Went to look at a used scooter. The scooter was very dirty, they had not bothered to clean or detail it to make it ready to sell. I made an offer, expecting a counter offer. The salesman said, “ I can’t do that”, and walked back in the dealership. They were not too interested in making a sale. I’ll go elsewhere with my cash.

I brought my John Deere 2305 in for repairs and it has not been a smooth process however Century has been standing by their work and trying very hard to make things right. The tractor still isnt working right but they are working on it and Im confident they will get this fixed. I am very satisfied with their efforts. Thank you Century Power Equipment.

Went in to ask a few questions about a lawnmower, and a very unpleasant guy at the center desk told us the mower we were looking for hasn’t been available in the area for weeks. He kept interrupting, and was generally rude the entire time. I can’t believe he was in sales. So we immediately drove to the nearby Lowe’s, and 15 minutes later we paid For the exact mower we were looking for. The 20 year old kid guessed how our experience was at Century, and he nailed it. If the guy at Century was professional, we were willing to wait for a mower to be ordered. The lousy attitude cost them a customer.

Very Professional !called me when my parts came in, so I could bring in my Smax for the recall repair. I asked if they would install the tires my kids bought me for x-mass. they said no problem. and called in just days to let me know it was done. the amount was exactly what the said. very pleased and will be back.great job !!

These guys are great. The staff, both on the sales floor and in the service department, are courteous and helpful. The prices are fair, and they always seems to have the parts I need for most everything Ive gone to them for. Their service turn around is impressive as well. Plus they offer educational training for snowmobiling and 4-wheeling. Ive been a customer for over 4+ years, love it.

I want to take this opportunity to describe and say thanks for the positive experience I have with the service department at Century Power Sports. Jake at the service counter is consistently friendly, helpful and competent, and I feel confident that hes got my back with service on our two motorcycles. I shouldnt tell that I request Steve for servicing my Yamaha motorcycle because everyone will begin to request him and then hell be too busy for me. He deserves my loyalty because of all the times hes come to my aid, whether its just a question or when I need service on my Yamaha V-Star. He always has time to listen and talk to me. These are two super employees who keep me coming back to Century Power Sports.

Century Power is a great place for quality lawn equipment, motorcycles and related gear. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ive never been steered wrong there.

So I just have to share after reading reviews before going and now im back with my snowmobile still not running, the wiring harness is on backorder indefinitely from their supplier with no ETA in sight, I guess because its an 08 cat... originally called for appointment and was told just bring it in, first come first served. Then showed up and was asked about my appointment like I was an inconvenience and was told a week and a half out before I can even look at it. Two days later they need to order a harness...10 days later I call for some info or update, nothing, but have to talk to parts guy 20 feet away so then they called me a day later with the news so now im buying a harness on my own, prob selling it and purchasing new elsewhere. Oh well but had to share.

I dont know what happened with these who gave bad reviews. I have always found them to be helpful and professional. Yes there are some expensive OEM clothing things there but thats the cost of being current. They have great deals on non current items. Their new equipment is competitively priced. I bought a new snowmobile and needed a seal replaced under warranty that required the motor pulled out. When I inspected it after I could not see any evidence of the work. Not even a mark on the mounting bolts. I was happy I bought it there where theres an excellent service department Almost always one of the owners is at the store helping shoppers. They care.

Went in to buy a $8,000 mower and waited around 10 minutes and nobody said a word to me. There were several sales people walking around and 2 at the main counter and even when I walked over that way, they didnt say a word. So I left and will take my business elsewhere. If theyd been busy it would have been understandable, but they didnt look busy to me.

Working with Roger leaves you with that home town feel and he was laid back and easy to work with. Service on the 4 wheeler was fast and problem covered under warranty. They actually came to the house to put new battery in after purchasing it!!! Thank you for everything.

Pulled up at 30 min to closing, with back tire showing cords. They found replacement tires AND stayed open an extra hour to put on to get me riding again. Id highly recommend Century Power for motorcycling, with good prices and excellent service!

I recently purchased a John Deere Compact utility from Century Power Equipment. The owner gave me very competitive pricing and kept me informed of the status of my order. When my tractor came in, Drew and Mike delivered it and gave me a 3 hour orientation on how to operate it and attach the mower, snowblower and loader. The all did a great job.

Just dropped my snowmobile off yesterday for some warranty work, I like the serv department guy who works on the sleds, I had my sled in last winter and he did a really good job fixing my sled, it was done quick. I like how I can drop my sled off on a short notice also, excellent serv department, I will buy my next new snowmobile from century power sports.

Service has been excellent with my 2011 RSV motorcycle. Tech is very knowledgeable on the bike and the turn around time is good during peak season. The tech even took time out to clean the bike after having routine maintenance done on it.

I was pleased with the service of my snowblower at Century Power. Despite a delayed part due to two major back-to-back snowstorms, the Service Department quickly completed the job, and then made a special delivery on the weekend, because of the delay. I found the service was very professional and courteous. Best yet, the fellow who delivered my snowblower showed me features of my snowblower that I should have been using. I read the manual, but forgot about them. Embolden, I asked if he could answer some questions about my John Deere lawn tractor. I was surprised to discover that I could add needed equipment to it, that wasnt in the sales brochures. Excellent job, Century Power.

Dropped off my Lawn Mower for simple tune up/oil change on Apr 30th, 2018. They said it would be 1-2 weeks because they are a bit behind. Its now May 20th, and still no lawn mower! and no phone call. I called 3 times, each time I was told, it should be done the next day. I need a machete now to mow my yard! Last time they will ever get my business, that is IF I ever get my lawn mower back

We have dealt with Century Power for 50 years thru different owners and have never had a problem. From the first store near Radio Drive, the larger store near Neal Ave, downtown Stilwater, to their current location, shopped them all over the years. The staff and owners have always been helpful. The prices are not higher than any other dealership in the surrounding area, very comparable . Large dealership, large inventory, large show room.

As a woman purchasing a snowmobile I felt very comfortable with the whole process, Eric in service set it up for me just the way I wanted.Century power rocks !

Looking for some very basic maintenance on a motorcycle which is advertised as a service provided on the company webpage. Also specified on their website is the statement they work on all makes and models. Person greeting me per my request for the advertised service instantly begins to lecture me on a need for me to do it myself. I have to learn how to do it both rudely and condescendingly. Also then informs me he isnt a dealer for my brand which I guess makes adjusting a chain something he cant...or doesnt want to do. All well and good. I dont know why the website claims they perform the service on all makes and models. Thanks for wasting my time. If you try to do business with this place I wish you good luck. Hope your experience is better than mine. Maybe youll get lucky. I was a 3rd generation owner of a local Chrysler / Plymouth / Dodge / Jeep store and if I had ever treated customers and potential customers like this I would have likely been out of business but quick. When my customers came in for maintenance I was happy to see them. Never told them they had to do it themselves because I didnt want to do it. How people stay in business today with attitudes like this...I have no idea.

After reading all the reviews and stopping in here a week ago, it looks like the manager or owner really doesnt listen and learn from the horrible reviews. The employees are still rude and dont want to make any money by selling a single thing. Came in for a side x side and was treated so poorly, I will never recommend this place. Pretty sure this review will also be read and nothing will change. Good luck to whoever goes in and gets service.

Purchased a 30 Timemaster which I thought I would get good service being a certified dealer. Unfortunately the starter went bad after the 2nd use burning fuses so the ignition fails to start the mower. I took the mower in Oct 2017 but they were swamped with work and they advised to bring it back early spring. I did just that bringing the mower in March. They had the mower until mid June and had not completed the work. I was very patient and asked when it would be complete and they could not give a timeline. I was told, Commercial business takes priority so as soon as there is a little time we will squeeze it in. They were polite and matter of fact like it was business as usual. Another gentleman was getting his Kawasaki serviced said he had a similar issue.If you are a residential customer or just looking to bring your bike in AVOID buying or servicing from this place. THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!

Honda mowers used to be the ultimate in reliability. Seem a bit less reliable these days. Not sure why. Eric in service here works hard to keep customers going.

Tried to order a part for mower, the same part I ordered without problem 2 months prior without a problem. This time was different. I provided the part number, he informed me the part number changed and provided me with a part number one digit different; but it was the wrong part. Owner was lying. I ordered the part from another dealer with the same part number I provided to century power. The part number had not changed. During this conversation, he was Condecending the entire time; Kept repeating the part number back to me like I was ready it wrong out of my parts manual on a brand new 2018 mower. I am new to the area and heard about this places reputation from other neighbors. I guess they were right. Shop somewhere else. I had my (old) mower and snowblower fixed at Stillwater Turf and Power. Nice guy, both machines fixed and are running well.

I purchased an Arctic Cat 700 ATV from Century in July 2016. My previous review of Century was premature and critical due to some unfortunate initial communication snafus. However a friend of mine swears by this dealership so I thought I would give it another try; and I am glad I did. Once I met the people at Century in person I understood the miscommunication: I expected eager inexperienced hardcore enthusiast-types following me around the store machine-gunning opinions at me I never asked for. Instead, what I discovered was down to earth guys with loads of experience. They are mellow, honest and understated in their approach. In addition the atv was ready to go when they said it would be. This is important to me because I am buying the dealer as much as the product; I need a dealer I can trust. Finally the atv has run flawlessly and looks fantastic. I will buy from Century again!

Had them check a chainsaw for me. They determined it cost more to fix than a new similar saw. Charged me 37.50 for an estimate: When I said I would buy a new saw if they knocked of the charges they refused, claiming they make no money on a new sale. I couldnt believe it! I should have walked out, but instead I paid the 37.50, and will never do business with them again. There are plenty of Stihl dealers in the area who treat the customer fairly. I should have read the other reviews earlier, then I would have known who I was dealing with.

Replaced my front tire with a pirelli & adjusted my clutch cable & put a new bolt on my shifter & straightened it out. My bike runs amazing now..these guys are great & Eric is the go to service manager there..Great friendly customer service..I highly recommend powersports for all your biking needs & service.

So I needed a clutch puller for my 90 prowler, I went there got it, $40. I tried to use it, wasn’t the right one. Called back, guy named josh told me the part number, it was the same number, said they had no more in stock, so I asked how much it was, told me it was 9.95$. I then asked why I was charged $40 he hung up on me. So they just charged me 30$ more than listed price, and gave me the wrong one.

Ive bought a lot of new stuff here over the years and had quite a few things purchased elsewhere they have helped me to fix. The folks here are great. The bad reviews are stooges with bad attitudes or posted by competition.

John deere Honda stihl Yamaha

Bought spark plug, air filter and oil. Ask what gap is for my specific model lawn mower. Youll have to consult your owners manual. How much oil does that hold? Answer, Couldnt tell you. Are you kidding me, you can look up part #s but you have no specifications. Was planning to buy a riding lawn mower and new Stihl trimmer from here, just changed my mind. Way to go customer service.
