I bought my car from Sunrise auto. I will never buy a car from any where else. Erik the owner is very helpful and made it so easy. He got me approved for my dream car, and the payments is so in my price range. I didnt purchase a warranty when I bought my car, and my engine light came on two weeks after I bought it. I called them and he said to bring it back at my convenience so I took it back the following week, with in two hour they had my baby fix for free and gave me $10.00 for gas. I LOVE SUNRISE AUTO!

Took a day off work to look at a car. Told them I would be there on Saturday around 11. When I arrived. Door was locked and tried to call several times. No answer so I had to drive 2 hours back home very dissapointed. Website says 10:30-3 on Saturdays. Building says 10-3. I came around 11.

I bought my last 3 from here. 2 cars and a BMW suv. I use them everyday for business, they are on the road 12 plus hours a day and flawless. The owner fixed a small problem with one of them a month after I had the car. He paid to have it fixed with no out of pocket money. If you are needing a dependable nice ride. He can get you in it. He was able to get me approved with not so great credit.

My wife bought a car from them. It was really easy to work with but the car however was a total lemon. It died in the driveway the min she brought it home. He said he would fix whatever was wrong with it. They put a new senor in it but it still died when it got hot plus found out it was leaking oil all over the place. The head gasket blew not even 5 month later. So nice to have a car payment on a lemon. Wont recommend buying a vehicle from them nor would we ever buy another from them.

My daughter bought a 2007 mazda cx7 from them and the car run excellent except there was a engine light on. Before we purchased the car erik agreed to fix the problem. We took it to them on 3 different times and they still didnt fix the problem. The last time they said it was a cam fazer and they had to take it apart. So they had it 2 1/2 weeks and said it was fixed and we bought the part. On the drive home the car wouldnt even get over 40 mph. Took it to one place and they said it was the plugs and coil pack. Again the car had no power. Took it to mazda and they said number 3 cylinder was misfire. Finally we took it to a honest garage and after all the test it has a bent valve where eriks mechanic tried to put on the fazer and got timing off and bent the valve. Now it has to be fixed at a cost of 1500 dollars and erik doesnt want to pay to have it fixed right cause he wants us to let his mecanic fix it. If you cant fix the problem after 3 times and actually do more damage to the car why would you want them to work on it. I guess will see them in civil court soon and going for all the money my daughters been out since she bought the car 2 months ago and has never got to drive it. BEWARE DONT LET THEM SELL OR WORK ON YOUR CAR

Benjamin Estes has been continuously bashing my business. The vehicle in question here is a 06 Volkswagen Jetta . There are only 3 repairs needed that are being taken care of by the dealer. The duplicate title was finally received by the state of Missouri and issued to the real customer Stephanie Logan last week and the late fee was paid for the delay. Benjamin Estes gave receipts of things that there was nothing wrong and was up charged by the mechanic before even discussing with me about the car. He is a hot head and knows nothing about how to properly speak to someone without getting very rude, obnoxious, and throws a fit like a child. James Smith has never bought a car from me at all and I would like for him to prove it if he thinks he has. Btw Stephanie Logan is also in a loaner car while her vehicle is being fixed.

I bought a 1998 Mazda 626 from Erik in March 2017. First impression the car didnt look like it was worked on at all and it was dirty. However it ran, after speaking to Erik I asked if the check engine light came on or if I had any issues would he take a look. He said yes. After feeling reassured and talking with him I felt comfortable and bought the car in cash. As soon as I pulled out to go home, the check engine light came on. I told my fiance dont worry about it Erik said he would take a look at it, if this happens. I called him twice and left voicemails with no returns. Turns out not only did the check engine light come, theres no AC, and CD player doesnt work, along with slow leaky tires. The mechanics sound awful and jerks and putters. It took me awhile to write this but i thought it was necessary. I get the you get what you pay for but when i baught it the check engine light wasnt on, i was told everything works and he didnt have to do anything. To add i had to pay a penalty when titling the car because supposedly there was a previous salvage title on it. So i will not be going back there and i di t appreciate being lied to.

On my 3rd bmw eric has been very good to me and am well pleased with his warrenty program and steadfast commitment to his products. Will be seeing him when i need another bmw
