Had to switch my license plates and my old ones were stuck with a rusted bolt-- they helped me get them off and replaced the same day I called and didnt even charge me, their waiting room was nice and they were very friendly. will definitely be returning for any other auto needs

They communicate well. Steve kept me informed every step of the way. He explained things to me about my car and made good recommendations that werent just based on them getting money. This local mechanic shop is hands down the best in the area! They truly care for their customers and service has always been phenomenal. I took my Lexus IS 350 here to get my state inspections, oil changed, and rear brake pads replaced because my PPI report showed that I had to get it done. Turns out, it was my front brake pads that needed to be replaced and not the rear.. Fortunately, due to their awesome service, while they were in the process of finishing up my inspections and doing the oil change; they had ordered the correct parts (front brake pads) and received it in by the time they were finished with my oil change and the inspection. As soon as the front brake pads came in, they went straight back to work. Thank you Springfield Auto Service for the most satisfying customer service Ive ever experienced at a mechanic shop! I HIGHLY recommend this place as your go-to for any auto service issues. This place will not disappoint!

Visiting Springfield Auto Service was one of if not the best car service Ive experienced in the DMV area! Once I walked in, the environment was clean, friendly and open. It was beaming professionalism simply by its pristine environment.The mechanic himself was friendly, knowledgable and provided a full detail receipt of the work performed on my vehicle. The transparency of the work was the most impressive since in the past Ive dealt with shady car shops who have been quite dishonest with their additional fees lingering in small print of the receipt.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to bring to life or sharpen their precious sheets of iron on wheels!Thanks again SAS, Inc.
