has exceptional customer service skills, he’s patient and genuinely kind. He always goes above and beyond for me as well his other customers I’m sure. I continue to go to this store specifically just to get the help I need from him.

This new Verizon store is now my preferred choice. The place is stunningly new with very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient staff. Went in too just look around ended up with the phone that perfectly fits my needs. Also got set up with a few accessories such as a case. I singularly want to point out Ryan who was my sales associate. He was able to get me through the whole process stress free. Highly recommend this location

If you come to this Verizon store I highly recommend Ryan Fullmer. He is the only one I talked to who actually knew what they were talking about. I talked to about 20 other Verizon stores and they didn’t seem to know what they were talking about and I was constantly running around trying to get my issue solved. Once I found Ryan, it was a pleasure to work with him and he solved all of my problems.

Service was exceptional, Edgar set me up initially, Ryan assisted me a few days later when we were having port issues getting my number switched over, Austin assisted me with new phone issues. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable and helpful, I am so glad I switched back to Verizon

This is NOT a real Verizon Store, its an authorized retailer that shouldnt have been. The do their best to HIDE this fact. Also they sell outdated equipment and over priced accessories. I do not recommend going here unless you want to pay more for technology that isnt even worth it.

4 employees had to wait 3 were helping customers 1 in training could not help me ! All I wanted was a screen protector! Then I tell them I am 1/2 visually impaired and they offer me some product I cant see to put on ! It was all about making a commission verses customer satisfaction!!

Not an issue with the store, but with the service. When a subscriber has to fight for 3 months for a company to figure out their own billing system AND cant even offer service less than 1/2 mile from an authorized distributer in a major city like Phoenix (yes, I am actually closer to downtown than your distributer.) and STILL have to bounce off someone elses wifi for service due to having only 2 bars AT BEST, while not receiving ANY assistance in this issue, then a poor review is REQUIRED to warn others of the false advertisement and misrepresenting their service abilities and capabilities.

Super fast and expert service putting on a screen protector. He clearly explained the charger and guarantee.

I was recently in the new location to purchase a screen protector when it was brought to my attention by Christian Lovato that a service I believed was cancelled was actually not. He was so helpful with me in calling customer service to get the issue resolved. A previous associate at another loction never brought anything of the sort up to me. Christian has helped tremendously and if I ever need any Verizon assistance again I will come to him.

This store is all about commission.. they even do a set up fee. You pay them to transfer your stuff!!! Lmao! You can go to Walmart or target.. get a cheaper phone and they dont charge you a set up fee!! If you buy from this place youre spending sooooo much money! Even the same screen protectors cost half the price
