Gina at Steamboat Floral was wonderful to work with in planning our wedding. We wanted a rustic look. She incorporated shed antlers and golden wheat into our centerpieces perfectly - and was so flexible when the number of tables kept changing thanks to COVID.

I called Gina because I needed a floral arrangement in a hurry to give to a special friend/ business owner that looked like they needed something to brighten their day. Gina was able to make a beautiful arrangement and delivered them within an hour or so from my call. Thank you! Definitely recommend her wonderful services.

Steamboat Floral- Gina and Molly are incredible people and so talented! They pay attention to detail and create the most beautiful arrangements. They go above and beyond expectations every time. I have gotten quite a few of arrangements from them throughout the years. Gina did my flowers for my wedding and she video called me when she got the flower shipment in so I could see them before she put the arrangements together. It was a beautiful sea of flowers! I couldnt help but cry because it was such a kind gesture that I will never forget. Very thoughtful people, and their flower selection is so beautiful. My family who helped decorate the wedding loved their company during set up, too. If I could give more stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience working with Gina. I had a set up a surprise scavenger hunt for my girlfriend around Steamboat Springs for her birthday. She was there visiting with her family so I set up the surprise from North Carolina and communicated with several different places who were wonderful and so helpful with the surprise. I originally emailed Gina asking for a bouquet of red roses and didnt want to spend more than $70. I added in the email as long as the primary flowers were red roses that I would leave the rest of the bouquet up to her. I asked Gina multiple times on how much I owed her and how shed like me to pay with no response. So to make sure my girlfriend would actually receive the flowers I added my cc information in an email. The bouquet that was left on the doorstep for her had 3 roses, a couple random flowers and mostly what looked like weeds. It looked as though it was thrown together at the last minute. I checked my account after they were delivered and GUESS WHAT?! She charged my account $93.17 without my consent!!! No notice of the amount prior to running my card and sent me no receipt!!! I promptly emailed her and told her I think she delivered the wrong flowers as it was not what I asked for and why my account was charged that much when I said I didnt want to pay over $70! She took days to respond after I had to send my email twice and her response was I know you werent aware of the delivery fee, so I can refund that just let me know what youd like me to do. I told her I wanted my money back because it was all ridiculous and the lack of communication was unbelievable. It totally ruined what was supposed to be a really special and thoughtful gift. I still havent heard back from Gina since my last email days ago. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND GET A BOUQUET OF WEEDS!!EDIT: FIRST PICTURE was found on their website and was exactly what I was looking for. I find the response “if you concider these weeds we are not the florist for you thats what the grocery store is for” a little interesting considering there are rose arrangements all over their website that look similar to this one but NOTHING like what my girlfriend received. I’ve ordered many bouquets of roses from florists before and they’ve been just that. A bouquet of beautiful roses with no issues.SECOND PICTURE is the $97 rose flower arrangement that was left of my girlfriends doorstep on her birthday. Some of the flowers were already turning brown. There were 3 roses in this small flower arrangement. Beware...I’m not the only one that has similar complaints and my first mistake was not reading the reviews before deciding on this business. The owner is defensive and not willing to own up to a mistake and refund my money. Still no receipt of the $97 charge on my card that was run without prior consent of the charges. Shows a lot about the business.

Absolutely amazing arrangement!! Sent pictures to another florist and they were blown away! I grew up in a flower shop and have never seen some of the unique flowers they used.

Gina! I still cant believe the amazing customer service. I called a it was my mothers 85th birthday. She made a point of making sure that I was aware that she COULD put together an arrangement, however, she could put together a much better arrangement when they had fresh flowers in. As Steamboat is IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE - I appreciated the fact that she was honest and wanted to provide the best possible arrangement. Gina offered to CALL my mother - wish her a happy birthday and let her know that there was a spectacular arrangement coming in a day or two. Couldnt be more happy with their service nor with how they handled everything.

Molly at Steamboat Floral went ABOVE AND BEYOND for a last min floral crown for my dogs 13th birthday. we figured she doesnt have too many birthdays left... so she deserves the best. Molly made the CUTEST crown and we got some of the best photos that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend her for all your floral needs.

My husband and I just got married this past weekend in Steamboat Springs at the Botanical Gardens. Gina was an absolute gem. She was down to earth, listened to our requests and kept us in the loop when it came to the flowers. She was flexible and accommodating. The flowers were beautiful and everyone talked about how amazing the arrangements were. She was prompt, courteous and communicated well with bridal party. Steamboat Floral is your go to spot for interesting arrangements! I saw some wedding flowers when I was in there, and they were absolutely gorgeous! Gina has a great eye for using unusual things in the vase causing positive remarks about the arrangement!

I ordered flowers for a friend that had surgery. I specifically ordered PINK because she LOVES pink. My friend sent a photo and the flowers werent pink. I messaged Steamboat Floral and they said the wrong flowers were delivered. They would swap them out for pink ones. They delivered the correct ones but took the original ones!! Why didnt they just let her keep the first one AND the replacement. They had first offered taking $10.95 for delivery. The recipient that it was quite strange that they took the original flowers from her. Why didnt they just let her have both. For almost $90 I expect WAY better customer service. I was disappointed. I live in North Dakota but my friends own a condo in Steamboat. They thought it was very odd.

Absolutely amazing experience, the flowers were over the top and the service was more than I could ever ask for! Gina is absolutely an amazing florist and strives to be the best not only in Steamboat but beyond. I personally recommend her daily in my line of work and hope you use her services and find out what a true florist is!

Unfortunately, this florist does some nice work, but at a very high price, and will bash the other florists in town (even using profanity) while she does so. The, gifts, part is very limited, and the flower selection is not massive, but it did seem to be a good bunch of flowers. I would recommend Tall Tulips - excellent service, great prices, and beautiful flowers!

While on vacation, I found myself needing to order flowers for my girlfriend. They delivered an awesome assortment of tulips that same day and followed up the following day to make sure I was happy with the order. You dont see such great customer service too often.

Needed to have something sent to a funeral in Steamboat from Texas. I discussed price on 2 separate calls. I asked for a flowering plant of some type and requsted some pictures of things they had to choose from. I was sent one picture of a plant .When I asked if it was flowering, she said no. She asked if that was what I was wanting. I replied yes. And again i Requested a few pictures. A few minutes before closing I finally got someone to answer the phone. I went over again the fact that I wanted a flowering plant of some type and gave her a credit card. I also requested once again to please send a photo of what was going to the funeral. The credit card receipt came over $15 more than what we had discussed. When the picture was finally sent the next morning just before it went to the funeral home it was of the same plant that was not flowering that she initially sent the day before that I didnt want. I dont know if it was because I was so far out of town that the service is so bad or not. But I wouldnt recommend this florist to anyone, local or out of town.

What was done was pretty but that is it- arrangements not started/completed, unwrapped bouquets, missing 1 boutonniere, and poor service brought bride tears night B4 morning wedding. Wedding venue staff and bridal party finished the arrangements, wrapped the bouquets, and remade boutonnieres. Disappointed is an understatement. Highly overpriced for what we got and would never use this florist again.

Terrible service. was supposed to be super fast and reliable. NOTI ordered a birthday bouquet to be delivered and it wasnt. What kind of business can run this way. Everyone should know that this is a slip/shod place that doesnt do what is promised.
