Contacted on the phone, he said hed be there in 1 hour. Showed up 2 hours later. I told him I needed my water heater installed (just electrical), and that I had a spare breaker and romex was run to the heater. I also needed 1 circuit troubleshot. He claimed he would call the next week, but he never called or showed to do any work. Dont bother.
