Ive always had a good experience with the SS Gamestop. For those who complain about how much they get for games, it may be hard to believe but they dont personally decide the prices, it comes from higher up.The staff is always friendly and helpful, and even the managers are kind enough to replace a remote with a warranty that expired a month ago.Ive had a bad experience buying a used remote once, so brought it back right away. The staff got me an even better remote for the inconvenience and made sure I left happy.No store is perfect, so when you keep that in mind, you learn to appreciate that Sulphur Springs Gamestop does a pretty good job at trying their best to keep the gamers in the community happy.

Used to use GameStop all the time and always use them for the games that came out because I believed it was better shopping at a store supporting local communities than going online and given the bigger but sulphur springsits not willing to allow someone to pick up my game because I ordered it from Mount pleasant not sulphur springs GameStop so they wont verifiable proof in person that Im who I say I am will not accept video chat even with a drivers able to be shown on video chat sulphur springs GameStop has just cost GameStop a loyal customer I understand that that doesnt matter to you but you did just lose me as a customer and your Sulphur springs store is the reason why

They are very knowledgeable about the products. The one in SS the manager guy not friendly or helpful. Liked the asian lady she knows everything about every game and system very quick witted an asset to that store.

Came in very close to closing time. The employee still let us shop for a few moments after closing. We didn’t find anything we’d like, but the manager was still awesome for letting us browse for a few.

I know alot of people seem to have a bad taste for GameStop, this one here is the exception.Every single time Ive gone in Ive had a great interaction with the employees. The manager is very knowledgeable on whats out and whats coming out. Theyve called me when there was a preorder I was looking for.

Went in and traded 4 new mint condition games and got 15 dollers for all .two of witch still sell for 35 to 38 used. then i used the 15 store credit for new games and 1 of the games i got was so badly scratched it would not play on any system thank god i looked at the disc befor leaving unfortunately i already paid for it and it was the only copy they had so i wound up spending even more money for a diffrent game cause they did not have any other games in that price rang. Absolutly terrible will not be going back to this game stop

I am rateing gamestop 2 stars, because of the trade in credit and cash that i get for my games. I could get better money for them in a garage sell or goodwill. I know that they take 50% away because they need some of the money, but a dollar for a game thats thirty dollars; thats a rip off, and to think a world wide company would go that low.

Horrible place to shop and work. Store manager Josiah is a sexstist douch nozzle and the place sure has gone down hill since Rami and Eddie left. They were the best. But if you want free wifi connect to GSDEMO and the password is sellmoretablets (no spaces and no caps.) Enjoy the free wifi but I would stay as far away as possible from here. Take your money elsewhere.
