If you are picking up an order, pull in by the trucks and check in at this guard tower. Have your ID and order number ready. Don’t expect any friendliness, it’s straight to business. They will have you park by the loading dock. Anticipate at least a 20 minute wait for someone to “pick” your order and bring it to your car. I hope this helps someone!!

People could be a little bit more friendlier, they can handle your thousands of dollars in merchandise like they actually give a s***. Actually was very surprised at how bothered the Best buy employees seem to be to have to be doing their job. Ill be surprised if somethings not broke. Said something to them and the response was come on bro you dont got to be like that.

They need to do something about the box trucks 8am live unload but a enterprise box truck blew passed and backed into assigned dock door. I dont know where they got they license from but a moving tractor trailer with hazards on near dock doors doesnt mean go around them.

You people need signage on where & how to pick up merchandise. Once you drive up, no signage for merchandise pick up & no idea where to go. The parking lot where the BB sign is over a door or thru the gate where the semis are? We chose the parking lot. WRONG! After parking somewhat near the door under the BB sign, we walked up to the door & there on the door is posted instructions on how to pick up. SERIOUSLY? Now we have to walk back to our pick-up & drive back thru the gate where the semis are.. and BTW, its semis coming, going, backing up. WHY would you have people in cars & pickups try to jockey around semis? It was scary.

This warehouse is the greatest thing that I never knew existed. Over the range convection microwaves were out of stock and backordered 2 months everywhere.... But they had it here. Backed up to the dock and they loaded it right in the back of the car.

We bought a microwave and we pulled up gave them our receipt and ID backed up and within 10 minutes we were pulling out no problem. the product is in our trunk still because we havent gotten all the way home so I cant review product yet.

First time ever coming to a Best Buy Warehouse (honestly didnt know this was a thing) to pick up an item that was unable to be shipped to us, and the process was almost smooth.When picking up you stop by the security booth, get checked in, provide your order number and pull of to one of the loading bays to pick up your item. That process was efficient and the security guard was pleasant.The loading bay was a little annoying as the dimensions of the box did not seem to be 100% accurate online so we didnt have the necessary items on hand to properly secure the item we bought (definitely on us for being unprepared) but it was odd that the staff couldnt offer (or allow us to buy anything) that could secure the items safely. Luckily many hardware stores were around. Definitely come prepared if you find yourself heading out there.

Love having it close to home. Made buying and getting a washer quick and easy. Didnt have to go all the way to Macedonia or Cuyahoga Falls. The process is quick and easy to get your order also.

Unloaded very quickly.

Show up 30 min. before your appt, as there is usually a line at the guard shack. It took about two hours and fifteen min. from check in to check out on a live unload. There is no overnight parking. Dont be more than 30 minutes late.

The program at this location is a little slow. They have one door for customer pick up, so you wait your turn once you get there. People are nice and you have to go through a security guard to get your order. Make sure you bring your order number with you.

Positive experience using will-call for pickup here. The building is easy to find, the entrance is clearly marked, and the parking lot well lit. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Of course, this is not a store, so dont come here expecting to shop, but its a great location to pickup items that are not available in stores.

*Not a Trucker, pick up experience* Ordered online Friday afternoon and picked up Saturday morning (had the option to pick up within an hour though). It took me longer to strap down my items than it did to wait for them to load. Best pick up experience I have ever had, hands down.

Its great having a Best Buy warehouse in the area, many times the stores will not have an item in stock but the warehouse will have it available for pickup.

Purchased 5/16/2020 broken 7/7/2020...Samsung says my warranty expired in April of 2020 but the washer wasnt purchased until May of 2020. The warranty is good on my dryer that was purchased the same day until 5/31/2020. What gives Samsung? Why wont you honor the warranty? Bestbuy, whats up with either selling such old stock that this can occur or more likely something shady happened and creative inventory measures allowed this to happen. Not cool Samsung! Not cool at all Bestbuy.

I paid online, drove to the warehouse and had to wait 10 minutes in the truck. They loaded the item for me.

They open @ 0600hrs and will check you in you early and assign a door but they wont start unloading till appt time. They take their sweet time and you will be here a while. There is no street parking either though you can park @ the Supercenter down the street. Overall place sucks.

Worst experience ever!! The will call has no clue whats going on. Your stuck dealing with a third party security company to call into the warehouse. If there are any issues with the order your absolutely screwed. All they say is there is x problem with your order. They hand your receipt back and say you can call the store that you purchased it to try to get this resolved. I had the store on the phone and trying to talk to the security guy who was to relay into to the warehouse, and you can imagine how that went. Then the warehouse was supposed to send up a supervisor which they never did. Wasted 45 minutes to walk out empty handed. Total joke

Checked in at 905am for my 9am was out at 1005am so for me it was smooth. Tandems back but can stay in your truck and wait for Green light.

We bought a tv but didnt want to wait for 3 days for shipping,the pick up went smooth and the wait time wasnt to bad considering its not a retail store,the employees were nice.

For product pickup go to the guard house where the fence opens to check in with your verification code, then there is a ramp immediately to the right. Back up to the bay door and kind associates will load your new product into your vehicle for you.

I have been delivering to this place 3 or 4 times before and I get it you dont like the security but believe me they are human too. Treat them with little more decency and they will most likely show you some respect. Give me the worst person and I will make them laugh or I will at least make them care just enough so I can make my delivery. Just remember you fight fire with more water not fire.

Plenty of space, courteous and professional workers. Usually try to get you in and out pretty quickly. Cant sleep here though, but the super walmart, less than a mile away has parking on the side by the automotive area.. ONLY park in the automotive area & keep it clean!

That was my last visit. Everytime i went there, Every salesperson comes and asked me, if they can help. I am a quit shopper. Even I dont find what iam looking I walk around and look what they have. Sometimes ended up buying something for a friend or a family.

Teanna the guard working up front was great to talk to while I had to wait. Best buy however had some issues with my order. Would have been a 2 star without Teanna to pull them out of the whole.

The lady at the front gate in the morning shift is EXTREMELY rude and aggressive. If you have no choice but to delever here, handle her carefully.

The prices were ok, but I feel they could have been much better, seeing that these items werent going to be able to be sold in stores! And they were just piling up! And there open box items at each store anyway, which what these prices were! There should have been a percentage off from the open box price!

The people at the warehouse were pleasant, professional and helpful. ... But...The gate guard was impatient and hostile toward me. She was disrespectful and condescending. On my way in, she interrupted me, spoke too quickly too understand, then cut me off when I asked questions and tried to confirm directions.On my way out, I returned the same way as I entered. When I approached the guard shack to return my gate pass, I smiled, waved to acknowledge, and maintained a sense of professionalism. When that previous guard saw me from her window, she gestured with her hand and mouthed the words, Stay back!I complied.Then I was surprised to see the guard and another truck driver exit the guard shack. The two of them seemed to know each other and chatted about family, friends, and work.Her action and gesture was overly forceful and completely unwarranted.When it was time for her to inspect my trailer so that I could go, she ignored me completely. Since the guard didnt speak to me, I had to ask if she looked inside the trailer, and what to do with the paperwork. She kept her back to me and never looked at me when she took my gate pass, so that she could ignore me and keep talking to her friend.If the company reads this, I would like them to know of my extreme displeasure. I ask that the individual guard be fired, or at least retrained for such a lack of professionalism.I am a truck driver who made a delivery to the warehouse on 9780 Mopar Dr, Streetsboro, OH 44241,April 20, 2017 at 9:30am to 12:00pm.
