This store is very well stocked. I love just walking through the store and I am amazed with all of the crafts that they carry!

The cashiers and workers there were more than helpful and resourceful and friendly and it just reminds you of like back in the old fashioned days when it was Mom and Pop shops. Michaels thats how they treat you love love love it

Good place for imitate jewelry and good varieties for artists supplies and also there are artistic gifts for return gift.

Horrible service waiting for 50 minutes for my item that was ordered online I received the email and text to pick it up. When I arrived they told me it wasn’t ready and that the item wasn’t in stock and they were gonna check if they had it in the back as I waited the person helping we out for brake lunch leaving only one associate at the register with no help throughout the whole store she came back all to tell me that they dont have it in the back room. Smh this store is very unorganized

My go to place for arts and crafts and ribbons before I return home.

Avoid this location if possible. There is literally one or two people working at the store and neither seem to know anything. And don’t bother with store pickup because you’ll end up having to go in to get what you need anyway. Not worth the head ache or horrible customer service

Quite disorganized overall. Signage for aisles isn’t very visible. Customers couldn’t figure out if they should be queuing for each register or just a single queue. I go for embroidery supplies and it was very difficult to find the thread colors I needed, with shelves a total mixed mess. Plus they weren’t in numerical order. Rather than having left to right increasing, they put each set from right to left so you’d see something like 800-849, 750-799, 700-749 etc. I’ve been to much better Michael’s. If this were the only one I’d ever been to, I’d be less than impressed.

Store was a mess, not enough people to help I was very lost until I had to wait in a long line to ask a question and then get told they dont even have it

Curbside pickup. AWFUL. Don’t do it. Left waiting over 25 minutes with a baby in the car. Why offer a service they can’t provide?!

We had a little hiccup with one of our Christmas gifts. The manager Aaron was absolutely amazing at helping us fix our problem. He was very kind and understanding and very courteous. My family and I love shopping at this location because there is always someone there being helpful. We also love the fact that this store is always very well stocked.

You want it, they may or may not got it. Normally when they dont have something I let an associate know and they direct me to the object I want. Sales are awesome (get those storage boxes!!). Directed towards kid stuff during the spring/summer months, but still enjoyable.

Good place for all your arts and crafts supplies. Periodically they are running out of stock on large format painting canvases and some other supplies. It is disappointing to travel to that store just to find out that they are out of stock. Otherwise, good selection nice staff. Dont forget to find a 40% off coupon on google before you go there.

I have never seen worse management anywhere. The manager of the framing department, I believe is name is Dan, lied to me over the phone saying my painting that was overdue would be framed the next day at the latest. The next day I went to the store to find out that my painting had not even been worked on yet. The employee working there that day told me that the manager went on vacation and that he told said employee not to bother him about anything because “he didn’t care”. Why the employee thought he should tell me that I do not know. Save yourself some time and do not bring anything to this Michaels for framing!

We went in looking for wool to knit a blanket. Found desired colors in stock & found a cashier waiting to ring up the purchase. Remember to ask for a senior discount if you do not have coupons !

I only go to Michaels if I am in need of crafty things related to a specific project. I realized during my visit a while ago, that they did not have a broader variety of what I was looking for. Other than that, Michaels is very conveniently located, offers free parking, and is wheelchair accessible.

They have all the crafts supplies you could need for you projects. The staff is very helpful. They will help you find anything you need. Parking is easy if you park in the back lot.

Trying to park is a nightmare, people are rude, they walk out in front of you not paying attention. This is even when there is no holiday. I try not to go to the shipping plaza, but wanted to get what I needed for a necklace Im making my daughter. I guess Ill have to go out of town to another Michaels. Way to stressful.

One of my favorite places to shop, since I am a crafty person. I would like a better variety of items, but I do enjoy the free classes they offer.

Great location. Staff is few which can be a problem when its busy, but they are so pleasant and helpful. If I dont have any coupons on me, they apply as many as they can to get me the best deals and prices. I also like the variety of stuff. I have always been able to find what I need. Minus the one star for two reasons: short staff when busy and could be a little better organized. I mean its not like its messy in there or anything, but maybe just a little organization could help!

Well stocked but not easy to find what youre looking for. Paints could be in two different sections so you literally have to go aisle by aisle. Floor staff do not assist customers and understaffed cashier lines are long during peak seasons.

Is this shutting down? Shelves half empty. Everything untidy. Only one cashier and had to wait 15 minutes to be served. Dont bother, just buy online. This is a frustrating experience.

Ok but odd product assortment. Didn’t have spray paint for the Scout project for my kids. Did have aisle full of frames. But was a hit of a bait and switch: I grabbed two frames because of a BOGO sign. But had to argue with cashier to get posted discount (apparently it’s expired but the sign wasn’t removed). Gave me a sleepy feeling and inconvenienced the folks waiting in line behind me.

I went there yesterday and saw a water fountain which was $48 original price. Today I saw they are having 60%off sale for the same product, but now they are saying it’s original price is $120 and after 60% off final price is $52 and that was when I came to the cash counter after a long waiting in the line. 1st they had the same original price for over six month and that just got double over a night? That’s what they are calling it a SALE. 2nd they had the price tag on the shelf with product detail yesterday but there is no price tag anymore, so it’s very clear that they are doing it with intention to cheat customers which is instead of giving customer a discount as they promised, they are actually charging people more.

I was making a return and the supervisor was extremely rude to the cashier who was helping me. The cashier was embarrassed and I felt bad for her. She was new. The supervisor was completely WRONG for saying anything to the cashier in front of a customer.

The shelves seem a bit sparse as of late and the checkout lines are long. The store associates are nice at least
