I had Darren as myoure threatened as to my guest in the home giving me the and he did a fantastic job safe job and I had a price set in mind and we were able to come up with an agreement that worked for both of us so I am anxiously waiting Do have the shower installed.

Bath Planet recently turned my master bathtub into a walk-in shower with doors.They had many wall patterns and floor designs from which to choose.I love the result. The white subway tile shower walls brighten up the bathroom and it is a much safer bathroom.Bath Planet did a great job. I tried very hard to keep my temper under control and be kind with Bath Planet, but I’m posting this now to hopefully save someone else the stress of this horrible company. If you are interested in saving yourself the time, hassle, and money do not go with Bath Planet. This company is by far the worst I have ever worked with. To start me and my husband were rescheduled 3 or 4 times, and when they rescheduled us the last time they forgot to put it in their calendar so they didn’t show up. It was even my birthday so I was super disappointed but I saw it coming because they are so unprofessional. Me and my husband decided to go with this company for our new shower because of the “one day install” and very nice materials we were shown in the sales pitch, but believe it or not that one day install turned into a 4 day install and my husband having to miss 4 days of work, and the materials they used are like flimsy cheaper than Flex Stone quality. We wanted our shower to go to the ceiling and they knew this all along, so finally after it was almost done they didn’t order us the right pieces and had to come back another day to finish it with trim we didn’t want in the first place and we weren’t even shown pictures of it before they ordered it. Finally after this entire hassle was done they left the hugest mess which led to us having to deep clean and vacuum everyday because tiny shavings of white stuff was literally covering our entire garage. We payed a large amount of money for this shower and it will bother me the rest of my life how awfully it was done. Bath Planet was extremely unprofessional, not on time, left a huge mess, the materials are not very nice, and we got screwed around by scheduling. Please highly consider finding a different company or look into hiring an independent contractor for your bath project.

This company is so disrespectful. After changing my contract multiple times I had second thoughts on having a company redo my bathroom when they can’t even get paper work correct. They then threatened to put a lean on my home since I didn’t sign the new contract, for a contract that they never sent. Needless to say I then didn’t trust the company. Demetry the sales manager treated me with such disrespect, and ended up mocking me for how “perfect I am” speaking over me and using vulgar language it was a mind blowing experience. DONT DO IT!

First of all the person calling about my inquiry never said they only do the shower and tub. I clearly stated I wanted my whole bathroom done. Second the person calling about my inquiry stated three times all decision makers/homeowners need to be present, I’m the only homeowner I replied three times. Then I get transferred to the scheduling department that asks again to have all homeowners present, I’m getting frustrated at this point as I have made myself abundantly clear about being the only homeowner, clearly a mistake on my part by being so emphatic I was the only homeowner. Ladies don’t make this mistake, it screams you are more than likely home alone. On the day of the appointment a car pulls up and parks in the street between my neighbors house and mine instead of pulling in the driveway and when he finally comes in, he states he wasn’t sure since my file stated I was the only homeowner so why was there 3 cars in my driveway. Luckily my boyfriend was here for the appointment because I was highly uncomfortable after that statement. I would not recommend this company on the basis of deception when I clearly stated I wanted my entire bathroom remodeled and not just my shower, the unnerving thought of how the appointment would have gone had my boyfriend not been present(you know one of the three cars in my driveway) and their quoting system is a range from $8900-$21000 just for the shower.

The workers very professional and nice. If we had any questions about the project it was answer.The plumber was great and my husband and I stayed out of there way. The project is done just like the picture the salesman showed us.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is planning to redo bathroom.

My wife and I had both of our bathrooms remodeled. In the first bathroom, the tub/shower combo was replaced with a walk in shower. And in the Master bathroom, the tub/shower combo was replaced with a soaker tub/shower combo.This process began with trying to find a company to do the job. After comparing several companies, Bath Planet stood out from the rest. Bath Planet stood out because I felt like I was treated like a human being and not like a potential sale.Talking with the owner of Bath Planet in Springfield, IL Mike was like talking to a longtime friend. Mike didn’t present himself as a high pressure sales person, but instead he presented himself as the professional that he is. He made several suggestions based on our needs that made our project turn out better. That experience in itself got us to go with Bath Planet over all others we had talked to concerning the remodel.Mike has surrounded himself with an excellent supporting cast. Everyone from the plumbers to Jamie (the installer), did a fantastic job! There are not enough words to express how my wife and I feel about Jamie. In my opinion, if Jamie’s work was like a painting, it would give you the impression that it was painted by Picasso.I love going on vacation, and one of the things that I can remember from going on vacation is how nice some of the bathrooms were. Now, I feel like I am on vacation without leaving home. Jamie has given me that “I must be on vacation feeling” each time that I walk into either bathroom.Jamie put’s his heart and soul into his work and, his personality is like icing on a cake. It makes him complete! Mike and his supporting cast took our dream and let us watch it come true. I had no idea that the Good House Keeping seal of approval is given to only one company per industry sector in the entire nation. It makes us feel good that of all the companies in the one day bath category, they were chosen to have that seal.
