The lady barista the morning I went was so sweet and just enjoyed the conversation with her. She did an amazing job and was just the friendliest barista Ive met at Starbucks in a long time!

I love getting my coffee from here. friendly experience all the time and just great employees with great attitudes one of my favorite places to get my drinks made well. worth going to I always leave a tip because of their excellent service. Thanks to kaitlyn and her co worker i know some time its hard on them with impatient customers but they do thier best.

I ordered a grande caramel macchiato hot. she made it cold and when she remade it, the hot one was nasty. I wanted to get a croissant or a cheese danish but there was a fly inside of the case as well as some gnats. I asked if they had anything covered up in plastic stored somewhere else and she said what was in the case was all they had... absolutely nasty

It’s inside the Kroger. The service speed was fast but my hot latte tasted not good at all. I don’t know how the standard recipe of an ordinary drink might taste differently in different locations. Also, the foam was so thin and was like just some milk added. Hope they open a separate store close to the I10 highway with better service quality.

I love this place. I dont drink coffee but the other drinks they have are great. The best employee to me is Kaitlyn. The worst by far is a drama queen named Sydney. She even went so far as to have her mother show up there and cuss out Kaitlyn. Causing a huge scene in the store. Talk about no class, trashy behavior. Sydney also abandoned Kaitlyn alone during a shift. Kaitlyn loves her job and enjoys serving her patrons. Keep up the good work Kaitlyn.

So I walked in Starbucks the other day Some girl named Kaitlyn was more worried about her self interest then the customer I was waiting to order like always and Kaitlyn was trying to provoke her coworker Sydney and Sydney was trying her best to serve me and take my order when Kaitlyn was so rude and careless about the customer Kaitlyn has made my experience at Starbucks the worst experience I’ve ever had like this Starbucks will never have my business again I’m letting everyone know Kaitlyn gives poor customer service I don’t recommend her I do however recommend Sydney even tho Kaitlyn was trying to make an altercation and a scene with Sydney, sydney was great she gave me excellent service and made a happy customer I feel bad for her though her coworker Kaitlyn makes it almost impossible to work under this conditions for example Kaitlyn making a scene in the coffee shop.

This is one of those that are part of a grocery store. One attendant. 15 mins and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Minimal selection. I would have taken a detour in Lake Charles and gotten coffee there if I knew this was a Kroger branch. Google really needs to make it easier to tell which Starbucks are stand alone ones vs ones in store.

I love the frappes, but 20 -30 minutes is just too long to wait.

Well. Apparently they dont provide a place for either Starbucks or Kroger employees to take a break and eat their lunches... came for a quad espresso and to work on my computer. There was literally 3 Starbucks employees and 2 Kroger employees taking up all available space to eat their lunches...I think these companies should be a bit more mindful of the people working for them and provide an actual break room... away from the bustle and harassment of being right next to the checkout lanes...

They are always welcoming to me and speak like we have known each other for years. If my coffee is not to my liking they have never had a problem with fixing it. I guess it is all in the way you present yourself to people.

Terribly convenient and easily accessible on my way to work in the morning. Its a smaller location with counter service only, being inside of a Krogers, but I am usually in and out within a few minutes. They do have their peak times when they get a rush but that is expected. Being in a smaller community helps the baristas get to know the regulars and it helps when they can start your order as soon as they see you. Ive no real complaints, and nothing but positive experiences here.

I’ve always come here daily when working in the area and have come across this ‘barista’ Kaitlyn twice. Gloomy, rude, depressing and unwelcoming are a few words that come to mind and should stay home if she has no interest in serving customers. The others are courteous, respectful and actually greet you despite the long line that might form once in a while.

My husband and I were hesitant to stop here because of the bad reviews but we decided to go for it. We ordered an iced coffee and iced caramel macchiato and both were great! The guy who served us was nice and it was fast.

They never, ever have cold brew when I go, they constantly put milk in my iced coffee without asking (and have the nerve to tell me, thats how its made even though Ive never, ever had that happen at a single stand-alone Starbucks location), and sometimes theyre too busy chatting with each other to take your order. I only go there because its convenient when were driving to Texas.

I love Starbucks and usually when I go I never have a problem. And I go almost everyday. This time wasnt that good an experience,I guess since the normal girl wasnt thereAnyway so I waited in line for my drink well the lady that was taking orders went to help make a drink but instead of making the next persons drink she made her friends drink who wasnt next in line. Then when I finally get my drink it was leaking everywhere

They are wonderful and take their time to get your order correct!

Starbucks is a standard. The server did her best. The coffee saved her, but what she has is not worthy. This is not Starbucks!

Never been happy since I came here. I still gave them so many tries, I told myself I will quit drinking here however I didnt . The last time I got my green tea frappucino, osh it tasted like sh.... Too much powders still left on the cup, whenever they are busy they wont shake your drink hard enough. I keep my fingers cross, no more trying here.

Order ven and tall French vanilla cappuccino. 190 none fat milk. Dry. she made it twice and still got it wrong. And then she was rude.

Its a Kroger Starbucks. Do not come here expecting a full blown store. If you are ready for that then its a best an average Krogers Starbucks. It looked somewhat disheveled and unorganized. They made my green tea quickly and professionally. Its works in a pinch, but probably wont be your goto store.

Today was my first time ordering at this location and it was the worst Starbucks experience Ive ever encountered. I ordered a pini sandwich and a frappuccino. The girl called out my frappuccino and assumed I didnt want whipped cream so I stopped her and told her I never said that. 30 minutes went by and I still hadnt received my pini so I went to the counter with my receipt and asked can I have the sandwich I ordered 30 minminu ago? The girl had forgot all about it. I finally got it but there was more cheese on the inside of the paper bag than on the sandwich. I wont be returning to this location.

Love the Blonde Americano. Always friendly staff, fresh coffee. Ive gotten comped for long waits on busy days. Drive thru can be long at times, but I prefer to go inside anyway.

This Starbucks has the worse staff! There care for customer service is horrible they act like they dont care and are supper slow! Me and my boyfriend are regular customers at Starbucks all around and have been coming here for 2 years or more the people they had originally was okay but they have gotten worse as time goes by! This Starbucks is not good. Employees are polite but both drink orders were wrong and the frappuccinos were like coffee icees. They werent smooth but was like liquid poured over barely crushed ice. Idk if the person making them just wasnt mixing them long enough or what. In any case not the usual starbucks experience.....think Ill stick to an actual Starbucks location.

Harriette was nice but was a bit scattered and not moody but could have been more presentable, I shouldnt hear bickering about certain things or hat on her head when Im standing there for a good few minutes waiting to be greeted and served, along with that the place should have been a lot cleaner and more organized seemee they are just lack luster about things but they do make the drinks right at least and was fast.

This is by far the best Star Bucks Ive ever visited..if you want excellent service with a smile this is the one for you..The atmosphere was awesome..alot of happy ppl..Plus its right by Walmart and plenty of great places to visit on Nelson road in Lake Charles,La. Tootens Park is just down the road..the South Beach is a hop skip and a jump away..#welovelakecharlesla

This Starbucks is the worst. The place is dirty. The staff are loud and unprofessional. There is very little seating and what little there is is dirty and oftentimes its being used by the workers themselves usually the Kroger staff. The whole place needs a major overhaul and the staff needs training and guidance .
