Look like good tubs although in the current market none are available

We needed extensive repairs done to our hot tub (module for lights, internal plumbing, new pump) and these guys were simply the best... super professional, timely, courteous and, best of all, did great work for a really fair price. We couldnt be more pleased.

I contacted them in august, for a repair. They told me that they would have to take my tub into the shop to fix the jet and make sure i had no other issues. I have waited for them to contact me, they havent. I tried calling them twice today and got no answer. Im very unhappy with their lack of service.Update:. I was able to speak with them today. Their shop is full. I have asked them to keep me updated as to when they will have the space for my tub and they assured me they would.

Had problems with the heater in my hot tub, and the guys at hot tub mafia responded very quickly and came out to my house and replaced the heater. Great guys to work with, very responsive, and I highly recommend them.

I bought my 91 x 91 top of the line Hottub from them 2+ years ago. Previously in my life I had owned a pool and Hottub store so I was obviously very picky to get what I wanted when I did purchase. There have been very minor service as it is a great tub! However when I have needed service, Brian and JD have been superior!!! I would highly recommend Hot Tub Mafia...for both quality and SERVICE! REALLY appreciate those guys.

My fiancé and I were fresh out of college, low on funds, and in great need of a mattress. We walked into Hot Tub Mafia without a clue as to what we wanted. Willie shot us straight without all that salesmen mumbo jumbo. He encouraged us to look around town if we weren’t sure what we wanted and come back to him when we found the style of Mattress we liked. He was confident we would not find any better deals anywhere else... he was right. We went ALL over town and found no better deals that Willie offered is. Within 15 minutes of being back in the warehouse we walked out with a GREAT mattress for far cheaper than I would have found anywhere else.Thanks so much to the folks at Hot Tub Mafia and MYALLC for hooking us up with exactly what we needed!

Great price and customer service has been great. Even on the weekend before Christmas they were able to help me fix a wiring mistake we had made.
