My grandmother is in the hospital and I am out of state. I wanted to send flowers to cheer her up. I reached out and the girl who answered the phone and was just simply so amazing and so kind. She help me choose a beautiful bouquet. Although I called late in the day, and they expected not to be able to deliver until the next day, they provided exceptional customer service and got the flowers out same day. I am just in awe of how great their services. Everyone should use them when they need flowers.

I told Whitney I wanted to send Autumn colored flowers to my sister. Whitney sent pictures on my cell phone of the things she was talking about. She sent me what the pumpkin vase looked like and told me the things she could do with the vase. I told her I needed the flowers to be sent the same day. She was able to do it. Whitney sent a picture of the flowers in the pumpkin vase to my phone to make sure I loved them before she sent them out. The work that they do here is seriously impressive. I came to them not having much of an idea of what I wanted my arrangement to look like, and I also had very personalized instructions for delivery that I think a lot of other places might have found unreasonable. Even still, the team here greatly exceeded my expectations. They put together an incredible arrangement, kept me in the loop during the whole delivery process, and helped make the day extra special. I cant praise them enough, this is the florist you want to do business with.

I placed an order for certain flowers and although I asked for certain flowers and a particular size in the bouquet, that is not what I received when I picked up the flowers. The person I purchased the flowers for was definitely disappointed because the flowers didn’t last a good 3 days. What should have been blush was brown and what should have been fresh was wilted. I highly recommend if a customer inquire about certain flowers please be honest about not having the flowers or offer some kind of discount. Lillies won’t work if someone had their heart set on Anemones. It’s also a good practice to point out that you couldn’t fulfill the order instead of staying quiet as if someone didn’t know how the particular flowers they inquired about looked. The florist gave every excuse except a discount. Disappointed and I’ll stick with purchasing wholesale

This place was suppose to be closed today I needed a plant for a funeral such short notice. Great Customer care when out of there to make sure that the plant was delivered in time.
