EXCELLENT service. I ran over something on the highway and it split my tire. I came straight here, no appointment, nothing. Within 5 minutes of opening, they had my car up in the air changing the tire. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff and gave me all the info I needed to know. They also did not try to sell me anything unnecessarily like some of these places do, and the cost was affordable. I was in and out within 40 minutes which was exactly what he said. Thank you for providing excellent and speedy service. I will be back (hopefully not with another busted tire though) LOL.

Very well organized and safe during the pandemic. You have contactless check in using the QR code at the front door. Very user friendly for the technical challenge. It helps to make an appointment and you can choose to drive your car into the bay yourself for safety. The whole process took less than 30 minutes start to finish. I was very impressed with my experience!

I spend a lot of money at this place. I have a few cars so about every 2 or 3 months and I seem to be buying a tire. The warranty is as good as they say if theres something busted on the tire they usually just replace it. They dont give you a lot of static about it. Theyre always good with their advice on time and fast when youre waiting for them and the dudes that are working there are pretty cool and offer great customer service. However the place is busy good for them but if you dont get there soon enough you may have a wait. Call ahead if you can.

Great customer service, instead of them fixing my left rear tire on my white 2008 Ford Ranger pickup known as Lisaraye, after it went flat, they took it upon themselves to replaced the whole tire once they discovered I caught two nails in same tire, to be my left rear tire, and only charged me $13.00 for the flat tire replacement, do to the fact that Ive purchased a set of tires for my 08 Ford Ranger from them four years ago, including both the warranty & spare tire replacement too.Thanks Discount Tires!!! 😂👍👍

I was ignored. Didnt really appreciate that. Nevertheless I gave my patience but my wife had had enough. Maybe next time. Suggestion, even if youre busy in your establishment, it is vital that all customers and potential customers must be greeted. Its an absolute must in order to maintain traffic and word of mouth advertising.

Job was done, but someone hit my car and didnt report it. When asked they lied about no incident. Luckily its not major it was obvious to me because I came straight from the car wash where I labored on my car myself and had no scratches. I wiped the scratch and it didnt break the paint thank God. Pointed it out that there are dishonest employees and a camera is needed for customer protection. Dont lie; I will never bring my car back there because they cant be accountable and trusted........lost a valid customer. Id rather drive to the dealership for comfort!

On Saturday we arrived around 4:15 with a tire going flat. The staff took our car in and fixed our flat free of charge. They completed the work around 6:00 PM when they were to close at 5:00 PM. We were shocked and so grateful when they told us no charge. This isn’t the first time I have had just awesome service from Discount Tire. You guys are wonderful. Thank you

My second time there. Customer service is perfect. But i did my order online, y paid online and i got appointment to 9 am. I was there 8.55Everyone was busy with others customers so i wait in the line. when is my turn they said: you late. 9.30 so no make any sense to me i had to wait around 40 minutes extra but wasnt my fault.Anyway, tires installation was perfect the product is excellent I just spend more time on the store than i expected thats why I give 4 star instead 5.

Took my truck in for routine rotating and balance tires are still good but by next time Ill have to have them replaced lets keep up the good work gentlemen thank you.

I was on my way from Atlanta Georgia area to Florida for a funeral. Ran over a piece of wood on I75 and noticed immediately that my tire was losing air. Managed to get to a gas station to inflate enough to get to Discount Auto Store on Hudson Bridge Rd in Stockbridge GA. Despite being busy, the staff there were very personable and helpful in assessing the damage, fixing the tire and getting us on our way - and, incredibly, at no cost. We left something for those involved to share. But, next time we travel that way we are going to drop off a couple dozen doughnuts for all of the employees there. I think they are great and Discount Tire is the company we are going to consider for my needs in the future.

They have a lot of new people working for them. I had an appt @4, my appt was honored. Tires was put on 30mins flat. The problem arises, when I leave for my long road trip and my vehicle starts to swerve. I was terrified. Not only they didnt rotate tires or balance, they just sent me on my way. As a life long customer, this should have been offered upfront along with tire replacement. It was not. Dont think Ill be using them again.

He listened to what I wanted and didnt try to UPSELL or talk me out of what I wanted,As my case was get what was cheap due to the FACT that I truly was BROKE and I didnt even have the money in My budget for an unexpected EXPENSE.... But as always, I tapped into the savings to get this taken care of......They were pretty fast in my opinion. I was quoted 1 and a half and although I didnt keep count, Im certain they got me done with in that promise timeIll say this if you want speed in automotive, then think again and face reality.... Things TAKE TIME and Ive learned to be patient... Absolutely amazing and friendly staff!!😌 Just came in for a patch on tire which was FREE! And they were very honest about my front 2 tires,, did need them soon but not today,,, but were so reasonable and honest and up front left with 2 new tires.. GREAT place to come. Would recommend to anyone!!😉😊

Got some new tires a couple months ago and forgot to leave these guys a review. Great team! The energy is light and fun, and they’re quick despite it being very busy the two times I went. Offered me some good / honest advice and I never felt like I was being sold. Definitely recommend, I’m definitely going to become a regular.

Visited this Discount Tire location today b/c of an air pressure light that has been coming on in my car. I didnt have an appt., yet Kyle managed to squeeze me in & get me taken care of. They did a tire rotation at no charge since that’s where my existing Michelin tires were purchased. All staff was great, Kyle was certainly outstanding! He went above & beyond. Kyle is a people person, communicates so well. His willingness to go the extra mile is what sets him apart from a lot of other tire shop experiences & store experiences in general. He was so exceptional that I offered to let the manager know about the great experience I had today, that’s when he told he is the manager!! Amazing! Will continue to be a customer as long as they keep up the great customer service. Also appreciated the ability to remain in my car while service was being performed.

Thia is one of the only places I will even buy tires from they have not tried to get me on things with me being a female and think that I wouldnt know it but I had my boyfriend on the phone without them knowing that. For probably the past 4 or 5 times I have needed tires they have came from here

My husband and I got a nail in our tire on the first leg of a super long trip and thankfully pulled off into a Discount Tires right before closing. They were so helpful, removed the nail and patched our tire for free. It was fast, easy, and they made what could have been a really stressful situation so much better.

I always come here for tire problems. Always been reliable since I moved here. Only reason for one star off is because my girl went and waited two hours past her appointment time to get her car serviced. It hasnt been the first time she was overlooked but regardless the service is always great.

Apparently if you have a slightly bent rim or your tires can’t be road force balanced they won’t tell you but take your money. I brought my car to get balanced on multiple occasions. I even asked if a rim was possibly bent and they said it wasn’t. I had to take it to another business to get the truth.Update: After getting upper management involved my money was returned

We were there getting 4 new tires put on our truck, it took less then 30 minutes but we also had an appointment. You can drop off your vehicle and they will send you a text when its ready for pick up. The thing that took the longest was the time to pay and get the keys back.

I didn’t have an appointment. I got here at 12:30. He told me the latest they can see me is 5:03. It’s now 6:25 and they haven’t touched the flat tire. Not giving me straight answers. This literally ate up my whole day. Could have just told me to go somewhere else.

I pulled in for a free tire inspection, air, and needed a tire patch. The gentleman was very kind and took care of me right away. He made notes about my air pressure and by the time I parked to to go inside, the gentleman at the front desk already had my ticket from the mechanic.He was very polite and prompt. They walk you to your car when they return your keys. They told me it would be about an hour since they had quite a few customers. Everything was completed as mentioned above---no tricks, last minute schemes or add ons and they finished quickly. If they have questions about your service request, they come and ask/speak with you. They do not perform additional things without your acknowledgement and agreement.Also my patch was free! Unlike Mavis Discount Tire down the street from this location (they were going to charge me $20 for a patch!) I was very satisfied and would definitely return.
