I am presently in the auto center awaiting a four wheel rotation and balance since 8 am as I am typing this in real-time. Staffing is very limited as is the stock of tires, but the few associates here are patient and have a good attitude though. With that being said, it is in your best interest to bring alot of patience. Hours may vary based upon staffing availability. I am pleased to report Walmart did an excellent job of balancing my tires and it has made a difference in my cars handling.

They wasnt very helpful. Gave me false information as to what it would cost to have my oil changed when I called but upon my arrival, it was something else. Wasnt happy at all and management wasnt any better. It was a waist of my time and the gas I used getting there as well as my time on the phone trying to get to upper management. I spent over an hour on the phone and still got nothing. I ended up charging my oil myself. I learned a lot from this experience. One of them is never go to Wally World to have any work do on my vehicle.

I took my 2010 Mercedes E350 in for an oil change and they called me and said it was done after about 35 minutes and when I got over there they told me they couldnt do it. I then ask why and they said it didnt have a dip stick when I told they they were wrong they went and looked at it and realized it did and said they can do it. Then 40 min later I come back again and the car is pulled out Im about to pay for it but the service order hadnt been completed, so I them learned for the 2nd time it did not get done. So the service manager talks to the guys and says we will get it in right now and it finally got done and I ask did you reset the oil change service message, he tells me yes I get in it and of course its still on. This store needs some better management and definitely some more training. I am a female who managed an auto place for 20 years and there is no way my shop wouldve been ran like this.

When I brought my car in at 9:10am, I was informed only 2 cars were in front of me.. Ok Cool! Went on and start shopping, after One hour I go and check the status of my service… That’s when the Male Associate told me it was on the Rack being serviced… Ok I continued to wait, then I decided to step outside to get some air, and that’s when I seen my vehicle STILL parked in the Same spot I parked when I arrived. That’s when I approached and questioned the same Male Associate, instead of him apologizing of his Error, he got a attitude and begin to snap off as if I was bothering him!!!I noticed people coming in hours after me and leaving before me!!.. when I tried to ask him WhyOnce again the Attitude!! 3hours waisted just for tires…. He he does not wantTo work he should have stayed home!!!Bottom Line!!!

We got 2 flat tires from a pothole on 75 south. The tow truck driver towed us to here as it was the only place open on Sunday for the most part. They were wonderful and quick. Donald the manager was super helpful and the cashier Miah was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend the tire and lube.

Sweet cashier. Tire installer was the slowest one ever seen. 2 1/2 hours for 4 tires is ridiculous. I have no idea how they keep the auto center open moving that slow. Please dont pay this guy 15.00 an hour.

Rude Auto care manager Fred!!! Slow service alot of employees standing around. Was told it would take an hour to fix 1 TIRE i waited 45min they still havent taken my car back. I asked the manager how much longer, he says I dont know Im working on appointments now. I just left!Ill NEVER come here again!!

It took 2hrs to test the 5yr battery I purchased there. It was bad in less than 3yrs. They didn’t have the replacement in stock. They couldn’t get the other auto centers in the area to answer the phone. The only option I was left with was to drive to another store which didn’t have an auto center and purchase a battery. Then hoping that my car would start, drive back to get it installed. Now I’m waiting 3 to 5 days for a refund to be credited to my card. You can call that auto center “Team too much “.

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the women in the front were extremely nice and helpful (especially Ronnie). However, the process to get 4 news tires put on is ENTIRELY too lengthy. And it wouldn’t be so bad if we could leave and come back after given the allotted wait time. I got here at 1:15 after receiving a message that my tires had arrived at the store. I was told that I had a wait time of approximately 3 hours because two cars were in front of me and they both were getting 4 new tires and it takes about an hour to do. I said no problem, can I leave and come back. She politely told me no because if they finish early, someone could potentially be taken in front of me and I’d be bumped to the end of the line. Long story short, it’s now 5:26 and I’m still waiting for them to pull my car around. They are supposed to be doing a test drive but I see my car still in the garage and I hear the men talking. I’m sure this is the reason why it took them 4 hours to put on 4 tires.

Consistently slow service. Never enough employees available. Always a long wait, regardless of the time of day or night. New system needed. An hour before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage. I gave 1 star because they are at least consistent and predictable.:)

Came here 3 times in a week and never got my car serviced! This Walmart auto center is horrible!!!! Each time I’ve been in all the workers are doing everything but working. Let’s see one bs’ing while smoking a cigarette. One guy (the manager which I know is the manager cause his picture is hanging on the wall) he was more interested in talking about his latest love interest instead of jumping in there and catching your team up. Anyways Never coming back here and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and this is my opinion after having been here 3 times and have to wait 4+ hours even after coming right at opening time. Also, during one of my trips I had to wait 4 hours and after my long wait I finally got my car returned. I came in to get my battery changed, something that takes only 10 minutes maximum the mechanic, Frederick forgot his phone in my engine. I had already left to rush to my class because I was late due to the excessively long wait! I got a phone saying that he forgot his phone in the engine, so instead of attending a class that I pay lots of money for I had to return to the store and allow him to pick up his phone from my car. As I was leaving, Richard another mechanic proceeded to tell me that I better make him change my oil for free after what he did, but I didnt have time so my father spoke with Fredrick he said he would change my oil for FREE! However when I returned todah he made up and excuse that due to the fact that during my last visit I was not having my oil changed he cant change my oil for free. I am not one to write a review ever, but this place has the worst service and yeah it may save you a few bucks but the hassle that these people put you through is not worth it. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you time is way more precious then to sit around waiting for hours on end.

Always slow and the last time I went. I spent over 3 hours there for just new tires. They even quoted me the wrong price three times because they didnt know there right rim size. Very disappointing Walmart. As always. The only reason they are getting two stars is because of the very nice woman working the service desk.

They ran out of the synthetic motor oil on special and up-charged me for bottled oil which was more expensive. Also states on the receipt that they will vacuum the car and check tire pressure. They indicated that they had however they did not vacuum, nor check the tire pressure. $58 for an oil change and I am not even sure that was done because they never reset the light on dash. It is unfortunate but cars are very important to peoples lively-hood...smh

Friendly-ish, hence the 2 stars, but EXTREMELY SLOOOOOW!!.. I walked in at 830a on a Sunday to have 1 new tire mounted onto my rim -no actual vehicle, since I couldnt do it myself. With just 2 people ahead of me, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Its been 2 hours already and Im still waiting.

Came to this location on a Sunday morning, the guy at the auto counter was rude and didn’t know anything that was going on. The guys working on the cars outside were friendly but also didn’t know the procedures and protocol for appointments. Maybe some training would help these guys out. Improvement is needed drastically professionally and personally.

Person told me it would take 1 hour to service my car (balance tires, service I have paid for). I came back in an hour and 20 min and my car was still sitting ion three same place. I told the worker ill just take my keys (they couldnt find them). A other worker said he would take my car in and balance the tires. 10 min later another worker cane back out and said they couldnt do it. I needed new tires. WASTE OF TIME!!Kaufman tires did a great job.

They are great for tires horrible when it comes to an oil change. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me that my drain plug was too tight and that they couldn’t get it off and change my oil. Only to take it across the street and have my oil changed in less then 15 minutes.

I came in for an oil change. Very unprofessional staff. The lady at the front counter barely wanted to address me. The manager James Hardy was even more rude and unprofessional he walked off on me and closed the gate after I was asking for more assistance. Terrible service every time definitely not going back after this.

The service at the Tire & Lube center at the Hudson Bridge Rd Walmart was a huge disappointment and a big waste of time. After being told that it would take about 2.5 hrs to balance and rotate my tires I walked to another location to have lunch. I was called 1.5 hrs later and told that they could not work on my car...so I walked back to the front desk and asked what was wrong. I was told that the passenger front nut was swollen and slightly stripped and needs to be fixed.I asked did they sell the parts and if not where could I find them. The woman behind the desk told me to ask the guys sitting outside. She followed me to them and I asked where can I find the parts and they listed several stores close to Walmart. I then asked the guys if they would begin work on my car if I went to get the parts and came right back, or would I be placed at the back of the line. One of them said, Sir we are not on the clock right now, you will have to ask her. So I asked the woman who told me to talk to the guys the same question...she was standing two feet away from me looking at her phone...She told me that she would no longer be working when I got back so she couldnt tell me if my car would be worked on right away.Unacceptable...Tell me something...even if I might not like the store policy...It seems as though the three of them were about to get off of work and they didnt want to start looking at any more cars.I would recommend avoiding the tire section or maybe just the day shift...Show some pride in what you do, instead of being lazy clock watchers!!!

Poor service was there for 3 and a 1/2 hours just to get one tire and an oil change Im sitting in a waiting Room for 2 1/2 hours I finally asked whats the wait she said sir we called you twice i said no you didnt .. even after showing her I had no missed calls she argued with me that they called me twice. I ask for manager..turns out they had the right number on the form somehow they dialed the wrong number twice .. so they didnt start on my car for 2 1/2 hours because he couldnt reach me.. even though I was sitting right there in the waiting area with my phone on

Amazing service. Just be patient. We all have issues with our car. Just let the professionals do it on THEIR time. They quoted me 30 minites. Done in 25. A lady was quoted 1 1/2 hours and she didnt listen. She came back in a half hour irritated her car wasnt ready. Everyone there was amazing. The only issues I saw was the customers were informed accurately, but two of the four did NOT pay attention to the professional as they spoke concerning each customers issue and the duly waynto resolve it.

Went in for a oil change, get a call from shop while Im in store shopping. Get to oil change center and they request to speak with me because they claim to not be able to open my good. I clearly see the hoodlums is already open and stated this. He weirdly responds, we cant get it up, so I put clip.... 1 second.... and open it. I walk off and he suddenly calls me back stating my dip stick is broken and they cant do oil change...... 1st, who doesnt know how to open a good on a car, 2nd, I know he broke my dip stick because it all aS to weird. Same disappointing and frustrating experience as I see many have posted here. Came in for oil change. It was my first (and last) time using their auto service. Told three or four cars in front of me at 10:30a -- wasnt done until 1:30p. Nothing else done or wanted -- no vacuum, no engine checks -- and I didnt leave the area (not that doing any of that should have resulted in a 3-hour wait for an oil change with at least 2 techs and only 4 cars). Maybe the key is being visibly angry instead of just on the verge of passing out? Guy who walked in with me and got same service was vocally annoyed and left an hour before me. Whatever the trick is, I wont be needing it as Ill be going elsewhere, for more than just oil.

What a horror show. I cant imagine being management and thats your expectations. Same scenario as one other tire customer. I was told they would be done in 3hrs and about 3hrs later I got the dreaded walmart call. We are having trouble getting your nuts off, but if you come up we will give you a jack and a 4way so you can get your nuts off yourself and we can swap the tires. So a customer is out in the parking lot changing their tires. No discount or even im sorry was given for me having to do it.We were charged for lifetime rotation and balance on a set of tires they will not even touch.The manager was the one handing the tires to us too.....On the way out one of the techs was told by management to let the customer know that he needed to reinstall the drain plug because the tech couldnt do it. I swear I thought I was on a hidden camera show.

Worst oil changing experience ever. Do not go to this Walmart for any automotive work unless you do not value your time. It seems route that you can go in there for a 30 minute job and they keep your car closer to two hours. The workers there seem to careless about their misappropriation of time. It is painful to watch them waste their clients time while they are in the back joking and carrying on. BE WISE AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HUDSON BRIDGE ROAD WALMART AUTOMOTIVE! Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Yes! The service is horrible and the wait time is even worse! I was told it’d be an hour, but it actually took 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES!! I also tried to check out a couple items before hand. Come to find out, the guy who was checking me out was supposed to be servicing my car! He told me that! I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. Never again. Ten thumbs DOWN. Who wants to work for 9 hours then wait around in a Walmart for almost 2?

I have a mixed review of the Walmart auto service center. On the first instance, I had four tires put on my wifes car. I made it a point to express to them that they needed to be smooth as we do a lot of highway driving. The technician said he would do his best. As promised the tires were smooth as glass at highway speeds and I couldnt have been happier.The second time was not so good. The weekend before a long trip i was running low on time, as I usually change my own oil, so i figured Id take it to walmart and let them change it as I was getting last minute items for the trip. Half way through our trip I began smelling burnt oil, which is odd since its a 2013 vehicle. When We got back I climbed underneath the car and the entire under carriage was soaked with oil. They had over tightened the oil filter during installation which cut the Seal and it was spraying oil. Luckily I caught it before anymore oil loss and catastrophic engine damage could occur. If my wife had been driving she may not have noticed it until it was too late.Its an oil change, literally the most basic type of vehicle maintenance on the planet and they messed it up.The point is, be mindful and double check the work before leaving the shop and after a few miles of driving. Ask questions and if you dont like the answers, find another shop.

Road hazard on tires, they allege that a tire that had only been on the car for 3 months & driven less than 1000 miles had over 50% tread wear when they allegedly measured the tire to replace it under the road hazard package. Excuses when I queried the manager on how that is even possible on a 60,000 mile tire.

Went to this Walmart on a Thursday to get an oil change just like everybody else said 2 hours later oil changes done. Today is Sunday I check my oil levels my car is bone dry driveway is filled, smelled burning oil Saturday. Im not understanding its a oil change, how can you F that up! so now I have to change my oil and go back and get my refund so I will see you Monday please believe!!! I have been to this auto Walmart three times in two weeks to get a oil change. Every single time I come they have still not ordered the oil filter for a 2015 Ford Focus. So you tell me when yall order supplies you dont order parts for a 2015 car. They said that my car is too new so they do not have my part.
