Ive been using this business for years. My son had a wreck and I immediately told him to have it towed to Quality. Good, honest people. I was referred by a family friend to Quality Auto Works. While auto shops as an industry may not always have the best reputation Quality Auto Works earned my trust today.They looked at my dented fender and said that it would be a better use of my money to either leave the dent or if I really wanted theyd look up junkyards that have the part I need and print out a contact list so I could buy the part without a middleman and have Quality Auto Works install it. No upselling. Just honest advice.

We wish we would have found Preston from Quality Auto Works much sooner! We drove our Highlander for over a year with a large dent in our door and fender. The door was even bent. Quality Auto Works was able to bend it back and fix all at a low price! We are thrilled with how it looks!

This has to be the greatest shop around in my opinion. Our experience is that we had the misfortune of having the passenger mirror knocked off of our little 2012 Ford Escape. It also received a couple of long creases down the side of the truck when this happened. We took it to several shops, including Tanners, Barkers, and Hammers. Everyone of them insisted on taking pictures so that they could give us a quote even though we kept telling them that we didnt want to use our insurance. (Thats just what we need, is to pay a skyrocketed insurance premium for the next seven years. I dont think so.)When we were recommended to go and see Preston at Quality by a friend of my wifes, it was a true blessing. We were instantly impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate care that we received. They are definitely a cut above the rest in my opinion. They were able to take care of all of our needs with no insurance at a very reasonable price compared to everyone else. Our little truck looks new again. It is truly wonderful to know that a hometown shop full of such wonderful, and talented people exists.I just want everyone to know how thankful we are for Quality Auto Works!

The owner Preston will go out of his way to make sure you get your car back in the shape you want it. Weve had our car in this shop a number of times, and it was always important for us that they used OEM parts. Preston has hunted them down and negotiated with dealers to get OEM parts at the same cost as the after market parts the insurance pays for. Once weve gotten our car back, the paint color has always matched perfectly, which was always a big fear for me when having paint work done. And once all the works done, Preston has always been very eager to make sure weve been happy with the work. Well keep going to Quality Auto Works when our car needs work done.

Top-notch! Great communication and my car looked amazing.

I was told this was a good place but boy were they wrong. As soon as things started to go wrong they didnt put in an ounce of effort in helping me. Bought a simple plastic reflector, been waiting 3 months for it still havent gotten it. Bought a bumper, turned out to be the wrong part and they couldnt get my money back, tried getting a hold of them and they literally ignored my calls. How do I know this? I called three times after every five mins then used a different number to call them and they picked up right away. These people will not work with you, find someone else.

I had a run-in with a deer and took my car to Quality Auto Works and could not have picked a better place this staff was incredibly friendly and professional the prices were extremely fair and my car looks better than it did before I hit the deer I strongly recommend if you ever need body work done you choose this place over anywhere else in town.
