I have been a Top Line customer for 1.5 years, and don’t know how I’d maintain my Jaguar without the expert help of George and his Top Line team. He consistently knows what to do and gets my car back on the road in good order. I also appreciate his integrity in thoroughly explaining to me what’s going on and allowing me to look at everything with my own eyes. Prices are fair too. Highly recommended!

The service at Topline is the best!! My only issue is that they Only work on Jaguars. Our I would bring every vehicle I own to them for service! I recommend them all the time to other Jag owners. They take good care of their customers.

George is very honest. He suggested an aftermarket part for substantially less than the OEM part. Same warranty. All my experiences have been very positive since I bought my first Jag 2.5 years ago. Premier quality service without paying dealership prices.

Since relocating to the greater Washington-DC area in 2011, I have taken all of my Jags to Top Line Jaguar Repair in Springfield. After contacting the dealer in Tysons Corner about a potential service Id need to be performing on a car I was looking at buying, Top Line gave me a quote that was less than half the dealer (and since then all their work has been substantially more affordable than what one would expect to pay in the area). Debbie, George, Jace, and team do their best to be as transparent as possible, and make their customers feel like family. Over the last several years theyve also opened up a Land Rover Shop (British 4X4), so if you have a Rover or a Jag that is out of the manufacturers warranty, you should definitely consider Top Line for your needs. -Colby E

Top line Jaguar was to replace my engine 6/24/21. After one month i got my car back, only to find out that the rattling sound when you start with Cold engine was still there. They tried to get me to pay for parts that wasnt installed. I REALLY DONT THINK THEY REPLACED THE ENGINE. Now its 9/5/21, my car is still there, and they keep telling me 2 more weeks,1more week, waiting on parts, Jaguar sent the wrong parts, ill call you tomorrow. The calls never come. Im persuing a CIVIL SUIT

I assume this business is closed for good. Ive left several mesages since 2020 & have yet to get a return call. I used to bring my XF there, they did excellent work but I have no clue whats going on now. The voice mail still works & IDs the business, but I never get a call back. Kinda bad look for the business when customers cant tell if your in or out of business

Prices are extremely overpriced, more so than other dealerships, make you feel as if you being ripped off, charges to give you diagnostic test this is okay most dealerships do this, but those dealerships when you agreed to have the work done they waive the diagnostic fee, I paid $5,000 to have my air conditioning fixed, only to hear him tell me, rear defrost does not work, another $1,000 to fix. I did not pay, because I received my car back dirty, but when I put it in the shopping extremely clean, other shops take the time to clean your vehicle after paying... The manager that gives you estimates, repairs. top line Jaguar joke...!

My 2003 jaguar x-type died on New Years Eve. Had been running rough for a while. My regular mechanic couldnt find anything wrong. Deb found a laundry list of things and fixed them all. Thank you so much. My car is running like its brand new again. I will be back.

I’ve had my car since 2005 and now in 2020 this is the first time that my car has been repaired successfully on the first visit. If more previous Jaguar owners have known about Top Line Jaguar there might have been more older Jaguars on the road now. I will be a life long customer.

I am so thankful to find Top Line Jag after years of captivity with either the dealer or other Jaguar specialists, My experience with Top Line Jag was incredible. They explained the repairs I needed and then delivered top rate service in correcting my X-type issues with warning lights. This place offers professional service at a reasonable price. Excellent experience, I was looking for a new car doctor for my Big Girl and I was very pleased to find Top Line. They were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and surprisingly reasonable compared to the Jaguar dealership I have gone to over the last 8 years. Every time I am close enough to a Jaguar owner, I tell them about Top Line, I love spreading good news. I hope to have a long term relationship with them. They love Jaguars as much as I do. I had an excellent service experience with TopLine Jaguar. Debbie was very easy to reach and she personally discussed my service needs prior to my visit.Her staff were very accommodating, courteous, and professional, when I dropped off the car, which is a newly acquired year 2000 Jaguar XJ8.George, who undertook and supervised the service and repair work on the car, was expert in his knowledge and assessment of the car. The workmanship was impeccable. Every large and small issue was meticulously attended to. My car looks and drives like new. Every penny I spent was worth it.I received a personal note from Debbie, to say thanks for bringing the car in to the shop.I recommend this jaguar dealer without reservations. If your a jaguar owner and need your car done quickly and at a fair price its no other place better than Top line period. My xf was stuck in gear on Tuesday 40 miles away . They had it towed ordered the part and installed everything in a day. Im extremely grateful for the service!

If you own a Jaguar, then you are probably the kind of individual who appreciates an automobile that is as uncommonly beautiful, dignified, and refined as it is finely engineered and powerful. I own a platinum 2003 XJ8 that Deborah and her devoted team have restored to its full glory and potential.When you decided to purchase a Jaguar, especially an older one, which are, indeed, the most beautiful, you must have understood that the car is almost over-engineered, that its machinery may even be unnecessarily complex, and that its care would need to be entrusted with only those who truly love and know the brand.Once all necessary repairs are completed, however, and if one follows Georges precise instructions on care and maintenance, then she, your car, will serve you well and carry you around quite elegantly possibly for the rest of your life!My cars name is Margaret Thatcher - Maggie, for short, and I love her! Im a first time customer. I was going out of town and called to make an appointment to get work done when I returned. The staff was extremely pleasant and confirmed my appointment. I arrived and was greeted warmly. While I was waiting for service on my car, Deb (the Owner) had a major emergency which had nothing to do with her or her staff. Debs exemplary leadership in controlling her staff to assist was impressive. She was calm under pressure and so was her staff. DEB is a ROCKSTAR!!! She has won me over and I will ALWAYS do business with her shop!! I was in and out the shop sooner than I expected and my car drives smooth like butter! I will recommend to all my Jag friends to get serviced there.

AWESOME! - A woman owned business thats been locally owned for 25 years - That says it all - Debbie & George went out of their way to make me feel special & like I was the most important customer EVER. The issue with my 2004 S-Type starter was fixed quickly & effectively at almost $300 BELOW the dealership price. Trust-worthy, very nice people who I can STRONGLY recommend to FIX your Jag - NOT give you the run-around. *Cookies were a real nice touch. Own a Jag & live in the DC area? It pains me to give this review. Debbie is the greatest. However, when it comes to working on the restoration of an older vehicle I would stay away. I picked up my vehicle after some instances I was uncomfortable with. There were parts missing including a VERY expensive steering wheel. Several of the parts I have pictures of when they were delivered. I held at least two of these parts in my hands including the steering wheel. The total for parts missing is around $6,000.00.I sent email after email in an attempt to straighten this out. I only heard from Nancy and never, not once, from the people running the shop. I sent them an invoice for only $1,000.00, mostly for the steering wheel. I got NO REPLY!!!It is my belief that they have several cars they are working on and they borrow parts as needed. I asked them if this were the case and why I would have so many parts missing. There was NO REPLY.Late me say again, the person who sent the parts to them inventoried the parts and can verify they were sent. Several of the parts I have pictures of while at their shop. I held them in my hands at their shop. When I question them - NO REPLY!I now have no other option but to file a suit of which I hate to do.

I have been bringing my 2008 Jaguar XKR to Top Line for about 5 years now. The care and personal service is so much better than a dealer. The owner Debbie is dedicated, super knowledgeable about her craft, and just great to deal with. Top Line is able to do everything that a dealer can do and more. Jaguars are expensive to maintain and if I had to do all of the work at a dealer, it would be a nightmare. But Top Line is an organization with integrity. They will give you options on what needs to be done and what can wait, and they deliver the service you want at a fair price and with courtesy from start to finish. I really appreciate the work that they do and enjoy their enthusiasm and pride for their work on Jaguars.

Took my car in for an oil change and a few other repair issues. Deb and her staff were extremely helpful and listened to my concerns. The repairs were completed and Deb was true to her word on the cost of the repairs. I cant begin to tell you how refreshing it is to deal with an honest repair service and mechanic. Long story short is $2200 for AC compressor-Alternator-Replacement belt.They are competent to be fair, but the last bill still hurt deeply.Fast forward 89 months later. The alternator they supposedly changed was NEVER changed and of course failed on me. This was literally a scam! Thinking about sueing. Feeling oh so stupid. What was I thinking.

For over a year and 5 trips to the Jaguar dealer they could not or would not figure out what was wrong with my car. I brought it to Topline and they thoroughly checked out my car and found what was wrong and fixed it. Ive been driving the car for 2 months now with no issues. These people are truly knowledgeable about Jaguar cars.

After visiting a few repair shops and dealer-service departments in the area I selected Top Line. I have been going here for 2 years and the owner, Debbie, has always provided A+ service. After years of feeling ripped off by the dealerships, I was so happy to find Topline. The courtesy and service are over the top, and the entire operation is an anomaly these days for an automotive repair shop… The crew is on salary and not commissioned. Debbie, George, and Jace are clearly honest and shoot straight from the hip. They even look for ways for me to save money and never try to oversell. How refreshing!!

Went there a few years ago (2015) to have my headlight bulbs replaced on my 2009 XF. Fast forward to January 2018, my driver side bulb went out. I decided to replace myself and saw where the bulb harness was warped, which was caused by an incompatible light bulb being in there. Bulb ruined the low beam light wires and wire harness. May have to buy a new light assembly for the driver side. On the other hand, light bulb on the passenger side was the correct one. Highly disappointed and will never take my car back there.

Had some significant work done on my 2002 XK8, including replacing the radio-cassette player with a radio-CD-Bluetooth player, the rewiring for which apparently caused a few headaches(!). They took their time but George kept me informed whenever a new item came up. The car now runs beautifully - fast, quiet and smooth. Wish it could be my regular car, but its too precious to drive other than on special occasions.Definitely recommend Topline - cost was very fair and they do a great job.

I really felt it was necessary to post a review following my 3rd shop visit with my 2005 XKR convertible. The first visit was for a synthetic oil change and state inspection. I quickly discovered Debbie and George to be wonderful to work with. Upon my return to pick up the car, they showed me 4 issues they discovered that warranted my attention. Coolant, transmission and differential leaks, as well as the drive belt scheduled replacement was overdue. I concurred as they took the time to give me a close up view of the problems with the car on the lift. I really appreciated that as it helped for me to see the problems personally. They quoted reasonable prices for each repair, much less than Jag dealerships would have quoted and I opted to fix 3 of the 4 items. George heard my concerns regarding the prices of two of the repair items and shaved the prices down as best he could for which I was very grateful. Following the repairs, I soon discovered the differential leak had returned and they apologetically took the car immediately back and discovered a faulty seal that Jaguar had provided to them and they reinstalled another new one. Now the most interesting thing about this 3rd repair was that they became concerned about a 2nd seal on the differential that they anticipated would cause another leak in the near term and took it upon themselves to replace that seal as well AT NO COST! Now I know they lost money on this work. I have to say that I most certainly admire a repair shop that makes their reputation a TOP PRIORITY and takes pride in their work and relationship with their customers!!! Debbie and George, my convertible top goes off to your dedication and pride. Certainly that must be the reason you have been in business with a shop full of special interest cars for the past 25 years! I will be back many more times, after all its a Jaguar. I urge others to do the same!

My Family has been using TLJ for nearly 20 years. My mother used to bring her 1986 XJS VDP when anything was needed and I brought my 86 XJS. They have always been upfront about the repair estimates, and more importantly are very good about setting expectations around what can and (not often) cannot be done, and what to expect and how to maintain the cars afterward.Moreover, they stand (literally) behind their work - After my Mother was unable to drive her car it sat for many years (5+) in the her garage. I loaded it on a flat bed, sent it to TLJ and gave them clearance to go over everything and fix everything. I told them I wanted to drive the car 300 miles home when it was done and I wanted it to be perfect (or as close as possible). They worked for over 8 months to pore over everything and gave me constant updates, provided quotes, offered suggestions to save money etc.When it was complete I flew down, took an Uber to the shop and then went over everything with them. Even though it was after 5pm I told them I was heading back and Debbie (and George) said they would remain on call by text/phone etc. in case I needed anything. I drove the Jag back at a solid 65mph+ through the night with no issues. During my drive Debbie sent notes asking how things were going and that I report on anything strange the Jag might be doing. She sent me a last text when she thought I might be home.Yes, I am a long term customer. Yes, I invested a lot in sorting the Jag out. However, their work speaks for itself in that not only was I able to get home on that long trip without issue, a year later the Jag is running flawlessly (well except for a high beam dip switch relay that seems to have died and my inability to find the proper washer pump...but I digress).I have been to other Jag shops in my lifetime, I have another british car and have been to many other Brit car shops (some long gone) up and down the East Coast. I even worked at one of them during college.Im no longer in Va. and thats unfortunate. But I am resolute in my belief that for Jaguars, this is the best shop I have ever been to. Ever.Keep it up guys!

My 2007 XJ Vanden Plas has been exclusively maintained by Top Line Jag for the past six years. My experience is that the technicians are very knowledgable and know Jaguar vehicles inside and out. They are observant and attentive both to the vehicle and its owner, offering suggestions when appropriate and opinions when asked. I have never had a bad experience at Top Line and the staff has always delivered service on-time and within the quoted amount for labor and parts. They have earned my highest confidence and my respect for their business practices and ethics. I do not hesitate to recommend Top Line Jag to anyone who owns a Jaguar of any vintage.

Sent my 1999XJR to Top Line just to get the Diagnostic inspection and rating news. I was pleased to find the things I knew and a few I had no clue required attention were itemized on the needs attention Invoice. George and Debbie rated each in logical order to eliminate any wasted actions or re-work. I authorized about 1/2 of the invoice as it was consistent with what I knew and expected. HOWEVER, I could not believe I was going to have 6 items beyond the ABS Module corrected and still leave 5K in my pocket just from the Local Dealers cost of the ABS Module alone! In that some suspension work was done I notified them of my desired retrieval date and that there was good reason to perform the 4 wheel computerized alignment and one more logical suspension tweek before heading South to Richmond. MAN, it a word...TRUSTWORTHY! In a more direct no B.S. evaluation, everything done was shown me, everything done was authorized by me, everything done was cost known up-front...NO SURPRISES or GOTCHAs...AND they worked to perform my 11th hour request in a timely manner that allowed me to ride the front of the traffic wave out of the DC area South to Richmond. I am already planning to take my baby back to compete the remaining items and if that work is anywhere close to what they have already done I WILL be pleased. HOWEVER, I will plan to spend a few days locally as I will drive it up and back...and see some of the Capital City while these professionals labor on my behalf. There is no wonder Top Line Jaguar has more work than their space readily allows for. They are ready to take an entire commercial block and rock the Jag repairs for everybody,, NOT just the Corporate Expense-Account types. Those of us who worked hard to purchase our DREAM have a FRIEND in Debbie and George as they can make it affordable to keep that car you worked hard to maintain in as close to new condition as you could! My XJR rides like NEW AGAIN, PERFORMS like NEW AGAIN. TURNS Heads LIKE NEW AGAIN!
