Im in the middle of an extended visit in Ohio with lots of logistical needs and Box King has met every single one with fantastic, friendly service. When something went wrong on FedExs end, Box King contacted me to let me know and went above and beyond to give me wise advice on how to work with FedEx. Long story short, because of their wonderful help, the package arrived a day earlier that expected! Thank you Box King!

1 star was given so i could write about a experience on 4-29-21, i was sent a return a return paper for a warranty return and i had called box king before I drove over a 1/2 hour and they said they would take care of the return and after going in they said they could not use the box the item come in and would have to charge me $49.75 to build a box and labor even with the FedEx return paper that shipping would be paid by the company i purchased it from and extremely rude, my one and only visit to that place/business

Friendly and helpful staff. I ship everything from my small business through Box King. Some of my work requires custom boxes and professional packaging. Box King gets all of it safely packed and on its way.

I get all of my business needs done here. From cards, to contracts, to stamps. They always do a great job and I will shop no where else!

This place is awesome. Not only were they able to print business cards for me, they carry several different lines of greeting cards for every occasion, including Quilling cards which are like works of art. Steve and his staff are first rate; always willing to go the extra mile with my shipments. They even do truck rentals. Box King is definitely the king in my book.

Easy to get inside with a box to send to my daughter. Same box would have cost $14.99 at the post office, here cost $23 and change. When I told the gentleman that I had not realized you could mail packages from there he made sure to point out on the wall where is was printed. While pointing this out to me, he had a smirk on his face and took pleasure in making me look dumb. I will go to the post office from now on, even though it is inconvenient to go down there.

They were very nice people. Was there shipping a box to my son in fl. It was full of ohio State univ stuff. They have over 100 items with ohio State logo. I was at awe. I also bought a few items for my next shipment. Was a great experience!.

Great place to get odd sized boxes at an affordable price. I got a 48x12x12 for $5. When it came to shipping they wanted $89 to send it through USPS not including the price of box. Standing there in the store, I put in the dimensions and lbs and got a quote from USPS for $39. They told me I mustve punched in the dimensions wrong. Not sure what the extra $50 would have gone to, when you go ask for a breakdown of the price to see where its going. Needless to say I went to USPS and shipped for $39

This AUTHORIZED FedEx access point refuses to supply the FREE FedEx mailing envelopes to walk in customers. They told me they are only for customers with an account with FedEx. I stood in box king and called FedEx and set up an account. After setting up an account the guy behind the counter still refused to supply me with the FREE FedEx mailing envelopes. I ended up driving 40 minutes away to an actual FedEx store. Thanks for nothing Box King I will definitely suggest going eles where to all my business associates, friend and family members and I will NEVER use your store for anything.

I have been really disappointed with the last two experiences I have encountered with Box King. I have been coming here and selling my text books for eight years now. I am now finishing up my degrees, and with my last two semesters coming to an end I have experienced difficulties with selling back my textbooks. I have been a loyal customer, who has referred several other small businesses (as well as family and friends) to do business with Box King. It is sad that I had to partake in Box Kings rude behavior. I went in to sell my textbook today and was denied. I was not denied due to be outdated, or un-usable, I was denied due to the fact my title page or page behind the cover (not the table of contents or preface but the title page) was torn a little. It is a used book I might add lol, but I guess Box King decided my material was damage goods and my money is no longer good.

I wanted to mail an envelope today amd get insurance on it and they said it had to be in a box! Bull crap! I went to the Post office and got it no problem.

Reasonable copy service

I am very upset that I rented a Penske truck that cost $59.99 a day and .75 each mile and $20.00 a day for insurance. I was charged up front $56.25 for the 75 miles that we knew we were going. I took the truck back and went to Kroger gas on Bechtle and filled it up. I was told the next day (Monday) that I was charged $206.00 total. I had an additional 15 miles. I thought about it overnight and called and found out they said the teruck needed another 5.5 gallons of gas. I dont know how but how can you fight them. This cost $8.00 a gallon. Please check with Uhaul first because they have trucks for $19.95 and only charge .17 a mile. I had an emergency but never again will I use a Penke truck.
