Very easy to set up an appointment and get a quote. The movers Chris and Don were on time and not a minute late. The movers themselves were super friendly, full of energy, and incredibly hard working. They had great experience with moving furniture and were very considerate with handling everything. Hired Underfanger Moving for assist in a planned interstate move, and it was a very smooth experience. Moving is never fun or easy. They worked diligently to make their pick up and drop off days meet my needs. The crew was always professional. They arrived with my things as planned. They took care with the items. Having done a few interstate moves in my life, I wish I had used Mayflower before. If I ever moved again, thats who I would call. I always felt I could trust them, which is a big deal when youre putting everything you own on a moving van.

Underfanger coordinated the transport and oversaw the delivery of multiple furniture items from my mothers home in Washington state to our apartment in Springfield. The two men who moved the furniture into our apartment, Don and Chris, did a spectacular job. First off, they arrived right within the appropriate time window - no waiting around or phone calls with excuses for late delivery. Furthermore, it was rainy the morning of the delivery, so Don covered all carpets that would be walked on with plastic cling wrap to prevent them from being soiled. The entire delivery of ~15 items (of varying sizes) took a little more than 1 hour to complete.Bottom line - if you are looking for professional, timely, well-coordinated, responsible, and efficient moving services, look no further than Underfanger! My wife and I will definitely look into their services again!

When my rep was no longer with the company; their President called me personally to explain & give me his # in case I needed anything. Terrific customer service! Would recommend this company to anyone moving. Very helpful when packing, also.

Had a great experience with Underfanger. I needed several men to come out to pack and load my 20-foot UHaul truck for a move to Texas. They seemed to be one of the few moving companies in the area that offer this service. The men were right on time, were quick, efficient and friendly, and now that Ive arrived in Texas and have unpacked everything, Im happy to report that they did an awesome job packing my belongings. Everything arrived intact and in great shape. Would use them again.

Called for driver help didnt have any body

I had the best of experience with this company. I had a very large business move and I could have not been more impressed with the professionalism of the office staff, the owners, of the movers. I give this company my highest endorsement!

I called Underfangers because several of my Springfield connections said that they were the best. The concierge service of my California movers even recommended them on the basis of their internet reviews.I called Underfanger Moving only to receive a woman on the other end who apparently had no interest in assisting me. I needed labor to unload a Upack into a storage unit. Since I did not have the weight of my trailer or the objects inside, storing it with this company was useless. Realizing she was not going to make the storage portion of my move easy on me, I went on to ask how much it would be to hire their movers to unload into a storage unit. Not knowing exactly which storage facility I was going to use. I mentioned one facility I was considering. Her reply was Oh, all the way out there?!She then quoted me a price. She took down my email and said that she would send me the quote. The email never happened. She also said that she would have her husband call me the next day. And this never happened either.I have never been so put off and so snubbed by any company like this. Apparently, they have so much business they dont need anymore. I would have just appreciated her saying You know, unloading Pods or Upacks is not something we do instead of giving me the royal snub and runaround.

The Mayflower team did an excellent job! Highly recommend...
