My daughters and I went mattress shopping on Labor Day to have the advantage of the holiday weekend sales. After having gone to several stores we visited Mattress Firm on Sproul Road in Springfield and meet Adam. What a wonderful shopping experience. Adam was so helpful and professional and listened intently while we expressed what we were looking for. He knew immediately the kind of product we needed and within our price range. I purchased a mattress and my daughter purchased a mattress and platform adjustable bed. We had delivery scheduled for two days later, today, and that too was carried out perfectly. The previous mattresses were removed and the new ones delivered. The system they use to keep you apprised of what time delivery is scheduled is terrific. Do I like Mattress Firm?? I sure do and do does my daughter.

My husband and I bought a bed through Kurt. Buying a mattress is not an easy task but Kurt was more than helpful in aiding us to find a perfect bed for us both. We both felt confident after talking with him and could tell he was giving us his honest opinion when it came to comparing different brands and mattress types. Thanks so much, Kurt!

Where to start. EXCELLENT since I stepped foot in the store. Adam is an excellent sales person, newer a very knowledgeable. Bought a bed and frame this past weekend, slept on my bed last night. I went with a firm mattress as the memory foam bed I got 3 years ago was killer. (Hot, not comfy, sunk, just a big dud). Gonna take some getting used to.. They delivered and took away. Two delivery guys were excellent too, very nice and FAST!!

The manager Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to choose a mattress for my child pretty quickly and he helped me choose something that was within my budget.

My boyfriend & I had been shopping around for a new mattress for over a month with no luck. Not to mention that most places we visited, the salesperson would just helicopter around us. I understand they wanna get a sale but come on now!When we came to Mattress Firm on 02/17 (Presidents Day), we werent bombarded as we walked in. Ken helped my girlfriend and I find the best compromise. She loves a soft mattress but I love a firm mattress, so Ken indulged both of us then narrowed it down in the most pleasant way possible. Seemed very honest and was extremely helpful. Delivery was very quick and easy, and the guys were friendly. Only complaint is that the mattress was not available until a few weeks later, but thats not the fault of any personnel we interacted with.

Well its a mattress store and you know when you walk in good thing those mattresses because you get jumped on but I still am looking for a mattress and I have to go through the rigmarole. The gentleman I spoke to did seem to be nice and I do apologize for not particularly buying that day but I told him originally that I was just looking. They do have a large selection of mattresses and they do seem to know what theyre talking about as far as their stock. I would recommend this place

I will never buy from Mattress Firm again after my experience with Kurt at the Springfield location.He was ready to put through the order with the full list price and I had to actually ask to be charged the advertised holiday sale price. I also requested the advertised free shipping offer for purchases over $500 and was told there wasn’t one, but when I double checked again at home there WAS a free shipping promotion. I was given misinformation on the combined height of the mattress and standard box spring set and it ended up being several inches higher than I wanted. Switching out the standard box spring for the low one would have cost me another $150.If you absolutely have to buy a mattress from Mattress Firm, order online so you can get the correct measurements and any offered sales/promotions. We purchased another mattress set at Mattress Factory and had a great experience, so I’d recommend them.
