Came in the store looking for high end theater room equipment. I live in the Appleton area and gave my info, detailed list of what we wanted. Never got a call back and even came in the store a few times.Not worth your time

I’ve been a customer since 2015 and have purchased car starters, tinting, home theater equipment/installs and loads of Sonos wireless speakers. If you’re looking for a one stop audio/visual ship this is the place. They’re on top of fixing any issues that comes up during installs or the service life of the equipment and always polite.

Jasen has done a fantastic job coordinating the installation of our Sonos sound system (along with TVs -- one 80 TV on a super cool remote arm). We loved everything they did, so we just added cameras and a doorbell surveillance system....His installation crew (Sawyer and Nathan) are amazing, exceptional and professional...cant say enough good things about these gentlemen! If you find they are booked ahead and you cant wait, please just wait! These guys are in demand for obvious reasons....dont deny yourself the opportunity to see/hear what a LOCAL vendor can provide!!! You will never DIY what they can accomplish!!if you are unsure.....

Great system designed and installed in my car. Available parts for other cars system, then today was told at bestbuy all bose or sonos systems are order only in our area no one will have them in stock. Went here and went home with a beautiful Sonos system to replace our bose. Am soooo excited for more great sound from the BEST sound store in town. Thank you again !!!

Could not find these jl speakers anywhere in Florida. Called everybody, then got a hold of these guys and found out they had the 2 I needed. Was helped by Jason and he went out of he’s way too take care of everything as far as checking too make sure they had them and get them on the way too me fast. Like sent out that day!! Unbelievable. Thanks guys will definitely check with you on any other needs I have first. Keep up the good customer service 5 stars all the way!!!!

She went through and took the various cases out for me and even went to far as to put them on her phone to show me better how each would look, feel and work in my purse and pocket. The owner is a crook. STAY AWAY! He tried to sell me a 3 year old sound system for twice the price of a newer model. GO ONLINE AND CHECK PRICE FOR EVERYTHING! He will take advantage of you without a second thought. When I tried to return the item after I found out how badly I was taken advantage of he refused to give me a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Bad customer service, poor selection and poor quality of goods. Old out of date inventory!! 1 star!

Rude staff fraternizing the entire time we were there. We were simply trying to swap service from one phone to another that we already owned and we were being interrogated for it. Super bizarre.Edit: To be clear there were no problems with account authorization. Why does it matter where the phone came from for example? Staff was swearing and yelling to each other across the store.

This is the third vehicle I had subs installed in by Precision and absolutely love the work they do. I have worked with Ty and Jason in the past, but this time I worked with Jesse. All three of them are very profession and make sure the customers’ expectations are not only met but exceeded. All three times I had my subs installed the installer did an excellent job concealing my amp in my truck, making sure the vehicle keep its factory look. This time I also had them apply window tint to my vehicle. The tint came out looking professional and factory, making the vehicles over all appearance look more sporty and complete. Amazing place ever, walked in at 3:05 and asked to see if they could install my wires for my radio in my car and they did it right on the spot! Plus gave me an amazing deal on new speakers! Ill be coming back again!

110 times better them Mobile Link. The rear speakers would cut in and out, so I went to Mobile Link for help. They replaced my speakers, not the cheap speakers either. They still did not work. So I went to Precision Sound, turns out it wasnt the speakers. They fixed the problem for cheaper then what Mobile Link charged me. I recommend Precision Sound for any sound questions or upgrades.

Matt, gave a quote to installed stereo and backup camera. He right on . Aslo the entire staff is very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to them for now 17 years For my phone service and if I needed any thing like a stereo equipment . They are Very friendly to work with and Do Their Best to Make it Right for a Person . And if A Person calls them they try to fix a problem over the phone too . And as a Normal Customer they know You by Your Name and that makes a Big Difference to Me !! And They dont try to Up sell You junk ! You be a Fool if you go anywhere else !!

I recently had them install a remote starter on my truck and it ended up having a little issue so I returned to the store and explained my problem and they worked with me until the problem was 100 percent fixed, best customer service around by fare. Would I recommend these guys to my friends? Absolutely!

Ive been in retail and management, my entire working career. In that time I have perfected what customer service should be. Its AMAZING to find a place with the same values as me and probably the general public. All the guys at Precision are knowledgeable and helpful. Ive taken my cars other places for car audio work and they could never compare to the quality care Precision gave me. I will always take my car audio business here! I am very very disappointed in this place. I took my 2006 duramax in to have my head unit installed, keep in mind I had everything ran, all they had to do was wire it up, they quoted me $75 max. By the time I left I spent $285. They sold me a mounting bracket that a already had, a wiring harness. And to top it off they didnt even hook it up correctly. I ended having to pull everything out when I got home, hard wire my brake wire just so I could access my settings on my alpine head unit. When I say they didnt hook up correctly I mean the wires were not even hooked up. Then to top that off the wiring harness they sold me is junk my speakers cut in and out.... had an appointment today but am canceling it, Im not driving almost 2hrs to have them fix there mess up and try to charge me. Nope never ever going back there again. I suggest everyone that is reading this, find some place else to do your stereo work.

They are very knowledgeable knowledgeable about the products they sell and only sell the best. I have never had a problem with my car/truck stereo system and it has great clarity and bass.I have had my car windows tinted there also. Their install guy does fabulous work and gives you his imput on what he thinks would look nice and still keep you outta trouble. Pricing is great too. First off, customer service was horrible. Scheduled me for a day then claim it was another day. Overpaid for a job that was not done correctly, then they couldnt squeeze me in to correct it until much much later. Suggestions: go to any place but here, where someone respects customers and prides themselves on quality services and products.

Unfortunately I have been a customer for 10 years, they are a big fan to turn in your phones off and charging and hundreds to turn them back onThey even turned my phones of when I had a zero balance, due to a late payment over a week before...Hindsight is 20/20 and I realized that the worst mistake Ive made in my entire life was walking into their store...if you are forced to have business make sure you have them write their words down, or you will be greatly surprised in the future, I swear they have allergies to speaking the truth.I beg you; please learn from my mistake...

They will sell you nice stuff! but keep in mind that even if you are a do it your self kinda guy, get the professional installation, and have Brandon do it.

Jasen and Ty are unprofessional and do not follow through with their promises. I would not do business with this store. They sat on my equipment from October 2011 until August 2012 and not wont return it and have gone back on the verbal agreement that was agreed upon in October 2011. Stay away from this store. They are unprofessional and go back on their word. And they wont return my products. I have been trying to get them to return them since I spoke with Ty on the phone in May 2012. Please return my products.

Very dissapointed, i had some speakers installed in my suv and ever since they installed them my power windows stopped working and the radio worked when it wanted to i knew something was not right it took me 4 times going there and complaining about it and they sat there and told me its nothing they did they were lying to me. it took a buddy of mine to find there mistake and i had to go there and show them. then finally they changed their attitude once they saw they messed up but to me the whole service from a customers point of view was horrible. i will never go there again! very unprofessional service ty would not even look at me or say sorry he has a bad attitude and seems very cocky! the installer was very apologetic and i understand people make mistakes but at least admit to it not try to deny it! so in the long run they lost my business! but you wanna know something funny they told me on the first day i went there i told them i was debating if i should let best buy do the work or them i wanted the better price they told me they fix a lot of best buys mistakes well if they would have not corrected this i would have had best buy fix their mistake anymore speaker installs thats where ill be going from now on!

Over a year ago I had trouble doing a self install for a subwoofer on my car and my friend told me that if I ever had any problems withy car audio, dont go to mobile link, go to precision, so I went up to Stevens point to precision. First off, I came without an appointment. Ty was generous enough to squeeze me in. It was 6 when I got there and 9 when I left. Precision closes at 7. They did a great job installing my little 6 subwoofer. Recently I upgraded from my 6 subwoofer to 2 JL audio wx subwoofers and a jx500 amplifier. First off, Ty gave me a great deal on the subs and the amp. And after they had a guy come out and tune it for free, I dont know if its because Im a recurring customer but the service I have received has always been top notch. ( mobile link said they wouldnt even touch my car because it was an Audi) but my car sounds great, I feel great, and my pocket isnt in a drought so 5/5 stars for precision cellular and sound.
