Great place for all your sporting needs

They never have anything Im looking for and customer service is extremely slow. The sneaker world is much larger than 5 styles. Upgrade your inventory. Corporate need to hire more people for this store or pay your employees enough so theyd wanna stay there.

My favorite place is the Ellenwood store but this one is ok. They have a better selection but the staff isnt to friendly. The manger is helpful though. Anyways the last time I went was the first time the staff were kind of friendly so maybe their coming around.

Jessie was very professional and knowledgeable about the items at the store. my shoe exchange was fast and easy. he even opened the door for me as i was walking in.. also, he gave me more information the points and how it works. Ill definitely visit this store again.

Mia and staff very rude and unprofessional. Family store but music playing with explicit words in it. Selling shoes for extra fees if you didnt win raffle. Ill never shop at this hibbets.

Bought sweats 2weeks ago. I lost my receipt and the man in the front said I couldn’t even get store credit. But I can exchange them now. What’s the whole point of that? He said I can take them to any other Hibbett, it’s hibbetts everywhere. Rude. I bought the sweats from this hibbett too. Wasn’t at all professional.
