I used Universal to paint my 2020 BMW Z3 and they did a wonderful job restoring the cars original beauty. Having them do the paint job was the good thing that came out of the person hitting me from behind. It was their insurance company that sent me their and I am glad they did. I would use them again.

Very happy with the results. Good as original. I’m very picky attached to my car and search all week for a good place to remove my dents. Walter and the crew are excellent at what they do. They’re very timely and do fantastic work. Unlike other body shops that always try to upsell you and say you need to have half the car repainted for a paint chip(this seriously happened). They will repair what needs to be repaired and perfectly match the paint so you would never know that anything was done. They’re also reasonable when it comes to pricing and tell you exactly what needs to be done and how they will do it. They won’t try to trick you into doing more work than necessary. Excellent work from honest folks.

I have used Walter for many things regarding my jeep wrangler and he has never disappointed me. He successfully painted my hard top a matte black color that was done very quickly and professionally, he also switched my hard top to my soft top for the summer, and more recently he repaired and replaced my back bumper in my jeep wrangler and I was able to get it back within that same day. If I ever have anything else to get done on my wrangler this is for sure where I will be going!

I got hit by a pickup truck, the side of my Toyota Corolla was very bad. Walter was very courteous and told us he would have it all done in no time because we did not have any rental. My car was ready in a week; it looks brand new! They are very professional, 100% recommended.

Walter and the team went above a d beyond on my Porsche 718 Cayman. Perfect repaint on the rocker panel which had a huge scratch on it. They even touched up some rock chips. Great experience from start to end. Put the car in on a Monday and got it back on a Tuesday. Thoroughly recommend.

Walter and the crew immediately understood what needed to be done and, more importantly what didnt need to be done. Everything was done to minimize associated costs, accommodate my schedule, and not what worked best for them, and the 16 year old Acura now looks like it just came out of the factory. After everything was done in the estimate, they decided a little more could be done to improve the final presentation, and the extra was done at no added charge. I cant think of anyone in the county who can do as good a job.

Brought my BMW X3 here and they got me in and out within a week. Handled everything with my insurance, did a great job fixing the car, and was able to pick up the car trouble free. Walter did a great job keeping me up to speed during the process and had the car ready and washed when I came to pick it up.

I took my 1995 Volvo here to get fixed after I was hit. Universal did a first-rate job through and through. Fernando, Miguel, and Perez worked very well with the insurance company and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I also ended up getting some other body work done at my own expense, and the guys were helpful and did it for a nice price. The car is now in great shape on the inside and out.I would recommend Universal every day of the week. They do good work and provide excellent customer service. Theyre in it for the right reasons.

These guys take pride in what they do, and they do it well. These guys took my car which was in an accident leaving the rear wheel and quarter panel punctured into the body. They said it was going to take a month, I was fine with it. They replaced the wheel, parts, and the quarter panel but I failed to see any welding marks. I open the door, nothing. Its so professionally done that it looks new, they also took the liberty of polishing and vacuuming the entire car. Those little details made it feel like it just came out the lot, I really love it. I highly recommend this shop, thanks guys.

We were unfortunate enough to have accidents with not our faults on both of our cars (Mini and Bimmer) within a month in March. Since this place is quite close to where we live and they have quite good reviews on Yelp and Google, decided to give a shot which came out to be a right decision. They did an excellent job especially on Mini which is 7 years old came out pretty much brand new and also on the Bimmer which came out like the day I bought it. The paint job on Mini (which is a rare color) was just amazing. Also both cars were fixed in timely manner and finished earlier than quoted time. Now its 7 months since my both cars were there and no issue so definitely they did a good job. Thank you guys for the good job!
