I dont remember the name of the cashier, but he had pink dyed hair and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to help me with all my coupons and gift-cards. Also, the music is awesome to shop to! I dont really like what theyve done to the makeup/beauty section, but the woman that was stocking it was really nice. Have a nice day!

I called specifically just to see if they carried women’s petites.I ended up having to call five times because I kept getting transferred.The customer service rep wasn’t sure and he would not look into it.He said that he’d transfer me, but only the phone rang for 10 minutes.I called again to tell him and he would not help me….. just saying all he could do was transfer me.I asked if he could call back there since I didn’t want to drive 20 minutes and said again he would transfer……. nobody answered after five another 10 minutes, so I hung up!Totally absurd!

Bad customer service experience. I ordered an item online, submitted the transaction with a card, and then it was unavailable for pick up due to a shopper in store purchasing the last one. The customer service rep was extremely unhelpful and basically told me I would need to use the app (which I did not want to download) to choose the shipping option instead. I went to the website and somehow a duplicate order was placed for shipping. She told me to cancel that duplicate, and it cancelled the whole thing so now I am back at square 1. WASTE OF TIME.

I am a personal shopper and I will absolutely take orders at this target any day of the week and my first experience here a few weeks ago was just perfect I was shopping for over a hundred and fifty items for a customer and the cashier who is a college-aged female she really did an excellent job and I was just super Blown Away by how she dealt with a huge order like this she did a great job great store lots of products great Associates

The article is gone! These are small themes, but like everywhere in Strongsville, I set them up the way I wanted them. You still need mascara and I havent enjoyed the clothes in this store. Still nice but its not the best ...

Gonna say up front, I am mainly reviewing on a single problem.For whatever reason Target specifically will disable my phones bluetooth and screw with my data and wifi connections without any prompting to do so. If I walk in with bluetooth earbuds in they will without fail get disabled after just a few steps into the store. Ive tried with multiple wireless earbuds to test if it was just the one set and all of them have the same thing happen. Once I leave the store its impossible to turn bluetooth back on until I reboot my entire phone. Whatever is going on is being done widely by target as a company and feels completely invasive and disturbing. Its hard to reccomend a company behaving in such a sketchy manner to everyone that enters their buildings.

New management came in around fall last year and can’t stand the environment now. All the associates look so stressed and it used to be a very relaxed shopping experience for me. I started going to Streetsboro instead.

The service member was extremely efficient when I arrived to pick up my order.

HATE shopping for clothes here. Even the fat clothes are made for skinny people! But they have many other products that are reasonably priced. Store is generally clean and organized.

Came in today looking for some cheap work jeans they were tagged in the back for $19.99. they rang up at $21.99. when I looked at the app in my phone before I got there they were as the price tag in the back but when I was in the store my app changed to show $21.99 funny thing is after I got about a mile away from the store it went back to the $19.99. I had heard Target uses this to scam people before but I thought it had been corrected apparently I was wrong. Even though I pointed out the problem the girl would not adjust the price as she stated they must start at That price and go up which is not the case. Dont know if Ill be back to this target again. It may be petty but dont try to rip me off for any reason for any amount. Thats not how you do business

Target in Stow is my new favorite Target!!! I used to go to Target on Howe ave, but they dont even compare. Ive never experienced more kind customer service than at Target Stow. Yesterday I needed assistance finding a couple of farfetched products for my husbands birthday and approached these two employees (I believe their names were Bella and Sarah).. those two were the sweetest and so helpful with finding everything I needed. They both were clearly busy but dropped everything just to help me out. Checkout was quick and easy too. Love this place.

Looking for Duke Cannon products they have a small selection.

Went into the Stow store during the pandemic to get an item for my son’s birthday party that their website said was available in store. I went to the kiosk for help when I couldn’t find it, and the phone was broken. Went to a different kiosk and finally got assistance. They said it was a computer error and they didn’t actually have it. Thanks for wasting my time and risking my health.

Went in today and took advantage of the early Senior hours. Thank you Target for doing this for our seniors, caught up on some much needed supplies that I maybe would not have available later on during the day.

Was super easy and convenient. Was going to a birthday party today. Saw on the target app it was in stock. I ordered it and picked it up with time to wrap it!! Loved it!!

This target is very nice and clean. The changing rooms were clean and the attendant was a very nice lady. I also returned something, and customer service was fast and helpful. Overall was a great experience and will go to this target again.

The store is clean and all the employees are very helpful, hardworking, knowledgeable and kind. They have a very good selection of products. They are the same if your looking for something and have to call first to see if they have it in the store.

Store associates were friendly and helpful. I used self check out and noticed there was someone cleaning each station after every check out.

Today Jeff helped me and my boyfriend get a new tv. After thinking they didn’t have it, he hunted us down to tell us they did in fact have it. he was a great employee, very helpful

The Target store in my neighborhood is convenient and even though it is smaller than the one in Cuyahoga Falls, it is comfortable to shop here, as I was a Target Team Member at the CF store in the mid-90s, I trained at the Stow location.

Used the online/pick up in store feature. My tops didnt match the feel/material I had previously found in the store. When I tried to do an exchange I was told I would need to come back the next day as they couldnt access my information until then. I was just told to check that my order was complete & then told to sign off, afterwards I was told that I could have done an exchange or return before signing. Great to know that after the fact. I will be making a second trip to return the entire purchase & I will not be using the service again

I love the merchandise and the store.

Called the electronic section to see if they had a pop filter and boom stand in stock for the mic I just bought since Walmart didn’t have them. After waiting for a few minutes, I got transferred to someone outside of the electronic section. They tried to transfer me over again, no answer, then transferred to some else again. They tried one last time, and then I was hung up on. Tried to then call HR to get a manager on the line to fix this nonsense, and guess what, HR didn’t answer either! What a surprise. If the employees there are so incompetent that they can’t answer the phone at 2pm on a weekday, then I don’t even want to step foot inside the store to experience that incompetence first hand.

I placed an order in the comfort of my own home late at night (after store hours) and picked it up the next day! Quick and easy! No wait! Easy peasy!

This store continues to be an absolute gem to shop at in Stow Kent because the entire store is very well run and it remains spotless every time I come in!!!I absolutely appreciate all the hard work the employees put in and will continue to be a loyal customer.

I find Target just so so. Very small selections but their sales makeup for this. Having no music/sounds while youre shopping is almost eerie. The employees are super friendly and helpful. I feel the price of their clothing is way overpriced.

This is the first time I have been to this specific location in at least 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised with how well stocked and how many things I saw online (that I wanted) that were also in the store.

Just soooo convenient! There are four Targets near me, so I was able to ascertain which one of them had six Sterilite bins in the color I wanted. I bought them and then picked them up in the store the next day. It took less than 5 minutes in the store, and the clerk carried them to the car for me. Great service!

This target is in the same Plaza as my job location so I visit here often for my quick shopping. Love the Starbucks inside too! I can get my wakeup Coffee while I get the shopping done after a day of work.

I have always loved Target, but today I fell in love with it even more. I work with a man with severe intellectual disabilities who will constantly grab things off shelves at the store... Usually he is in a wheelchair so I dont always see him do it.Target now has a cart designated for adults with special needs which is absolutely wonderful because my client can sit in the cart facing me and I can see him reach for things and stop him.Yay target for revolutionizing the shopping experience for people who care for individuals with disabilities!

Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful and frankly dangerous “store manager” Brenden ( still not totally clear if he actually was or not ) at the Stow Ohio location. His threatening demeanor was enough to alarm myself, my 7 year old child and the people behind us in line.

They dont have a fresh produce section. In general I like Target better than Wal-Mart, but even Target runs a lot like Wal-Mart. They used to be more customer friendly and I think that the management is really becoming more like Wal-Marts workforce...underpaid and over worked. They arent trying as hard as they used to to make their customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Its just another big box store anymore.
