I have been here 3 times for an oil change with an appointment now, and each time it took over 1 hour to get a simple oil change!!The first 2 times I think they forgot about me and didnt even start doing my oil until I went back and asked after over 45 minutes of nothing. And this latest time there was only one other customer even there, because it was snowing they mentioned they only had 2 mechanics there at the time, so why was one not able to do my oil right away? it is best to do oil changes while the engine is still warm, so why would they wait until the car fully cools down before doing anything?For the expensive costs and poor customer service and timeliness, its gotta be a 1 star from me and I usually never even give reviews. If there was any other place in town that dealt with VW cars I would definitely go there!
