The only good thing about this is they added self checkout!!I truly do not understand how hard it is to keep the store clean?? I always see two or three employees standing around at the front while the store is absolutely filthy!!! Why would I spend money in a dump???

Outstanding customer service. Good people that care about those coming in. They had what I needed but it took them a bit to find it but they did and with a smile. Large selection and reasonable prices.

Does not carry FR clothing like it says. I like tractor supply and travel alot but this is probably the most messy Ive ever seen one.

I went in to get some of my usual supplies and asked one of their associates, Katie for help. She seemed very bothered that I asked for assistance and was very rude !!!!! 🤬😡 every expiernce there has been so lovely and her attitude just did not seem appropriate, I even tried to create small talk and she was very rude and short and seemed more interested in finishing a text than assistantting a very loyal customer😒😒😒 . I will very much avoid Katie when I do return !!!!

We love this tractor supply! We visit often for Farm Supplies & Pet Supplies. They have a very good selection and the employees are always helpful and quick to answer any questions that we have.

TSC store is great for building and farm supplies! Had the right materials for installing a sliding shed door! Great for garden tools and supplies.Great people, they are helpful and friendly!We are returning satisfied customers.

I went in for shoes. I was having difficulty locating the shoe box for a certain one. I was standing there for about 15 minutes and not 1 person asked if they could help me. I had to go find someone to help me and then that turned into a thing. The person helping me had to go do something else, the new employee was apparently new and climber l couldnt find the box. There were customers at the register that were waiting so that pulled the staff to away to check them out. All In all this trip shouldve taken me 15 minutes max. I was there 40 mine.

Worst customer service! Moldy alfalfa cubes 15 + bags and the most incompetent KID working the register! That’s why I would support a local hay guy, they would have been more then apologetic and done something to make MY TIME count.

Love tractor supply. This visit was in Stephenville but i shop at our new store in COLEMAN once or twice a week..i have bought all kids of things from a $1000 gun safe down to a pound of nuts and bolts for couple of dollars...speaking of nuts and bolts they have bags you put any and all sizes in....weigh them out and thats the price you pay..i believe this simple process saves the customer 70-80% of bolt costs. I love the convrnience of buying the exact size and QUANTITY ..not prepacked with things i dont need.

Always busy and understaffed. Staff is rude and un-educated. Heard an employee telling a customer at the register completely wrong information and selling them the wrong item that the customer didnt even want. The current manager is rude too. Just not a fan of this TSC anymore.

They gave me a rain check for an ad on a lawn mower, it was assembled and they even put it on my trailer for me. Prompt and courteous, would recommend them!

I have been to this store on several occasions and the store is usually a mess and never anything there when I am looking for it and I usually have to order it online. And then it is a good chance the store will lose it.

Great place to run in get pet food and quickly check out. They are also on line!

I love tractor supply but one thing that bugs me is they always let their plants look half-dead when Im out there they dont water them and that would make me feel happier seen healthy watered plants and flowers

Absolute biggest waist of time. No one there knows anything about anything in the store. I like tractor supply but wouldnt waist my time with the stephenville store.

All you need for small and big animals, food, medications,etc. I like their cowboy apparel.

Most of the staff was friendly but the cashier helped other people before getting back to us about a price. She wasnt busy when we inquired about the item and didnt apologize about making us wait.

Saw they were hiring immediately and then they told me it would be several months before they hired anyone

Wow! Walked in and told them, 10 minutes later called them then 10 more minutes and still no one coming out to get us propane.

When a customer leaves & the employees talk trash about them immediately following it really makes the whole company look bad. Yes, we told the customer what the cashier said about them.....

Husband went there for a certain type bolts. Surprise, surprise, they had them.
