The storage units are okay, definitely not the most up-to-date with their storage facilities. Access hours are only until 7 p.m. which kind of makes it difficult sometimes especially when someone doesnt get off work until 6. I found myself needing to get into my storage tonight, the 2nd. I had forgotten to pay on the 1st so I was locked out. it was 6:30 p.m. a half an hour until the end of access hours. I tried calling the office to pay the bill really fast because I found myself really needing to get a couple things out really quick of my storage unit. no one answered I called the after-hours emergency contact info and it went straight to voicemail so I decided to ring the doorbell at the office and the manager Kathy came to the door ask me very rudely what I needed I explained the situation and that I could pay and then I was needing to that night to grab a couple things that were pretty urgent and all she said was its after hours you have to wait till tomorrow and shut the door. Extremely rude in my opinion. I understand that it was my fault for not paying on the 1st and not remembering to but I was really hoping that they could do me a favor and just let me pay my bill so I could access my unit that night. Unfortunately was just met with rudeness and unwillingness to help which was very disappointing. As soon as I pay my bill tomorrow I will be vacating the premises and not continuing to rent a unit.

The owners are incredible people. I had a situation where a roommate (an evil person) went and moved my stuff out of our unit, placed it out in the open, and texted me that I had until 7 to come get it. I was 3 hours away visiting family!! Some of these items were from my mothers wedding. I called the after hours line in a panic and I was in tears. The owners took time out of their Saturday to go move my items into a safe spot for me to get on Monday. They did not charge me, and they were very kind and comforting with all that I’m dealing with. I will always recommend this place to someone from now on❤️

Been using Pad N Lock storage on and off for many years now. Very clean facility inside halls and outdoors. A very clean office! Kathy is great, couldnt say enough nice things about her. Very organized business. Conveniently located near I5 and very easy to access even for larger trucks. Knowing Greg is always patrolling the grounds on his cart is also reassuring! Nice to your face, tell you they will refund your money if you are out on time. I was out of the unit on the 14th. Informed them I would be leaving days in advance. Calls me on the 19th and asks me if I left. Then tells me they wont refund my 1/2 month rent because of their computer. Hung up on me twice. Unable to handle situations that require things to be done that the computer cant fix

My name is Joseph Marcum, Ive had my storage at this facility for 5 years or so. Ive had my ups and downs because of my heart failure and becoming homeless and partner going to prison. I barely made my payments every month, even one month I was short $6 and they paid out of their pocket to cover it. They have become my family, Kathy & Greg are the best and I will never be able to pay them back for their unconditional understanding and on going moral support. Give them a raise and never let them go, they bring a smile to my face at least once a month and it reminds me that some people still really care! Woo hoo for them!!!

I love how nice and tidy thier customer bathroom is. Makes things a lot easier when you suddenly have to go but dont have to leave to do so. I honestly expected it to be dirty and dingy like one would expect from a self service storage (if they even had a bathroom at all) but then it was very bright and clean! Coming from a germ-a-phobe, you can trust my standards of clean meets your own.
