CRIMINALS! CRIMINALS! CRIMINALS!They will return to your home unauthorized and disarm your home!On 12/23/2020 I contacted Alarm systems plus to request a refund and to return their equipment I received no answer via phone, so I emailed them as well. I didn’t receive a response back until my credit card company disputed their charges on 12/24/2020. Emily reached out to me on 12/24/2020 via text and asked me to check my email. I did so. Emily stated she would be bring the police to retrieve her equipment I stated that was fine. I reached out to her via phone to set the appointment for that day. I gave Alarm system plus a call to see if they could pick the equipment that day as soon as I never got a chance to utter 1 word during the first 2 minutes of the call Emily answered the phone she went off on me bad. She screamed and yelled as if I was a child and told me that I should have come to her with my concerns and that she was going to fight me and have her lawyers come after me. I explained to Emily that I spoke to her husband on several occasions with the grievances I was having no one ever tried to resolved my problems. First issue was that I armed my home on several occasion to come back to the alarm not armed. I Called alarm systems plus they didn’t answer the phone so I reached out to Tom the technician who installed the camera and I explained that my system was disarmed several times after me arming it he reached out to the office they finally returned my call. I spoke with a gentleman believing to be Emily husband I asked him could he get me the logs from my house I wanted to see what was going on. He told me he could not. That also had been around the Same time when a worker from Alarm systems plus returned my home without authorization or notifying me. He was caught on the surveillance cameras and when I the gentlemen about the situation he admitted to coming out to my home stating that he was fixing something. I also had tons of problems contacting them. No one would ever return my calls so I had to reach out to the technician Tom on many occasions. Around 11/28/2020 I told alarm systems plus I was not happy with the level of service I had been receiving and that I could never get ahold of them and I didn’t feel safe with alarm company I could never get ahold off not mention they never came to fix damage caused to my wall. After explain all this to Emily she went to a fit of rage and stated that I should have contacted her because she was the owner and stated I did contact the office with my concerns and that it was not my fault that her husband did not relay the message. She went on Screaming and yelling and threating me. I video recorded the entire conversation. This company is not very trustworthy and with issues I have had and the reviews on google that have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. She is also refusing to come to retrieve her equipment. UPDATE: THIS OWNER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL, SHE CONTINUES TO ATTACK ME FO TELLING THE TRUTH. NO ONE HAS TO LIE ON YOU LADY! THEY WILL SURELY FIND OUT ONCE THEY SIGN UP WITH YOU GUYS

Runs a very shady business. The owner Emily and Rick are God awful. They do not no the meaning of customer service let alone run a business. You will never be able to reach them once your payment is secured. They will disarm your alarm with out your knowledge and possibly double back to your house as they did mines. Go with a reputable company! Some you can trust.
