I had an amazing experience with My Way Auto Shop. I had a fender bender on a lease car which was due to be returned in a weeks time. I shopped for multiple auto body shop to help get the car fixed at a decent time in order for me to return the car prior to the lease date of return. Only My Way came through and was able to provide the services needed on a timely basis. From taking care of the insurance process to the rental and finally returning the car back to me 3 days prior to my lease end date. They did a fantastic job even gave me a VIP detailed car wash treatment. I will recommend them to all my friends and family in need of great services.

My son totaled his car so coming to the shop and collecting the stuff in it before it’s towed by insurance didn’t excite me. A couple of staff here I interacted were sympathetic and nice, I guess it helped

I had a great experience with Myway auto body. After contacting my insurance company and starting a claim, I dropped off my vehicle for repairs and they handled everything with the insurance company. I didn’t have to worry about anything! When I picked up my vehicle, It looked brand new again and it was nice and clean! No hassle, high quality work and great customer service.

They do a great job considering they are the go between myself and a insurance company that does not want to pay for anything.Plus the dealer they had to order the parts from supplied the wrong parts twice. No big deal. They kept me well informed!!!!My friend in the car business at a high end brand looked at the final repairs for me and said that the paint work was perfect and they did a great job matching the original color and finishing the edges to perfection.I read the reviews and would say that my experience was top notch!!!

I brought my late model automobile in for some repair work at My Way Auto Body.The quality of work performed on my automobile was top notch. I did have a snafu during the process, but the front office and back office staff quickly made it right without inconvenience to me.Excellent communication from the client facing staff and the quality of the work delivered by the technicians exceeds what is commonly found from area Body Shops.My Way isnt a low cost repair shop, but good work is not cheap either.

I have brought several cars to My Way Auto and Miguel and the rest of the team always do an amazing job. They give honest estimates and have always had the cars back to me on or before the day they told me they would be finished. I recommended them regularly and will continue to do so. Definitely the best around!

My Way repaired my 2018 Subaru after I was rear-ended on the highway. They did absolutely beautiful work fixing substantial damage to the body, bumper, and underbody, and returned my car to brand new. The car looks and drives perfectly. Thank you!

Scam estimates, bait and switch - be very careful. We got an estimate on a small paint job ($40 charge for the estimate). They gave us the estimate plus an additional estimate for more work to make it better, which was 2.5x higher. We scheduled the appointment for our original plan - and made arrangements to drop it off and to be without the car for 4 days. When we brought it in, we were told they would only do the work for the higher amount and that the estimate was just to tell you how much it would cost to have it done...not that we would do it. No matter they knew what we wanted when we made the appointment. The shop manager was unavailable and I could not get a refund on my $40.Perhaps its better not to have had the work done - who knows what additional amounts would have been added on. But if you dont want my business, dont waste my time. Dont bait and switch.

My car started making a lot of sound when we got it back. I took it back but no better.i seriously feel they lack the skills of doing a good job.Looks more like a scam between the insurance company assessor and the shop.AVOID.You reply that I was never your customer! So typical snobbish behavior, you did an incomplete un professional job.

Would newer recommend or use this auto body place any more. They didnt change all parts on the car that were listed on the invoice. It Took them over month to fix my car. Totally unprofessional people, especially owner of that place, has no idea about customer satisfaction. THEY Do FROUD!!!!!!!!!

Fair prices and good work. They quoted to replace the damaged bumper with a new oem one and were still cheeper than another nearby place that wanted to repair the damaged one. Was recommended here by a friend and glad I went with my way autobody.

I purchased my car at Stamford ford. I asked if they knew where I can get strobes installed on my vehicle in Stamford as I figured why not get it all set up since the get go. Well they told me they did, and the quote originally over 2k, I said OK, lets do this. When it was time to pay, they dropped it almost 1k, not by my request in all fairness to me, but I think they knew something crappy was done! Since I got my car, headlight, moisture due to poor installation, tailight moisture due to poor installation. and even one of the strobes has moisture due to crappy equipment. I didnt ask for a bargain, I didnt haggle a price, I wanted strobes like I have in my other vehicles and dont have one bit of a problem. This time, not the case and this place is to blame. I was told by the dealer that this place does all the Stamford Police Cars. I would hate to see how they are doing and if theyre fine why would not they treat my vehicle the same way....I cant comment on any other services they provide but this one, MALO, BAD, HORRIBLE!
