Please read! STOP, Avoid, Go to another Dealer. Do not buy from Green!! We purchased two vehicles from Green. The vehicle we purchased earlier this year needed over $5,000 in repairs! Green did not disclose the needed repairs, would not accept the responsibility to pay for or make the repairs. Very shady and unprofessional. With so many other reputable dealers to choose from, there is no reason to buy from Green.

When I initially bought my SUV from green it went ok. I had to purchase a warranty because they would not offer the power train warranty to me due to my car being a Cadillac. I had multiple problems with a sensor in the vehicle for whatever reason and went back to discuss this with them and they said they would try to fix this by giving me a deal on a different SUV. I spent a whole day basically test driving different vehicles and they absolutely did not give me any sort of deal or incentive so I left with the same vehicle very upset. Then when I recently sold my SUV to a different dealership, I called to cancel my warranty and I was told I had to come in to talk to a financial supervisor about it. I drove across town to talk to someone and they basically told me “here’s a card on how to do this online” and rushed me out the door. I did the form online but had questions and wanted to make sure it went through and have called 4 times in the past 1.5 weeks and keep getting sent to a persons voicemail who has not gotten back to me. I’m going to return there later this week and demand to talk to someone about it in person that day, but I will never buy a vehicle from then again nor would I recommend. I had a friend who had a problem with them also, and her situation was even worse than mine. As much as some of the employees were nice there, I don’t like their customer service at all.

They did a great job working with us. The only compliant I would have is that the pricing and features of their extended “bumper to bumper” warranty was not explained very well upfront. Although I still opted to purchase this additional coverage, now looking back, I would recommend revealing this additional cost and Its features paper BEFORE finalizing stage of our purchase (as opposed in the middle of signing all of our documents). This was our first time buying from Green Certified West. I would recommend them. Can’t beat the idea of a lifetime warranty on the power train for a used vehicle (under 80k miles at time of purchase). This warranty was included in the price and not part of the additional B2B as mentioned above. Great experience overall. Our salesperson “Fletcher” was wonderful to work with. I also appreciated how transparent he was with his knowledge of the vehicle we purchased.

Although buying a car is a terrible experience either way you look at it. Going to Green Certified West made me feel more at ease than ever before. They worked with me every step of the way and got me two deals. With Negative Equity it was hard for us to find a Suitable car to purchase with payments low enough to afford. They helped me understand what I was buying and the terms of my loan. They are honest and have great perks. Asked to paint my rims, they did it. Asked for window tint, they did it. Any imperfections on the cars you see they will fix before you buy (if possible) . Landmark was none of this. Maybe you have had good and bad experiences at both places but at Certified west they actually take care of you. Go see my man Tyler for the hook ups. Never once came at me with numbers he knew I couldn’t afford. Always kept me updated on numbers the whole 2-3 hours I was there. Literally walked in and walked out with a car. Highly recommend

He wants you to be comfortable in your purchase and where you need to be no matter if its payment or type of vehicle he is placing you in. He will always have my business. I have purchased 3 vehicles from from Dale personally and sent my family to him as well. I would rate this a 5 but the other areas outside of Dale that could use some work. Communication from Mindy by returning a phone call when someone leaves you 7 messages in a weeks time. Or high pressure sales tactics when you are trying to resolve a issue not even relating to a purchase...

This is a fine dealership but..... their “green for life” warranty should be more transparent and should cover ALL the certified preowned vehicles. As it is they done cover any vehicles with more than 80k miles. Other dealerships consider the first 80k miles a break in period. The truck we purchased was 4 years old and just over 80k and they couldn’t offer green for life. It was almost a deal breaker.
