This review would have been 1 star if it wasnt for Craig and Doug in the service department. The entire department would not be what it is in my opinion if it was not for them. It took everyone else over 1 week to get me an answer about a defect on my Ford SUV and it took Craig and Doug not even 1 day to resolve it after I had to escalate it to them. Excellent Customer Service and resolution skills and they won a long term customer/friend out of me.

Wasnt told about a $100 fee for diagnostics. Paid the fee and waited 20 mins to get my truck back.

The service drop off and pick up was quick. Just ok with the staff, the guy that returned my car was far from friendly. It was weird seeing them not wearing masks on this COVID19 times, they are receiving a lot of customers, interacting with a lot of unknown people, I would assume that for their own safety, they will have some safety protective equipment for their employees, ...but no. So as a customer I was not sure to approach them, since I felt vulnerable. When I got my car, since I was not sure they care about the COVID19, I disinfected my car prior to getting on it.

I drop my car at 8:20 in the morning, and it is ready at 9:05. 45min(i was expecting double the time) for an oil change, tire rotation as well as state inspection. the oil change and tire rotation package special $39 is automatically applied. my technician, cashier are very polite and professional. no reason not to come back again for a fast service. thanks. tip: come early to avoid waiting line.

Been waiting for almost 2 hours just for an oil change. Went outside and my truck has been ready for who knows how long. Paid them and now they can’t find my key! Ridiculous!Update: they gave my key to someone else!!!

Quick Lane is exactly what it means quick! Claims that they checked all of my fluids, and my battery! A week later needed a new battery! Truly dont believe that it was checked!

Had my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday. Today Im back bc the tires dont seem to be balanced. I dont appreciate my time being wasted nir do I appreciate being changed for something that should have been checked in the first place.

Loose hub caps, oil on steering wheel, loose leaking oil filter and cross threaded oil drain plug. Didnt tell me when my truck was ready.

Since 1998, back when Ford had a thing called an Aerostar, the family has relied on Robert Blakey to take care of us. He has seen us through the Aerostar, the E150, my first Fusion, and now the Expedition and my second Fusion.19 years of reliable service is what brings us back again and again, and is especially telling since Russell and Smith is literally the back yard of my folks and is and has been passed up for this Stafford company.

I was in Houston helping out with the hurricane recovery effort. I stopped by the Quicklane here to have them remove my spare tire (requires a keyed socket you can only get from Ford). The service person said they didnt have the socket...but would sell me a set of sockets. ?? They also offered to lower the tire for $140.00 as a labor charge and said they could then remove the keyed part of the assembly so I could use my spare tire if i needed it for an addition $70.00.I did 5 mins. of research online and was able to purchase everything I needed to lower the tire and remove the key at Auto Zone for $17.92.This place is a den of scammers, avoid if at all possible.

I pull in and ask one of the referral techs to have all my fluids checked, brake check and test my battery🔋. After about a 45 minute wait, the technician determines that I need to replace or repair 9 items on my gocart. The cost for all repairs totaled just over $1,000 so I ask the technician to literally show me (1) why my Serpentine Belt needs replacing and (2) why my Radiator Hose needs replacing ... Needless to say, he failed to provide legitimate explanation for either of the two. He also suggested I get an alignment due to improper tire cander but he obviously didnt take the time to thoroughly inspection that either because all of my tires where brand spanking new with literally less than 100 miles of over the road travel on my car 🚗. He did not notice that I havent put enough miles on my tires for any noticeable wear to have taken place! Long Story Short, I allowed the technician to repair the 1☝ thing that would fix my issue (Drain & Top Off my Transmission Fluid) and lo and behold, PROBLEM SOLVED, MPG Fuel Efficiency Immediately Returned Back To Normal and I was offered a nice discounted price for my troubles.

They had the truck for 4 days claimed and acknowledged the problem how ever they didnt know what happened and the truck miraculously fixed itself for now, no charge to top it all it took them almost an hour and s half to find the truck and bring it around so there.

How can you not like this place! Drive in and there is someone there to help posthaste. They give you the option to wait or take their no charge shuttle, a reasonable distance, home or office.

Today January 28 I was doing the service in my car and the person who was in the offices was very impolite when I arrived. I wanted to tell him thousands of curses but I think I did better to keep quiet and just looked at him and left there.Personally, I would like to ask those in charge to train their staff well because of us because they are employed because if we were not there, there would be nothing for them to do. It was a shame to see people so incompetent to give customer service.
