Absolute worst dealership Ive ever had had to deal with 3rd time getting parts for my vehicle and every time its either half the pieces or they sell you a kit thats one piece absolutely dumbfounding.

Incredibly disappointed in my my auto service experience. I brought my Kia to the dealership specifically for them to reprogram my key fob, to have an interior light replaced and to check on why my airbag light was on... I was told they didn’t have the bulb I needed and I would have to pay and additional $125 to have my key reprogrammed because this takes an hours worth of time — I know for a fact that is a lie. I was quoted $45 for the exact same service elsewhere and it only takes 15 minutes to do. I paid $224 essentially to have an basic oil change done and for them to tell me they don’t actually know why my airbag light is on. Rude front desk staff, overpriced, and they left some of their equipment in my car at the end of me service and I had to run it back into them. Don’t get your car serviced here.

Very nice friendly and professional service when I dropped off my Kia Soul for v service today. They drove me back home with free pickup service!
